Called Saturday left a message with their phone service said it was not urgent and I could wait till the office opens.. Called 4 time throughout Monday and got a busy signal. Called Monday night to leave another message with their 24/7 answering service. Waited till Thursday to call again and guess what, I once again got their answering service. They have worked on my heater in the past and were excellent so I am not sure what is going on but at this point I wont even bother using them anymore.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called on Saturday for an air conditioning repair. The man on the phone said he would have a service man call me right back. No one ever did. I then tried scheduling the service through their online scheduling system. No one called me back. So after 48 hours I called again and got the same guy who didnt even apologize. He just asked for the same information I gave him on Saturday and also through their website.I told him to forget it. If they still dont have the information and it takes over 48 hours just to schedule service, how long are you going to wait on the guy to show up.Dont call these people.

This service center doesnt have skilled workers. All are touts and inexperienced people who will try to learn on your costly equipment. Better give your stuff to a local repair shop rather than trusting these guys. They could not fix my petty toaster, forget about any other costlier equipment.

They came out and consulted with us about a new HVAC system. They was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. As a company they have several options to meet every customers need and Chris was great about finding and sharing options that were specific to our family. This place will help you out when you need service. They have great prices on air conditioning units. I would recommend them if your looking for a new AC

Never, ever use this company.They are unreliable, told us we had to replace an entire part due to old age that was less than 5 years old. When we got a second opinion, they were about to replace a perfectly good part because they missed a hole in a previous installation they did. When we told them, they blamed it on a faulty meter but it binged for a problem with an expensive install but missed the leak elsewhere. Right.

Wow, did these guys pull the wall over our eyes a few years ago & we only found out this morning when having our ducts, dryer vent, & bathroom fans cleaned by this Ac Repair service These guys, who we thought did a thorough cleaning at the time, just did a basic cleaning with their vacuums as opposed to using vacuums & brushes. They left so much behind that even these guys we used this morning were amazed. For $800.00, it is nothing more than a rip off. Never again.

I had a great experience with All Year Cooling. They came promptly to my property and gave me a very reasonable quote. I will use them again.

If I could give this company a negative score I would. I called after hours (6:30 pm), they said someone would come the next day. A week later, I called the office to find out if they intended on sending anyone out, and they joked that the guy who lives in another town and gets no cell reception must not have gotten their calls. Wonderful. Next day, a guy and his kid come out, look at the air handling unit, and the laughing and jokes began. Laughed with snide and inconsiderate comments, quoting $2000 to fix the problem, which seemed to be hilarious to him.

While visiting my Dad this summer, his ac started to freeze up whenever he dropped the temperature on the thermostat. We couldnt figure out what was going on, and since Dad is a little older, I felt it was too dangerous not to repair. I called All Year Cooling, and they not only repaired the unit, but they explained what he can do himself to maintain the unit until we can get it replaced. Very decent company.i think you can trust them

Most unskilled people can be found in the office.

All the technician have rude behaviour, I had there with my grandpa, his technician David did very bad behaviour,then I talked to David why you are behaving with my grandpa, then another all technician came to quarrel with me.God forbid, I came from there with my Grandpa.

We asked for a different repair person because we didnt trust the first one (to correct the mistake in the first installation- which should be a no charge service because its their mistake and covered under warranty) and they refused to have someone else take over.

Wish there was a zero rating to give these guys. We called the company that offers 24/7 service repeatedly from 8 pm last night until after noon today with no response at all to our messages.

Service centre charged over priced in the name.of company policy.

It was horrible experience with this Ac Repair service.
