Worst and most unsanitary manicure I have ever had.The woman doing my nails adhered acrylic to my skin in multiple places and then tried to cut it off my skin with an electric drill. I kept asking her to please stop drilling my skin, she would ignore me and continue doing so. Then she resorted to sharp scissors. Thats when I noticed the tools she was using she was just digging out of a drawer, they did not seem to be sanitized at all.This is all after she refused to give me the short manicure that I wanted because she said the length she picked would look better. I tried to explain to her that I cut hair and cant have long nails and she ignored me.None of the nails are the same shape or length. Theyre not uniform in any way and they look ridiculous on my fingers.Its now been over a day and a half since I got my nails done and my fingertips are still in so much pain.***The picture of purple nails is the example i showed her for length and shapePlease beware!

First time doing my nails here. I had a great experience, very good customer service and outcome. My nails lasted about 3 weeks without any kind of damage. During those three weeks, aside from the regular activities of a mother, I trained with weights and did boxing 4 times a week, decorated a birthday party and set up a tent at a market place. Very good work, I totally recommend it!

Amazing work. they where so nice. i just got my favorite movie nails(Harry Potter nails) They did an amazing job on my nails. They massaged my hands and feet prior to putting on the polish. Over all it was amazing.

I love this nail and hair salon!! one of the bests in miami, Monica is very skilled at doing nails and she is my favorite. i always get my nails done here and by her and recently got my halloween nails done and it came out hella good. i always go to this salon and get my hair and nails done here. it’s worth it. it’s very costumer friendly and feels like you’re at home which is really comforting, and especially with the epidemic they are very clean and professional and sanitary! Lupe as well does really good hair, i always get crazy color and spilt dye my hair and she’s just amazing when it comes to that process

I went the other day, I had just moved to the area so I wanted to support local small buisness and this salon exceeded my expectations. i hadnt got my nails done in 5 years and they made sure I got everything I wanted. My nails look great and I feel beautiful again. One of my favortie things about this salon is that its women owned!! I will be coming back here again.

I honestly was waiting for my second visit to post a review because I wanted to see if the second time was as good as the first one. Well it was BETTER. The way they treat their customers... ❤️. I feel like home/family there while being away from my own. Monica works amazingly good and neat; my nails lasted for almost a month perfectly... She will leave your nails PERFECT while making sure you have a good time while you are there too :)100% recommended!!

I never have time to write reviews but have to for this place. My nails have chipped the following day with shellac. That is not even what bothers me the most. First of all the women came in with cuts on her fingers she had to bandage in front of me while I waited and was15 minutes late. Very nice lady but very unprofessional. They don’t care though. The woman at the front desk then proceeding to call her 8 year old a liar and be so mean to her because she said the bathroom smelled. Well we all know something like that kids just speak the truth, her mother must had made the bathroom smell and was too weak to admit it and punished her own daughter. Just a terrible terrible experience.

The ladies here were so nice and they did an excellent job my nails. The place is modest but they do wonderful work. theres also a delicious restaurant just a couple of doors down.

They treat you like family I advise you to come and visit you may not want to leave

Went to this salon for the very first time last week to get an acrylic fill in on my nails with gel polish and a pedicure. After a few days the gel polish had already began to chip off some of my nails. Less than a week and one of my nails fall off, but I noticed my real nail was green. I got a fungus and needed to remove all my nails because my acrylic was done so poorly!! I would NOT recommend to get acrylic done here!

It brought me to nails and beauty never been here before I did my pedicure and manicure with Dora shes an amazing person she did my feet real real nice she even fixed my chipped nail I was soo happy with this place and their customer service . This is definitely my new nail spot 💅🏼

Lacked in nail polish colors. The ladies doing nails did not understand what we wanted done.(an ombre effect) My sister had to translate as no one spoke English, just Spanish. Worst nail experience ever, did not soak hands prior to gel manicure. My fingers were very sore after and during experience. Sister had to give a down deposit to hold space for the 6 of us doing nails, no discounts for large parties or bridal event.What should have been maybe 1 hour spent ended up being 3 hours to do 6 people...

Came here twice. Once for a manicure, the woman doing my nails clearly had no experience, couldve done a better job at home. Second time I came in for a hair appointment, asked for curls left with straight sticky hair. Manager didnt want to give a refund for time wasted and horrible end result. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Wish I had pictures to attach.

Had total emergency with my acrylics.Just moved to Miami beach and my nails broke and where cracked dirty and bleeding.They let me order food talk the whole time there because it took hours getting my nails looking just okay. I have to wait for new ones moving killed my nails 😭😭

Me fue terrible. Me atendió una señora peruana que no sabía hacer manicure, me lastimó todas las uñas y luego no sabía cómo aplicar el esmalte. Tuve que decirle a otra señora que me terminara de realizar el trabajo porque me querían dejar así. Luego cuando fui a pagar hizo un comentario terrible, me arrepiento de no haber pedido mi plata de vuelta. No vayan nunca.

I came for a drying and ironing, the person put too much hair product, can not wash your hair very well (I had to tell you how to do it) the hair came out extremely tangled and it should be noted that my hair is smooth, that is 0 hydrated! I came to dry the fringe that was the most important and I ended up doing it because the person could never do it well. Nothing recommended this place, I lost my money and would not go back anymore.
