My husband and I wanted better air quality in our home and contacted ARS to have a blue light and air scrubber installed into our AC unit.The same day, ARS sent Luis out to give us the estimate!He was very thorough and explained what would be needed for the install. We agreed to the contract and Luis said he would call us the next morning to advise if the parts were available. As promised, Luis called this morning, advised parts were available, arrived at my home and completed the installation!Start to finish in less then 24 hours?! That is unheard of for any AC maintenance!I would highly recommend ARS because of Luis’s attention to detail, and for providing a clean, professional installation!
I purchased an AC unit with ARS. I had a great experience with Pete Meneses the representative that helped me in this purchase. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable but above all else honest. He went above and beyond to help me with the financing part of this transaction. I would definitely recommend Pete and ARS to whom ever is looking to replace their Air conditioning unit.
I purchased an inside unit from this company approximately 8 years ago. Not sure why I called them back after the service technician broke my door getting to the unit. When my tenant called to say the AC was not working. I thought of the closest service company. When they came out, I realized why I had not used them again. The guy never diagnosed a problem. He automatically tried to sell me a new inside and outside unit. Well, it was a blessing they never called me back to collect my credit card information. I called another company and they were transparent, honest, and even took pictures to show me what the problem was. ARS hit my account for a annual service fee when there was no service provided. Stay away from these people. Totally unprofessional, disorganized, and a rip off.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!My A/C unit was not cooling so we called ARS to come diagnose and repair the issue. They had good reviews on google so we figured they were a good company to use. When the tech came out they changed a piece in the exterior unit but that did not resolve the issue. The tech then informed me that the fan motor needed to be replaced and that it would cost $850 to do so. The price seemed a bit steep so I elected to hold off and get a second opinion.The next day we had another company come out to take a look and within 2 minutes they repaired the issue without having to replace anything. It was a simple issue with a loose wire. When I told them what ARS had had said and quoted me the technician told me that ARS most likely didnt need to change anything and the piece they did change was overcharged. They also said that the price quoted for the fan motor replacement (that didnt need replacing) was quoted at hundreds of dollars more than it should have been.
Rafael Calderon visited my house on a Sunday evening and gave me a super awesome great deal and I cant wait until I get my new ac installed and he even gave me a new Nest WiFi Thermostat free of charge. My wife and I are very content.
I went through Home Depot. Home Depot contracts ARS. ARS came on time and responded fast. Sergio was very professional. However, he gave the inspection and then said he had to get the estimate from another person(Huh? Why the extra step?). The other person comes to give a estimate of $9000 for a 1700 sqft house. I dont know if this was because they saw my dad is elderly but $9000 for something that should not be more than $4500 is very very shady. This is Miami not Alaska. You shouldnt have to overcharge old people to make money. I would not refer anyone to them and Home Depot does not contract the best companies. We ended up getting a AC for $3600 everything included.

In 2013, after multiple problems with our AC, we got a new one with ARS, hoping we would stop dealing with AC issues. Eight months later, we had to call them when the house wasnt cooling, and the AC was frozen and dripping on our floor. They told us it was the coil, had to be replaced. It was under warranty, so we replaced it, and paid $961 for labor.Less than two years later, we called them again, the AC was frozen and dripping. They told us it was low on freon, they replaced it and didnt charge us, mostly because we were livid. Six months after that, they were back. Same thing... frozen and dripping. Must be a leak, they told us. They found it, fixed it and we paid $305 for replacement of the freon.Three months later, another leak. This time, they couldnt find it, suggested we do an inspection of the whole house including the in the walls, that was going to cost us thousands. Luckily, we called another company for a second opinion (obviously should have done this ages ago), they found the leak, sealed it.Last year, frozen AC and house not cooling (on the weekend - three kids)... we called ARS (should have known better). They came, cleaned the AC out (we paid for their service [$125]- meaning they would come out for a second visit) and fine. Two days later... AC not working AGAIN! Turns out the service guy, checking the AC, left the freon open and so we were low. To his credit, he didnt charge us for what was his mistake.Four weeks ago, ONCE again, the fan wouldnt stop blowing. We called ARS to complete the second service and have them just look at it. He cleans it out and suggests we may need a new AC. After all this money we already spent on our new AC, you want us to buy a new one through you? Nope. We call the other company, they come out, replace the motor - still under warranty and pay for labor ($300). TODAY, we notice that there is water seeping though our flooring by the AC. Yep. Looks like the last ARS service guy didnt fully seal one of the pipes and water has been dripping for the last four weeks! So now we have official damage! Feel free to see the pictures. And do me a favor, dont call ARS.

I made an appointment to get an estimate to replace my ac unit on Saturday between 9am and 12pm. I waited until 12 pm but nobody showed up so I called the customer service, they assured me that the technician would call me shortly; nobody called or showed up. I called again at 3pm. I was assured that the technician would call me immediately as they had him on the phone- nobody never called back or showed up . Apparently they don’t want my money therefore, I’m going with a different company. They are ridiculous. I can only imagine what’s their process looks like… I do not recommend this company.

My service technician Raiko demonstrate great character, customer service and eager to explain to me how my heating and cooling operates. Hes very knowledgeable. Hes not like others in the past who work and dont clean up after themselves.
They cut corners and now my family with two asmathic children, both who are taught at home virtually have to suffer.Brand new ac unit installed 5 days ago and hot air spewed from the vents immediately. We were told by the tech it would take two hours to cool down. That time came and went with no relief.Calls were placed daily to fix the problem. Followed by the runaround of the dispatch sends the tech the information, and we have to wait for the tech to call us. The tech would come out and refill the Freon (patch job) all stating nothing was wrong with the unit, but the freon wasnt in the tank (head scratch).We are now 5 days and counting of suffering in Floridas 86 degree sweltering night heat. It is currently 2:16 a.m. and 86 degrees in MY HOME! My children cant function in this environment created by your company.They were fast to get the sale and slow to fix their mistake. I reiterate Brand New Ac unit inside and outside, purchased and installed 5 days ago by ARS does not work.I overlooked the original techs using my trashcan to holst up the new unit. I overlooked the gentleman who spoke no English who was given the task to have the paperwork signed and could not answer any questions about the contract. I overlooked that same gentleman who came back yesterday and miraculously the Freon lasted 30 minutes after he left instead of a few hours of relief.I have no idea what this company is doing, or how much damage this heat is causing my home due to their negligence but I can assure anyone that my family and I are completely miserable, and suffering. They are extremely busy, notably because of all the call backs, and runaround they give their customers.Please note the call center operates 24 hours, not the techs. In laymans terms you will hear how you are the last call for the day and they want to go home (told this twice by two separate techs). A huge slap in the face to a customer by doing just enough to get by so you can go home.I can say with every ounce of my being. find elsewhere and save yourself, your family, home, and wallet the stress of the back alley work they pride themselves on.

This company 3 years ago did installation the new ac unit in my apartment . One week ago a had a problem with the hose the ARS installed, my tenant call a tech for give me the diagnostic of the problem the tech to my tenant was the hose because bad installation . Then since Tuesday on 06/08/2021, I contact direct ARS Miami, to book for they go the apartment and fix.AC tech went there and told me the problem has to solve with a Plumer of ARS. Then a book for next they, but ARS looks like they have only on plummer call Guillermo. I spoke with Christopher Grillo so many times all this days between Tuesday to Thursday of time and finally he book for Friday 06/11/2021 time from 8AM to 9AM . Then my tenant was waiting and notary shows up I call ARS then the costumer service rep told me the time was wrong . The frame is from 8 AM to 12 PM. Attention how booked was the head of thec- Christopher Grillo . The plummer Guillermo got there 45 ‘ late. Then Guillermo called me to give the price of the job and told me, ” I can’t do to day because I don’t have the hose for change” But, Guillermo request the payment in advance . Can anyone believe ?I called right way to Christopher Grillo and he said to me it’s normal they don’t have supplies right way and charge in advance. Then Christopher Grillo promise and book the service for the next day on 06/11/2021 @9AM with Guillermo, Christoffer sent to me a email with time and data. On Saturday a call my tenant and He said to me Guillermo was there and will call me in couple minutes. Guillermo never ever call me and left from the apartment without to do the job . My tenants under hot heat in Miami.I call several times ARS and until today no call back or solution for the AC problem . Guillermo told my tenant the problem was in the installation . Today 06/14/2021 a call 2 x no one call me back.This company nobody should ever call them .They are no professional at all.SO DESAPOITED!!!!’nn

My experience with ARS was completely positive and exactly what you would expect dealing with a professional National company. I chose them specifically because they are not a fly by night pirate operator like so many in Miami. Its funny reading some of the reviews that seem like they were written by competitors trying to undermine the company. The price I paid was well in line with what I expected, and everything was explained in great detail. The sales rep. explained everything to me in detail and offered me many choices. I will recommend ARS to all my friends and family....

This company is horrific. We called them Saturday evening at 7PM for their emergency “24 hour service” waited for over 4 hours, called the company multiple times for an ETA and they said the technician was assigned and would call us. The call never came. At around 11:45PM, we get a call from the tech saying that he “tried to call us but we didn’t answer” (a blatant lie as we were by the phone and calling the company consistently) and now he was on two other calls and didn’t want to come back up to help so he wouldn’t work so late. 24 hour service. We called and scheduled an appointment for the earliest the next day and we were told they send techs out at 8AM. We had to call at 10AM before any tech would call. Once the tech arrived, before doing any work handed us a book with 3 videos explaining a $5000 machine. He claimed that we had a coil issue and unless we replaced with the expensive machine, would continue to have problems. Once we declined the machine he “fixed” our AC, with an attitude as we didn’t buy his machine, and made it so that the house would not cool more than 84 degrees, during the Miami summer. Ended up getting a tech the very next day who fixed the problem completely (The ARS tech told us NOT to call air around the clock because they’re horrible but they fixed everything. no coil issue or anything these people said) for nowhere near the cost. Bottom line is these people do not fulfill customer needs, lie to your face, and the technicians only want to sell you an expensive product not actually fix your unit. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bad company to do business with. I bought a unit from them 3 years ago and now it’s leaking Freon. I called them to check it out for me and they asked me almost $1700 to have the coil replaced. I have tried to call them so many times and I was told the service manager would call me. No one ever called me. I called them to have my part back from them since I had warranty on it but they told me No. I had a great company did the job for me for less than $600. STAY AWAY from those people!!

I’ve had multiple ARS Guys come by but the one that stands out is Noel. He always explains everything and is very through. I personally have the ARS Support Plan where I get discounts and two checkups or so a year. I pay monthly and that way I don’t have to pay for service call visits. I get calls about the visits even though I forget about them. The office personnel help set me up and give me a confirmation call (I just wish I remembered her name). I’m very glad I choose ARS Rescue Rooter Miami. I’m an English speaking resident and they are sure to send someone each time that can communicate with me. In the beginning about 2 years ago I got a couple of Spanish only guys. They were nice but we really couldn’t communicate properly. Again I’m thankful for the comfort advisor that picked out my unit (inside and out) and for all the techs that take care of my unit. One less thing for me to worry about.
Sales rep seemed/was very knowledgeable, but they are OVERPRICED. The guy was trying to sell me a Rheem 4 Ton 16 Seer for $10,000!!! He said he would give me a discount and would end up to $9,000. He was gonna include me a Nest Thermostat, New Air Handler Stand(I dont know why because my stand is ok) and a new cement slab for the ac outside (dont know because mines is ok) he said all of that is not in code...he also put a UV Light sanitizer. I see everything overpriced. Theres other companies can charge you 2k-5k for the things i just said.. You have been warned.
They installed an A/C unit that conveniently isnt working a year and few days later installation. Warranty was for a year. Unhelpful customer service on phone. They put some odd white paint on the wires of the nest thermostat they installed. Not good work.

What should have been a very stressful experience, ARS Rescue Rooter Miami turned it around for us, by making us feel that we were in great hands from start to finish with their extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating employees. I dare say that this was a very pleasant experience.Our a/c died on Monday at 1:30 am, we recalled having used ARS Rescue Rooter in 2015 for maintenance and having been happy with their services, so we thought to give them a try in this instance for repairs. I called their number looking only to find out what time they opened so that I could make an appointment as quickly as possible. To my surprise, a “real person” (not an answering service) answered the phone and patiently listened to my problem and proceeded to process an appointment for the same day with a window of 8:00 am - Noon); which I was very grateful to accept.Later at 8:00 am, I received a call form ARS letting us know to expect their technician anytime between 9:00am - 10:00am that day. The technician, Sergio, called to let us know that he was on his way - he arrived on time. Unfortunately though, we thought that our a/c unit was 7 years old and as it turned out, it was actually 10 years old, so a different tech had to be scheduled for us; however, before leaving, Sergio assessed the situation with our a/c and gave us a written estimate of the cost for repairs. [Sergio was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating].The next technician was Jonathan Castillo (Comfort Advisor); he called us as soon as he had completed the job that he had been working on, to let us know that he was on his way. When he arrived, we had already made the decision to replace the a/c unit, since it was already 10 years old. Jon provided us with the price to replace the unit an walked us through the paperwork, explaining each step of the way in great detail and once done, he arranged an appointment for the installation of our new a/c for the very next morning. [Jonathan was also extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating].The next day, Tuesday at 10:00 am, the HAVC installation technicians arrived, Jose Guerra and Juan Carlos) and proceeded with the installation of the new a/c. They were very organized and detailed in their work; they were very careful not to damage or get anything dirty (tough job because it rained and the grass was muddy). When they were finished with the installation they were quick to clean and clear their work areas both inside and outside. Juan Carlos gave us clear instructions on how to use the thermostat; what to do to the a/c each month and how to change the electric filter every 3 months. Walked me through what was done outside with the compressor. [Both, Jose and Juan Carlos were also extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate and very accommodating].There was a small hiccup due to miscommunication on the paperwork, but both Jose and Juan Carlos assured me that their office would get back to me to workout a mutually agreeable solution; and I don’t doubt it for a second.I hope that ARS appreciates how blessed they are to have such great employees.Team - thank you so much!

I was asked what time would I prefer, Morning or Afternoon. I said morning. It’s noon and no one has even updated me of a time change. Only had their new Ac for about 3 weeks and it already stopped working.
Amazing, experience, with this company. We were having problems, with our central air, at our home. For many years. We knew it was time, for a new central air system. But could not seem, to find the right company, to accommodate, our needs, and our financial situation. Just company stepped up to the plate. Put us on a two-year payment plan. Sent, the best, employees, that I have ever had come to my home to fix or repair anyting. Amazing salesman. Had an issue come up with the contract, call the company, the salesman was back at my home, within 2 hours, well they were already installing system. He handled the problem quickly. And actually gave us a discount, on top of the original price. I would give you more than five stars ARS, if I could. You are truly, a stand-up company. Keep up the good work. I take my hat off to you, and your employees.
Call other companies, their prices are insane! ARS installed the system, would not honor their warranty and everytime they come out for maintenance claim the system needs $5,000 in repairs or replacement. Tech came out yesterday and did not even clean the system and lowered the freon so the system isnt working properly today. Bunch of crooks working on commission.

I have used ARS in the past for A/C maintenance and repairs, but when my 10yr old 3.5 ton unit stopped working in the middle of June - I knew exactly who to call. Fabricio our usual technician is honest and professional, he recommended a new unit vs. another investment. Within 24hrs I had a new 4 ton unit installed by the best team (Jose Guerra). They were so precise, professional, detailed, clean, and just plain nice. I would highly recommend them for all your A/C needs.

Our technician, Juan Rodriguez did an excellent job with the installation of our A/C. As he was installing he would explain everything to me. He took his time and when above and beyond on the job. He even cleaned everything up and left everything very clean. We were also very happy with the electrician that they sent. Same thing, he would explain everything and did a great job. I am happy with this company and the work done by our technician Juan and feel like we made the right choice by going with this company.
They had a promotion on Home Depot of 999 check up they came to the property and they saw my AC unit and immediately they said that they could not touch it because the AC unit was way too old that they needed to have the manager come and see it that I never had any problem with the AC unit because the AC unit has 4 to 5 years a little bit more up to six years and they were saying that that AC unit needed to be replaced and that it was dead, they were not gonna be able to touch it when they just needed to do a check up these people are like hunters they just want to take a vantage of people And I don’t appreciate companies like this in our neighborhood

This time around their technician Raiko Fleites immediately arrived as promised, assessed our problem and provided practical solutions. The next day the repair was completed as promised with a few added details to sweeten the deal. We highly recommend this company. And Raiko certainly represents them well.
I just spoke with the most unprofessional dispatcher named Lisa. She wouldnt let me talk and was speaking over me while I did so. I have been told by 4 technicians that I am not able to change the filter that I bought from them due to it being plugged in and its electrical and they dont want me to get shocked...Now this dispatcher states that I am able to. She had a very rude and condisending tone. She stated that the reason why the technician would say this is because they are men and men dont think women can do this. Now the question lies on which is it?? Should I risk on doing something that I have no knowledge on doing because a dispatcher says or a technician? Very unpleasant conversation and unprofessional.

Reliable Competent Work you can trust. I would highly recommend ARS Miami and the team led by Joe Salgado and Juan Rodriguez. They did a fantastic job of replacing our air conditioning system with a quality new system with a great warranty. They had attention to detail and were quick to respond during a holiday weekend to our air conditioning malfunction and system failure. Within 24 hours, we had a new air conditioning system installed which was carefully inspected by the team in preparation for final building inspection. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend them!

We felt hesitant to invest in a new HVAC unit for our home due to costs. But after our initial consultation with ARS Miami representative we were sure we were making the right decision. We made the investment in the morning and later than afternoon Mr. Juan Rodriquez was there to install our new unit. Mr. Rodriquez was very professional, courteous and detailed. Once the unit was installed he gave us a in-depth explanation of how our new unit works.

Had the technician from ARS-Miami Robert S come to do the annual check on my Home A/C. My first time he is in my home. From the start he greeted polite and introduce himself and explained what work he was going to do.Robert explained my concerns I had with the UV Light the system has and took care and checked and cleared my concern. At the end he explained any findings and showed me the report in the work order. Very please with his service and ARS.
