We replaced an old system and I’m very pleased with the whole process. Eric and the technicians are professional and reliable. We had originally called late in the afternoon to request an appointment and Eric came to our house that same day. They are always very professional. I have used this company multiple times for my personal property and my rental and have always had a good experience. Furthermore, the AC tech Patrick is the best. In Miami it is difficult to find companies that do work well and for a fair price that is why I am glad I found central comfort air conditioning. They have a really great team! My A/C busted in the middle of summer. Their sales manager, Juan Villa came over assessed the situation and explained my options for a new HVAC system. I didn’t have the cash in hand but he was also able to give me 0% financing and approved me on the spot.The next day the installers came with the equipment. Juan Carlos and his partner were very clean and professional. The knew exactly what they were doing so the install went as smooth as can be.Really impressed with how well everything went and really impressed by the professionalism of the employees I interacted with.

The gentleman who provide service Erick was knowledgeable and professional.Highly recommend this company.From the moment I spoke with Cynthia at this company, they were professional, explicit on what we should expect and they followed up with a text confirmation.Before Central Air Comfort, I had called FOUR other AC companies for service and my experiences were terrible!It ranged from people who don’t know how to answer a business call, to companies who voice mail systems take a message and no one calls you back.

The repair was simple. He told us that and charged a very fair price. This is the third time I’ve used them and every time is impressive by any measure.

What can I say...these guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to Air Conditioning....they were in and out within 2 hours...got everything working properly, cleaned up and was gone. Now the next day I had to have my duct work cleaned and thats when I had the most pleasant surprise of meeting SCOTT a wonderful and cool guy who really made me feel as though Id met my other brother from another mother! He helped to make me feel id made the right choice in choosing Central Comfort....I truly believe he is an asset to the company... a true team player an all around great guy! Since I contracted with Central Comfort Air Conditioning in April 2021 to service my business they have always been responsive, they arrive on time and performed the service as requested. If they have any issue they immediately let you know, that way I can plan the day. I also like they text you and email you to confirm the appointment, text you when the technician is on his way and you can pay online. I like they are using some technology which is not common in this business.

Eric came buy, temporarily got me going, his evaluation was petty on point, but then I remembered he is Coast Guard! I have to run a line test. They need 2 days for that process. Have to schedule for next week.

I am very satisfied with the prompt response to my call and the service provided. Technician Patrick Rezende was very professional and courteous. He fixed our problem and made a few recommendations to keep our unit in proper working shape.

Our a/c stopped working at 7pm and they answered immediately. A tech called within a half hour and was able to fix the problem over the phone. Amazing response and professional attitude. They even called back to follow up to make sure our a/c was working! Were extremely impressed and highly recommend this place.

They have excellent customer service and very quick response to requests on AC problems. They send very nice courteous people to work with and explain whatever the problem or issue was. They are always helpful and friendly.

The two technicians who installed my system did an outstanding job, they showed extreme care to move the equipment in and out of the house. The job was reviewed by a supervisor as completed. This was my first time doing business with Central Comfort AC. Great team all around. Very professional and knowledgeable, from the secretaries I talked with (Ana, Cynthia) to the AC technicians that I got to meet (Eric, Yordany) My AC just stopped working making some odd noises. Eric who took over my case, came over, inspected my AC unit, assessed the situation and clearly explained my options. Now my AC unit is cooling once again bringing the artic home. Im very happy with the choice of thermostat I got. I didnt want anything fancy like a NEST thermostat. The T4Pro ended up being an excellent choice. Smart enough without having to be connected to the internet. I would definitely do business with them again. I do recommend their services.

Nothing but positive reviews. From booking the appointment, to getting a technician, took about an hour. The technician came actually before the appointment which was great. He came and within minutes he figured out the issue. Now the air conditioner is up and running again. I would definitely be calling them again if needed.

Excellent service and less than half the cost of Kendal HVAC. Service rep was very friendly and attentive, and very fast to our home (same day evaluation and service). Documented with photos as he went and engaged us to see every aspect - amazing transparency. They even installed a UV light to keep our system mold, bacteria and virus free.

I had a problem with my A/C that was installed a month ago from another company. I called for emergency service and was informed they do not work on Sunday. Central Comfort Air Conditioning was willing to work with me to find out what was happening. I appreciate their professionalism. I only wish I had gone to them to begin with.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Very misleading.If you need your AC split unit cleaned, it will cost you $70 just for a tech to come to your house for a 1 minute peek at your unit. This is what they call a “tune up.” With a brief, minimal inspection that will cost you $450-$550 per unit for an in depth cleaning (understandably).The tech provided no new information to me. He didn’t turn the AC on, didn’t run any “diagnostic”, he just took a quick look.It should be clear the $70 is actually to pay for an estimate. That’s it, no diagnostic, no tune up or cleansing. On their website when you click “free estimate” and fill out the info, a rep will call you back. Their free estimates are only for installations which is not mentioned upon making this tune up appointment (which is a $70 house call). Fair enough, just misleading none-the-less.I would recommend to find a company that offers 1. A more detailed inspection and 2. Offers more clarity in their services provided and cost of estimate.I was definitely taken advantage of. I will be taking my business elsewhere. $70 on a 1 minute peek of my AC is a rip off I am happy to pay for someone’s time and expertise, but this to me, was bad business.

What can I say about Central Comfort Air Conditioning? That they are one of the best companies out here in Miami. I had the pleasure of speaking to the technician Irvin with regards to the maintenance of my AC unit. Irvin was patient with me and he LISTEN. He took his time and explained the process and due to my allergies he offer this great air purification system called Reme Halo. This will allow my home to have clean air. My parents a/c broke down and it was time to replace it anyways. One of the neighbors told me they had used this company to replace theirs for a pretty affordable price and good service. So, I didnt mind calling for a free estimate. The technician arrived on time and gave me the numbers. Almost double the price of what the neighbors told me. The technician, very surprised, called his boss to verify the numbers I gave him for the unit located two doors away and he mentioned Ive been working for this company for years and Ive never seen those numbers Thank you but Ill check another company as well. I cant testify for their service because it was not done.

This is the second time that I use their services, First to replace my old AC unit around 1-1/2 year ago and they did an excellent job and just a couple days ago the unit failed, they responded fast to my call check the unit, take care of the situation and they honor the manufacture warranty. We had an appointment for 5pm. When technician didnt show up by 7pm I requested the office to cancel the appointment. Office claimed they couldnt get a hold of him. Technician showed up at 8pm at my door, and only spoke Spanish. When I mentioned that I had canceled the appt he insisted in broken english that he has to complete the order . After experiencing such a late arrival and no english I wasnt in the mood to pay for a quote at this point so I told him I cant continue.
