A/C stopped working on a Monday night. Called Trinity on Tuesday morning and they came out right away and were able to repair the issue quickly. Jimmy was very nice and professional. Highly recommend Trinity Air!

Trinity Air Conditioning is a line company in a sea of those that play games, do bait and switch and sometimes just don’t do what they say they will. We used them for our main air conditioning as well as a mini split. They were VERY professional, courteous and on time. Most importantly they took their time to 1. properly estimate the projects 2. explain their estimate and 3. do the project correctly and clean the workspace perfectly as if they were never there. 100% recommend… dealt too many times w the crooks and unprofessional companies.

First of all, this company charges 98.00 fee for just going to your place and assess the issue. When the technician came and inspected the unit, he called me up to advise that there was nothing he could do. The only solution was to replace the unit which will cost 5000-5800. He advise the salesman will go the next day to confirm price. Despite the house was without ac, the salesman did not show up until 3-4 days later which shows no sense of urgency. In the meantime, I contacted another company who said that the unit should be replaced in one or two years if it gives problems but they fixed it by correcting a leak, adding gas and changing the capacitor... Now the unit is up and running and the cost was 180.00. This is the difference bettwen a rip off company like trinity and great company. Stay away from this company since they have no integrity, are a rip off and only looking to their own benefit and care less about resolving your ac issues. Hope to see companies like yours go out of business soon. By the way the other company only made 180.00 from me, but I recommended to my friend who owns a shopping mall and they earn a multi million account... God compensates those who are not greedy and looking to abuse others.

My experience with Trinity Air Conditioning was excellent. Within an hour of calling them they sent a repair man with a tremendous amount of knowledge and skill and resolved the problem quickly. A very nice and professional staff. I highly recommend this company.

Hands-down one of the best customer-service companies in South Florida. Weve been customers in the Palmetto Bay area since the mid-90s, and Trinity AC has always been courteous and quick to respond, and Ive never felt taken advantage of or deceived in any way with their sales, installation and repair service. Their field AC Tech staff is consistently polite and timely, and we cant recommend this company enough!

Really disappointing with Trinity Air service call policy. Trinity Air replaced a unit for me about 3-4 years ago. I was very happy with their service and professionalism. I thought i had found my forever A/C company. I guess i was wrong.I called today because my unit stop cooling. I do not expect this to be a warranty call i expect to pay for services rendered. My issue is the service call fee of $95 to just diagnoses the issue. I Explain to the call center i was not getting any other quotes Trinity Air already has my business but i find it unfair not to credit the $95 to the final invoice. I was just told it was just company policy.

The problems started when the installer did not even connect the pipes that take away the condensation moisture. I was renovating the house and when I got back the next day, the house had flooded. I had to pay to replace the new baseboards and drywall. They charged me to repair their installation error. It has now been two years, and the top of the line Trane unit I paid top dollar for has been nothing but problems. I just had to pay $1,300 in labor costs under the warranty to replace the compressor. The new compressor has been leaking since. I will NEVER use this company again. I dont know where they got the good reviews but they have been unresponsive, super expensive and and horribly rude.

Trinity came out to our two business warehouses today. They communicated when they were on their way, showed up on time, honored a coupon on their web site for all of our tenants units and delivered an email with the invoice and suggested maintenance on various units within an hour of leaving our place of business. Very impressed with all the staff on the phone trying to set up the appointment (Thanks Judy and Michelle) and good service. We have been seeking a new A/C company to use for our business and I think we have found them now :-)

They were super expensive and on top of it left the tools inside the AC unit. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL.I sent them to get my rental unit AC fixed. Just to have the technician drive to the apartment they charged me $180. But received a final bill of $227. I called to get an itemized bill but has fallen on deaf ears.a week later i went to check on the work done and found some tools inside the AC unit. So I called again, to get an itemized bill, also told them about the tools that were left inside the unit. All they were concern about was to schedule an appointment to get their tools back. NO APOLOGIES, NO BILL WAS SENT.FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID FOR THIS SERVICE I WOULD HAVE EXPECT THEM TO ACT A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL. Guess it is too much to ask.THEY CHARGED ME $227 TO UNCLOG THE DRAIN PIPE IN THE UNIT.something i have done myself in the past and it does not take more than 10 minutes.You are better off hiring the cheapest company, because the service is pretty much the same.

We had multiple companies quote a new HVAC system several months ago. The costs were too much and the decision was made to wait. Thankfully Trinity Air (and our sales rep, Brian Jecha) was willing to honor the quote from a few months prior after our HVAC failed. Trinity Air was professional, responsive, and efficient. The 3 guys that came out to the house for the install (Gil, Andres, and Dennys) were friendly, courteous, and respectful. Our install was during the mass of uncertainty surrounding the current pandemic. Thankfully the install guys were on time, ready to work, & respectful of us and our property. Our new HVAC system was working by 3p that day! I can not say enough good things about the overall experience we had from Trinity Air during such an uncertain time. The company was accessible by phone, email, and our sales rep. The entire experience, while expensive, was quite pleasant. Thanks to all we interacted with during our install!

I have used Trinity Air on two occasions in the last year (totally separate issues) and I’ve never been more impressed with a company’s service. They respond to your calls, keep you informed as to the technician’s arrival time, and their rates are very reasonable. My wife had major surgery and the day after she came home from the hospital the AC broke late in the evening and I left a message; by 10:30 AM our air conditioner was back up and running. I won’t forget that! By the way, I looked at other reviews before writing this and repeatedly saw the name, Jimmy, one of Trinity’s AC technicians. That’s no accident. He is on time, quick to diagnose the problem, and equally fast at his work. Additionally, he’s a really nice guy.

To start I had my Ac replaced in 2010 by Quality Breeze, so when it came to have it fixed I called them. The problem was is when the guy right away said I had a leak and started calling out prices without finding the leak.So I told him to hit the road and I called Trinity ( my mother in law used them) .From the original tech that came out to find the issue to the techs that replaced the out side unit I never felt I was being sold.Great people, kinda of expensive but I feel you always get what you pay for.I Will definitely recommend Trinity Air Conditioning to friends and family.

Cant say enough about their prompt service and professionalism which is hard to come by in the A/C business in South Florida. My A/c was acting up for 2 years and no one could figure out the issue, however, Trinity evaluated my unit on a Thursday, gave me a competitive estimate, scheduled the work right away and were able to get through all of the obstacles that my association posed within 3 days. Brittany at the main office and Richard the technician were both amazing and very well trained in what they do. Good work aint cheap, cheap work aint good.
