This is an absolute little gem of a salon. It’s been a few week since my visit at Salon Vaso, and my hair is still making me happy. I was blown away by the quality of service, products used, and beautiful space. When I walked in, my hair was in a terrible state. I had a toner applied and a haircut with Dyann Michele, and I think I have found my hair stylist in Miami! She understood exactly what I wanted, and knowledgeably and creatively made it happen. She has a lot of passion for her work and has had top quality training - ask her about it! She was part of a fascinating piece of Miami Beach fashion industry history. The salon uses Phyto products, a Paris brand based on natural ingredients - and theyre for sale there too. I bought a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner which are doing miracles for my bleached ends. Thank you!!

I went here on a please help me situation. I saw the reviews and knew this had to be a great spot, I had Darlene and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to me and put her skills to work and the outcome.. I couldn’t of asked for or imagined anything better. I came out sassy AF! Love it great salon from beginning to end. I was in search of a great salon that specializes in Hair coloring. I found Salon Vaso through google and it had great reviews. Setting up appointment was super easy. I arrived on time and they took care of me ON TIME. So refreshing. Alex was my assigned Hair colorist. He was AMAZING! Took my sad tired colored hair and transformed it into something beautiful. He was attentive. Reception was attentive. There was free parking (which is a huge plus in south beach). Ask for Alex!

They did a great cut and blow-dry not quite sure how good they are on color but I made an appointment for next week so Ill update my review... So far Im very pleased with the service!

I’ve been going here for a few years and their receptionist always seem very bubbly and efficient with booking appointments. I’ve use two different stylist both Cynthia and Natalia. Both of these ladies were very detailed on their work and had great finishing techniques. I worked in the industry for some time and I pay close attention to what stylist do and they are both impeccable precision and have great personalities too.I’ve recently gotten two completely different cuts from Natalia and I absolutely love them!They are pricey but you are literally getting what you pay for with these ladies. I’ve been to other salons same price and the quality of work isn’t there.I highly recommend either of these girls.

I am a new customer. I had a haircut and colored my hair at Vaso a few days ago. The stylist who did my hair messed up with the color and provided poor customer service. However, I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars since I appreciate how the management handle my unhappy experience. The owner and manger both gave prompt responses and showed sincerity to understand the problem and found ways to rectify it. Small business got hit hard during the pandemic and I hope their management can tackle the root cause of this complaint so that their new or old customers, the company reputation and staff do not suffer.

Cynthia is incredible. I get soooo many compliments on my hair!! She is master at blonde coloring and extensions!!!! Her prices are fair, which allows me to continue upcoming these amazing results! By far the best hair stylist in south beach!

Im in love with this place! Ive never been so happy with my hair before. Vaso turned my hair from brassy orange blond to stunning platinum in just one session. My hair feel amazing and arent damaged at all even after all this bleach. Vaso used all her own hair products on my hair that completely changed my hair, of course I bought them all (they also smell wonderful).I had the best time in the salon, everyone was super friendly and helpful.I cant wait to go back! Definitely never going to another salon anymore :)))Thank you!!

Stephanie is an amazing eye lashes tech. Very professional and gentle. She takes her time, she does her job with so much pleasure, with the only goal for you to be beautiful and happy. She did few different kind of work on my eye lashes over the last 12 months and I was very pleased all the time. Plus it last longer and longer. She must use the best product on the market! I highly recommend her :)

I found my favorite salon. I live in Midtown, but I take the drive over the bridge to get away and be pampered by Elena. She really knows how to take care of my nails! I suffer from constant ingrown toenails and I’ve never found a nail tech that relieves my pain like she does.

I have know Cynthia Imperatore since 2003. I have naturally curly hair and not all stylist know how to cut it. It is always my first question is if the stylist has the knowledge for cutting curly hair. Cynthia is a talented colorist and stylist. Cynthia always listens to my requests and is honest if it is going to work and on point with my color! Not only is she is great at it but she LOVES what she does! I highly recommend Cynthia.

Energy is very different with the new owners. Cleanliness is not as pristine. Spent couple hundred dollars for a mediocre color job. Wont return but good luck.

Walking into the salon, my first impression was nothing but spectacular. Everyone greeted me, and was extremely friendly. The owner Vaso was one of the kindest humans I have ever met, I left the salon with various samples to try of the salons products, and even a bottle of hairspray, which I couldn’t be more than excited about trying. Ricky cut my hair, and let me tell you he was AMAZING. He was very precise and spent his time perfecting my hair. He was also very knowledgeable about hair, and you could tell that he knew what he was doing! Such a pro! He also provided me with many beauty tips. Mary is amazing!! She is an expert on platinum hair and understood exactly what I wanted. I was a little hesitant for such a big color change but she nailed it and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. There arent enough stars to give Vaso wen it comes to how happy she makes me. Vaso is the only person that knows exactly what I want and need when it comes to my hair. I barely speak when I’m in her chair because of how much I trust her talent, eye, opinion, artistry, and vision. She’s the most incredible colorist and stylist I’ve ever come across. There is no other person that makes my color and cut look this perfect in my book. Her mastery gives me life and so much confidence. In regard to her products, they ROCK! I use her shampoo, conditioner, restorative mask (once a week), serum for frizz and repair, mouse, and hair spray. All of it! I’m super happy with the volume and shine that her products give my hair. I was lucky enough to be attended by Stephanie. I got done an eyelash lift and tint. The results lasted for a good period of time, much more than other brands/salons that I have gotten lifts at in the past. She welcomes you and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It was a first time visit to the salon for me, although its been at the same location for 10 years! Space is awesome and ambiance is relaxed and overall a good vibe- this is important to me as a customer. Service was phenomenal, and my stylist Carrie so sweet and talented. She took her time and added texture with her cut, and subtle highlights that work well with my existing hair color. As a side note she is new to the salon and rates are favorable as she is new talent, but one with much experience and truly lovely. Her scalp massages are a treat!

This has been my go-to salon since I moved to Miami Beach from West Hollywood 10 years ago. Under the capable hands of Natalia Mejia — master stylist and all-around aesthetic guru — I have taken my thick, curly Italian locks platinum blonde, silky with keratin, shoulder-length and sun-kissed, and even mermaid-long with extensions. There is nothing Natalia cannot do, and she does it with both artistry and heart. I can’t say enough about this salon and I trust my hair to no one else. Love love love!

I went there with my hair a real mess! My hair is curly and somewhat thin. I wanted a beach bum kind of look and they made that happen. I went there about four years ago before that and I asked for a Michelle Pfieffer (in Scareface) style and I was very happy with it, just a lot to maintain. They are like your friends there and front desk is amazing. Equally amazing as the staff is the chic inside of the studio! Movie star treatment and my stylist told me Zac Efron passed through there when he was in Miami. I thought that was neat! I will be going back. Great parking in the back of shop.....

I just recently moved to the Miami beach area from Miami lakes. I went on Yelp looking for a salon and choose salon Vaso, best choice Ive ever made. The hair stylist that the receptionist picked out for me was Trish. I came in half an hour early as I like to do for any appointment, although Trish wasnt available until my appointment time, which is perfectly fine. Its my choice to come in early. She came and got me from the waiting area, greeted me with a smile and a handshake, that made me feel welcome. I have a minor case of social anxiety, particularly when Im around people that look better than me, but I felt so welcomed that my anxiety went away. I had rainbow hair, it was horrible, I wanted to go back to my natural color. Trish explained everything perfectly. Most stylist insist on doing what it is you want, I like to hear what they think even if its negative, Trish dos just that she gave her recommendations and they turned out to be spot on. At that point in time, my phone had broke, so I had no phone. Trish offered for me to use her phone, I declined and said thank you, she then got me a lot of magazines to keep me entertained until my hair was ready to be rinsed off. I was so pleased Im coming back in a month for a Keratin treatment and a haircut, which Trish recommended the Keratin in order to get rid of my a cowlick I have in the front of my hair that I hate. Trish did my hair cut an dying for just $100 out of kindness, I felt so pleased I made sure I left her a tip. Cant wait to go back to salon Vaso! Plus there peach tea is the bomb!!

I have been using Salon Vaso for the last two years and love it. Natalia cuts and colors my hair and it has never looked better. I have really thick long red hair and she gets the color perfect every time. I would recommend this salon (and Natalia) to anyone!

Super stylish salon talented hair dressers nice receptionist theyre well staffed and do lots of different hair treatments to bring rejuvenation back to the most dry dull hair they use the highest quality of products which is a plus for me I had a cut and treatment done with blowout I think they did a wonderful job!

Ive been coming to this salon for years and what I love most aside from the amazing job they do with my brows, hair, and nails is that the service is consistent and always top quality. Its my place to disconnect from my busy day and the staff at salon Vaso always make sure the environment is friendly, comfortable, and clean. I Love SALON VASO!! The girls are the best, always very friendly!! For the first time ever in my life I felt comfortable enough at Salon Vaso to change the color of my hair. I just got my hair done with Mari!! I have black hair and wanted to do some high lights. I was really nervous thinking that my hair would turn out to be platinum blond. So she explained to me how she was going to work on my hair, and at the end I absolutely LOVE the way my hair looks. Salon Vaso is great! I have been going there for years and the service is amazing. My appointments always run on time and my hair and nails have never looked better. Vaso treats all of her customers like dear friends and the salon has a very warm atmosphere. I especially recommend Tanya for your manicure/pedicure.
