My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air, I called Another LARGE company to come out and take a look. The other companys technician told me that the motor is completely fried and I have no Freon. He said it will cost me thousands to get up and running and because its an old unit, it wouldnt be worth it. I asked him if he put Freon in it, if it would run, and he said no because the motor isnt running, and I would need 9 pounds of Freon. He said my only option is to get a new unit, and his supervisor will come tomorrow to give me a quote.... I paid the diagnostic fee and he left. I then called AC Fast Solutions, told them that I would like a quote for a new AC, when the tech arrived he asked me what I was diagnosed with, I explained the motor and Freon issue. He said he saw Freon in the unit, and the fan is blowing so the motor is fine. He said let me REALLY take a look. He found one of the wires was bad, and ONLY put a couple Pounds of Freon that it needed. After my AC was working like new... AC Fast Solutions went above and beyond, I didnt even ask for a diagnosis or repair, only a quote for a whole new unit, they could have went the easy route but they were honest!!! The other large chain company blatantly lied to me, made up a complete false diagnosis, and insisted my only option was buying a brand new unit. AC Fast Solutions saved me thousands, repaired my current unit, and had integrity! I would recommend them!!

So refreshing to have a competent, reasonably priced, friendly and prompt A.C. company. They are super nice and thorough. I wanted to buy a new A.C. since mine was from the mid 80s and they explained the different types as well as ways to install which after a few estimates, allowed me to understand the short cuts other companies were making. The price was very competitive and they have been very responsive the entire time as well as after install. I will definitely use this company ongoing for any service I may need!

My upstairs A/C unit was making a louder than normal noise and I had to get someone out to take a look. Called AC Fast Solutions around 8 am and they were able to get someone out same morning. They are immediately diagnosed an issue with the motor and said that it wasnt worth it to repair now. It could last some time and when it goes out then replace the whole unit. I also had water in the garage by the air handler. This was not related to the A/C motor and as timing would have it, the drain pipe for the air handler was clogged which caused water to build up and spill out. They was able to tell me what happened and fixed the issue. Whats most amazing about all this is that they did not charge me anything for the service and help. Truly great customer service and someone I will definitely be calling in the future. Thank you AC Fast Solutions!

WOW!!! It doesnt get any better came home on a Saturday afternoon to find that the AC unit wasnt working during the hottest week of the summer!!! Called AC Fast Solutions at 5 PM, they picked up the phone and said they was finishing up a job just 3 miles away and would be over. At 5:40 PM they had been here, identified the problem, fixed it and was on they way home! After a quick review, they determined it was a swollen capacitor and then they opened the unit, and there was the swollen capacitor. We used AC Fast Solutions when our A/C needed to be replaced and we couldnt be happier. When our rental house A/C had a problem in mid-summer, they were there to repair it the same day. They are honest and very easy to work with. We wont call anyone else if we need a A/C company.

This place is very quick to get a unit in but be cautious as both the unit in the attic at my place and a unit at at buddies place both installed at the same time have caused major damage to the houses due to incorrect installation. Yes we have had them to our place four times since the unit was installed due to issues but the main issue was never fixed which kept causing the problems. The unit was installed in an attic but was not leveled and not installed correctly it is in backwards. The unit leaned to a side which caused leaking in the ceiling and would stop cooling and the times they came out they just said the drain line was plugged and they actually taped the overflow shutoff and we have the receipt saying exactly that. I have had two over companies come out and both have said the exact same thing that it would need to be completely removed and installed correctly. Be cautious as again yes it may work for a bit but you may not know there is an issue until it’s too late as they don’t seem to know how to install the air handler units in the attic. I’d say I was a one off but my buddy had his installed from the same company and just had his kitchen ceiling cave in from the same issue.

They charged us 4000 dollars to install a piece of junk that breaks down every few months then its like pulling teeth to get them to come out.Their website says BBB accredited, They are not (look it up)Their website says ”satisfaction guaranteed which they do not honor.I have contacted a lawyer and am planning on sueing the ever living daylights out of them for their false advertisment and undelivered promises.

Contacted Humberto from what the receipt says is the Lee and Collier office..Very fast to respond. came to house worked through the financing and very quick to install. Now 8 months later completely new unit isnt blowing cold...Been 3 days trying to get ahold of someone. Humberto quick to hand out numbers that no one answers or calls back from...I suggest you buy from a local shop[ that you can actually see and visit the office. Update. Once I got ahold of the office they came out immediately and repaired things. Very pleased with the office. Mistake could have been I went through the salesman for 2 days with nothing but bad numbers. Office did fix the issue immediately

The repair guys was very meticulous with the work and performed full diagnostic after the repair to make sure things are within spec. It is very sad having to write this negative review but after spending much time trying to resolve an issue, our patience has run out. My mom had a good start but this company is very quick at jumping at the opportunity of getting some business. They will promptly provide proposals and even getting the work done. However, after installation and payment in full, my mom realized that the unit they installed is a lower quality than the one she was quoted and later charged for. She has made several attempts to get a solution but they keep giving her the run around. I tried to call myself and Jorge gave me the same answer my mom has been getting, someone will call you back when they have time and yet, after weeks, no call back. Supervisors apparently are never available. They may at first seem like the best financial option but make sure you are getting what you are being charged.

I called this company to come check my thermostat that stopped working, they had installed the new unit and thermostat, 2 years agoThe representative told me that a technician would come to review and that there would be no charge for the review.But when the technician changed a small thermostat wire, it started working properly.The technician told me that he would charge $ 90 for the small service of connecting a small cable to the appropriate place in the thermostat.
