Installation done as scheduled. Very clean and cleaned up mess afterwards. Was very helpful to show us how to use remote and how to program features.

Arrived on time, very professional. He cleaned the ducts and applied a desinfecting product to them for a very affordable price. We needed the ducts cleaned because my husband started to have an allergy that produced a constant coughing. We wouldnt been able to do it if it werent for the affordable price that Central Air Designs gave me. Quality, efficiency and good price, they have it all. Very satisfied customer. Once again, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employee that the company sent to my home doesn’t speak English which is a big problem cause I don’t speak Spanish. I don’t have a year yet since the AC has been installed, and they want to charge me $350.00 to clean the blade which no one can get to. The man on the phone was beginning to raise his voice. I reminded him that I’m the customer and lost it. $9000.00 of my money which I paid immediately and they have been screwing me off since the beginning. I will not let this go. These people need to recognize their failure.

You guys installed my AC unit and left it with no air filter until and I was building an office next to it which a lot of debris and dust went in if. Not until after 4 weeks I realized that there was no filter in it. My AC end up giving coil that need to be clean and drainage that I had to pay you guys over $600 to fix. I’m not even goin to detail on how this company spend over 2 years to finish install my AC work where I had to pay triple for permit because it keeps on being expired.. there so much to say about this company it’s just unfairMy AC BROKE DOWN AGAIN TODAY 7/8/21 AND THEY ARE TELLING ME I NEED TO PAY $380 to re-clean the coil that they cleaned 4 weeks ago for $380.

I dont recommend Centry Air Designs. I reached out this company to fix a problem with the condenser unit not operating. Technician Alex came same day of the call. His diagnosis was to fully replace the unit. He immediately offered one price for a new unit and kept offering prices until a only-cash option price for $1000 down of the initial offer. They charged me $85 for this diagnosis. I asked intermediately for a second diagnosis with another company. They arrived same day, checked unit in 2 minutes and diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor and needed to be replaced. Problem resolved for $140 in less 10 minutes. Unit is now fully working. I reported to Centry the unprofessional diagnosis given by the technician and asked for my money back. The operator said shell call back. Never did it.

We were very pleased with the sales person that came to our house prior to our purchase of a new system and the installation went smoothly and professional. The response to our inquiry was very prompt and the installers were on time and finished the job as promised. Everyone was very polite, professional and we feel we received a good value.

I would recommend and definitely do business with Air Centry Designs ! I saw the add in the newspaper contacted the number and from there I was in heaven!!! I spoke to Nicholas who referred me to Alex Rodriguez because of location. I live in Miami but wHat i needed done was in Orlando ! When I told them the location i was switched to Alex Rodriguez. They helped in every way to get my AC changed .They went out did the measurements the next day ! Then waited for the go !!! Although they don’t work certain days if that was the day I choose they arranged their schedules to accommodate. At any giving time I asked a question Alex never hesitated to answer even on his off schedule !!!! He was Professional every time !!! What ever you need done in whatever location they are in I will recommend them for the job !!!

I have a rental unit and when I called to place my order, I made it clear if there was extra suggested they needed to go over it with the tenant and it would be the tenants responsibility . Sure enough they did extra and billed me. When I told the woman at the office that I had made it clear any extra that the tenant wanted it would be the tenants responsibility they were nice enough to not charge me for the extra work they did. They are a company that keeps there word. Hard to find and I will use them again.

I strongly suggest you read everything in the contract and think it over very well. They took 2 extra days to complete the work. Weather was a factor, but if they came on time instead of 2.5 hours late, they would have finished on time. One important factor, everyday there was only one person working except for one day . I’m very disappointed with the service. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. I do have videos to prove my points!

I have a 3 ton package unit on a mobile home and all of a sudden my ac stopped working. So, I called the company who had installed the system (about 11 months prior) and they were NOT helpful at all in addressing my problems... I needed to find a new contractor to fix my ac system, quickly. I found Cenrry Air Designs on Google and have them a call. Alex Rodriguez was dispatched as my estimator/project manager. He called me when he was en route, arrived 10 minutes early, and quickly discovered that a raccoon had tore up the ductwork under my home! Alex was upfront and honest with me about the scope and pricing. Instead of trying to take advantage of the fact I am 79 year old man not capable of crawling under my home to ensure the scope was not exaggerated, Alex showed his integrity and explained that only the return duct was damaged. He gave me a fair price and completed the job immediately. He provided me pictures of all the work done and I felt like he Genuinely Cared about my home. In south Florida it is an absolute nightmare working with contractors. If you need somebody that is honest and takes pride in their work for your AC system, don’t take chance.. call this company and get it done right the first time.

I called Centry at 11:30 PM when I found out my AC was leaking! Alex answered the phone and came over within 30 minutes to stop the leak and flush the drain line.My carpet floors got really wet during the time of the leak and I was concerned about bacterial growth. Centry Air Designs dried everything out and removed all the materials that were contaminated and also cleaned my system. Long story short Centry was able to help me with this emergency through my insurance company and even absorbed my deductible.Thank you so much Centry!! My AC is no longer leaking and is blowing cold air without any issues!

They did a good job with the installation. However, there were some minor items unfinished to be done after the completion of the office construction. When we asked them to come back and finish, they asked if we have it in writing. We spent over 12k, the undone items totaled less than $400.00. Not good!!

Worst experiece from the beginning. Though I had agreed to pay for the permit fee, work was done without permit. The day of the install, I kept waiting for the technitian and called the office couple of times past the scheduled. After waiting for couple of hours, realized that the installer had gone to a wrong address. His truck was not marked, so I proactively enquired with him, confirmed he was from Centry, told him he went to wrong building and showed him my place. Despite all this, he took off without installing!! The manager called and apologized and rescheduled next day. The installer who showed up this time knew no English! Could not communicate at all!. The unit had external damage. I told the Manager who offered to send someone to take a look. No one ever showed up! I too forgot eventully. This week, I got notice from the Citi about work having done without Permit. I tried to apply for permit, but the application needs signature from the installer. I have been trying for last couple of days. Spoke to Suzanne who asked for $350! Even though I was supposed to pay only the actual permit fee (originally quoted less than $200), she insisted on $350! She offered to check with Manager and call back within 24 hours which she never did as of now (over 48 hours). I spoke to Mr. Hernandez who had originally written the quote. He remembered and agreed that I am supposed to pay the actual citi permit fee and offered to check my file and call back. It is over 24 hours now and I tried to reach him couple of times again, no luck. I do not know my options, but I will try to apply for the permit quoting that the installer is not responding.

I do not recommend them to anyone. In April two I hired to change my pipelines, I was left leaking in the plenary session and they returned to fix it on the 11th and I was opened. Now on November 19 I opened the attic again due to a leak in the roof and it turned out that I had air leaks everywhere, I called them and came today 21 Roberto Baez found that you have not worn the rings that grip the accordions to the spike and this s in turn air was coming out of the plenum. In short, they do a super bad job and harm one by breathing polluted air.

The conduit was replaced in 2018, supposedly by a new one. In the month of July 2020 they came to clean the equipment and approximately a month after said cleaning, the equipment does not cool, I call them and they check the equipment, reaching the conclusion that I have a leak in the duct that they themselves had replaced . Manager Alex tells me that the next day they come back to replace the conduit that is under warranty and they threw me Freon. The next day I call the Cia in the afternoon and the girl who receives the calls tells me that I was not in the schedulle and from then on we have been playing cat and mouse. The receptionist sent me to call Alex and he did not answer the phone. I do not recommend the company, because they do not recognize a bad job and they beat the client
