The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met. Do not. I repeat do not spend your money here. I missed one appointment because my dog had a heart attack, I phoned and apologized and when I phoned back on Monday she hung up on me twice, blocked my number, I then phoned back on my husbands phone and she did the same thing. The owner of this salon needs to seriously re think who is serving their customers. I am appalled by the way I was treated and looking on Yelp I am not the only person.

A friend of mine recommended this place due to the amazing staff and great atmosphere. Im pleased to say that this is exactly what I found! I’m in love with my nails! LETICIA did an amazing replica of the picture I showed her which is displayed on the left. She was so pleasant throughout my entire mani/pedi, and she was extremely thorough. I highly recommend her! The environment was very peaceful, extremely clean, and everyone was very kind. Em salon has my business for sure!

The best Nails salon I found in Miami since I moved here 7 months ago! They speak English, speak with you and not between each-other while they do your hands or feet, really nice and clean! Vikky did my pedicure and gel manicure and was amazing ! I strongly recommend it !

Everyone who worked at EM was very nice/professional. However, the quality of the SNS was terrible (very thin) - after just a week it has chipped and the clear layer came off. Additionally, instead of tweezing or filing my cuticles, they used the grinding tool ON MY CUTICLES and they were bleeding by the end. All of that for $90+... absolutely not worth it.

I arrived on vacation to Miami, and I found an excellent girl named Laura who made me some acrylic nails. I loved it, thanks.

I really enjoy this place. They have a smaller selection of nail polishes but they are still up to date. The nail ladies do a great job of using properly cleaned nail tools and take caution when they do your mani and pedi. They also treat you to a quick massage of the hands or feet. I really like this place and will definitely come again.

I asked the manicurist for the published Monday price of $35 and we verbally agreed.After some considerable time, during which she cut my finger in two places which would not stop bleeding, she said she had finished.I went to the cashier and was presented with a bill for around $50.I asked why I was not being charged the agreed $35 and was told I was given extra treatment, hot towels, which I did not request, nor did I know it was extra.I stood my ground saying that I would pay what we had agreed at the outset, and after some time the manager begrudgingy agreed, so I paid and left.I am not going back to that place that cannot behave properly, that did not do a good job, and also damage your fingers and give you the treatment.

I would give them ZERO if that were an option. Spent $170 (plus 50 tip) to have our models nails done for a photo shoot. Came back the next day because, right before the shoot our models polish completely chipped off. We rushed to the salon & asked them to fix it asap as it was 5 pm & were quickly losing light for the day. She admitted the job was botched & offered to fix the job at 7 pm despite the fact that they had a dozen unoccupied people sitting around the place doing absolutely nothing. I told her 7 was no good, it was a 10 minute, & to please have someone do it before we lost the day. She told me to go take my pictures & that i could photoshop the botched toenails out. Very unprofessional. I will be forwarding to models mayhem & all if the agencys that we use.

We had a huge language barrier problem! She couldnt understand anything I said. She had to keep getting one of the English speaking workers to come and translate in Russian for her. Ruined the whole relaxing part of getting my pedicure!

Rip off. I made an appointment in advance, and I had 2 different techs help me (not by choice) (one for mani one for pedi). At the end of my appointment I was charged extra. When I asked for an explanation she said that she didn’t know why they did that, but didn’t offer to discount back to the price if it was a package. I said I wanted a polish change, and they charged me for a mani. I was charged 130$ and was expecting the bill to be about 80$ Based on pricing online. During the appointment, another Customer came in for her appointment they told her the tech will be another 20 mins (because the tech was doing my nails) and the Customer was like what’s the point of making an appointment and left. The ladies that did my nails they did an ok job but the lady behind the counter that does schedualing and payments is no good.

Always very professional and courteous! When Im home in MIA I always make sure I stop by!

As a local growing up in Miami Beach its so important to find an exceptional nail salon. EM nails has been my go to place for over 5 years. Rocio makes my tiny little dancer toes look and feel amazing. The amposhere is relaxing and welcoming. If you need and grea mani pedi this is your place. 💜

Powder gel 75$ full set but does not come with the polish. You got to pay 20$ extra for the polish.Never heard that you have to pay extra for proper polish. Not happy at all and I am not going back.

Terrible, the girl didn’t know how to do nail pouder, stayed 2:30 hours and had terrible experience, I will never go again....

The prices are reasonable for this area.

A mi no me molesta pagar de mas, mientras sea un buen servicio. Pero aca te cobran $10 por quitarte el gel de las manos y $15 por el gel de los pies, y por ese precio esperaria que me dejaran la mano nitida. tuve que llegar a la casa a arreglarme las uñas porque lo unico que hicieron fue raspar el gel. Y en la VIDA habia escuchado que se le cobra a alguien por una uña enterrada. eso es parte de cualquier pedicure. punto. A eso sumale la mala actitud de la señora. definitivamente no volvere y mis amigas tampoco. por esos precios conseguimos mejor atencion en otro lado!UPDATE:despues haber escrito este review, me trataron de llamar por telefono. contesté pero no me podian oir porque mi celular estaba conectado a un parlante en la casa de mis amigas. y como no me oian, se escucha claramente a la chica diciendo “malp@#&da” antes de colgar.total y completa falta de respeto y de profesionalismo y honestamente, que corrientes.
