Ive always wanted to know why were over-charged for a part which is a reasonable COST? If you need to make labor money, thats where I get taken. Realize Mr. Trainor, you pay as you go? Dont you sometimes feel you got ripped-off after you looked it up? Outch, that hurts!You, Mr. Trainer, will be the most needed A/C Company only if your Invoice Prices were a said: I like this price; its yours! You would be extremely busy, there will always be a Job waiting in the Need of Needs. If this was My Business, I would make all Customers want me. This would make many A/C Firms lose. Dont be like a Cash Cow! Be reasonable within your pricing. I lost more than expected. Let it be known, how much your Company charges an hour of labor. Gave deposit to swap out an air handler. Took my deposit and wouldnt answer my calls. Finally got a hold of the owner, Daniel, 5 months later and he denies ever taking my money or even seeing me! Fraudulent business. No wonder their license is on probationary status... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Trainor was very responsive, he was very informative and made fixing my HVAC unit and thermostat a breeze. I am glad I came across his services especially now during this summer time heat. I would definitely recommend his services to any one in need.

On Saturday our A/C went out due to it’s age and I got a few quotes from different A/C companies and Trainor Air was the best quote as far as pricing goes, we did ultimately decide to go with them and I have to admit the technicians were very knowledgeable and professional, i was super surprised that they were even able to get me a unit and install it the next day on Sunday because the other companies told me I would have to wait to even see if they can get me a unit because of the pandemic Units are a little harder to get, well long story short,Thank you Trainor Air for doing such a great job and you gained yourself a loyal customer!

Trainor Air was recommended to us from our neighbors when our A/C went out we called them and they had a tech out within a few hours and within an hour they had my A/C running, very professional and knowledgeable techs and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

I read reviews online about this company, but still decided to give them a try. My a/c was not getting cool and then all of a sudden stop working, I called this company on a Monday morning and spoke with Daniel who had a technician to my residence quickly. Dan the technician was very professional and efficient, he did everything he could to make sure I had a/c, as well as receiving the best prices on parts. I was very impressed with the great customer service provided. Reviews online can not always be trusted. Thanks Dan and Trainor A/C.

Wow is all I can say we were overly swampedWith calls and gave Danny and his team 4 installs they knocked it out the next day. I followed up with the customers and they were completely pleased. Anytime I have over flow I will definitely use these guys.

Let me start by saying that this guy Daniel is not professional or serious about the job and he is a joke, took two days to decide the material he needed . After we both agreed to a price he end up asking for more money to finish the job, he was very rude on the phone and obviously he had no idea what he was doing. At the end I had to hired another company to finish the job he started.My experience:. Left the outside compressor loose. Left Freon lines open ( Which is illegal). Asked for $750.00 to build a simple insulated conduct box.. NOT PROFESSIONALREPORTING THIS BUISNESS TO BBB!

Took off with my unit at 5pm to clean it at their shop. Didnt hear back until 9pm when they said an emergency came out ( the technician told me afterwards when he finally showed up at 11:30pm and that there was no real emergency they were just backed up with other jobs. The technician cussed and fussed until midnight when he declared he broke the ac circuit breaker and couldnt get a new one since its midnight! He was then supposed to show up at 730am to fix the job but arrived afternoon. The ac still had the problems it had before they arrived and 4 days later it died completely . THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

Good service, Love the 24/7 availability, I called Trainor Air Conditioning and i had a technician at my home within the hour.

Upon arrival the guy told me I need a new AC unit. I agreed, he temporarily installed a kickstarter and told me that he was going to get a new AC unit the very next day. After 3 weeks he has not done that. I asked for the deposit back, which I gave to him so he can get the new unit, I also told him Id be happy to pay for the labor that was done and the kickstarter that was installed. He called me up and said that he charges $275.00 for the kickstarter (it costs $50.00) and he was also going to charge me $175.00 for the capacitor that I bought that morning on my own account for $15.00. I objected to this because frankly its ridiculously overpriced. He went on and told me You dont tell me how much to charge, I run a business not a playground. Here is my message to you sir and to every possible client of yours. If you ran a business it wouldnt take you 3 weeks and a whole dozen of excuses as to why you cant get the job done. You would do the job as promised. You wouldnt grossly overcharge the labor and parts and you wouldnt charge me with the part that I bought myself. Horrible company, just horrible.

WARNING: DONOT USE THIS GUY! HES NUTS. After coming to the job 3 times he could not fix the ac unit. Took his equipment and he demanded payment in full($1500), threatened me physically, and to put a lien on the property. When I went out to my car and left him alone he smashed the bathroom tile and damaged the tub. This guy should be incarcerated, and probably has been judging from the jailhouse tattoos.

Service was less than speedy. Communication was slim to none.

This guy was very unprofessional and changed his quote upon arrival. After he tried to charge more money than originally agreed on, please be careful dealing with this super shady guy.

Very good company, The technician who came to my house is a good person, He helped me in everything he could gave me a good price, before calling them they had a very bad experience with another company that took a lot of money fixing things that were not damaged told me that I needed a completely new air, Call Trainor Air Conditioning for a second opinion and the only thing that was damaging was the compressor in less than two hours my air was fixed, I have been almost two months and everything is still perfect, I personally I recommend.
