Please note this is my experience: I have been in Miami Beach for a little over year now. It’s truly hard to find excellent nail techs and customer service. The photos attached I paid $90. I asked for gel manicure and gel pedicure with $5 each sticker design. Keep in mind this is my regular nails. This is the highest I ever paid for regular nails and not acrylic gel tips. As you can see I am extremely disappointed not to mention the service is truly terrible no one smiles and it seems no one enjoys their job. I’m pretty big on great service and great business. This will be my last visit to this salon. I hope this helps those who are new and looking for top service.

Always a terrible experience with a different price. They will tell u they have time take clients then last minute say they cant do a service. Super unprofessional. Theyre lucky they get walk ins because the place wouldnt survive on returning clients. The manager, and owner both dont care about the hospitality or quality side of things. AT ALL just the receipt that you paid. 0/10.

Very positive place. Cecilia was amazing as a woman and nail tech. A woman in there was so nice to pay my bill. She makes up for 20 bad people in this world. Everyone seems happy walking out of this place

Amy did amazing for my gel pedicure! Revived my toes! Came to visit miami and they made themselves available for me. However, my bestfriend got a pedicure from another lady, and broke her anklet and didn’t offer anything to make it better. The anklet was real, so she was upset. We were hoping for a discount or something for her service for the inconvenience or at least a replacement for her and nothing was offered. Even a little offer to fix the situation would have made the experience better

I got my nails done for the first time in a while, and this young man who was doing my nails did an amazing job! He paid great attention to detail and was very delicate. Overall great service 🤗

Great salon. I had Ultimate manicure/pedicure treatment and it was an amazing experience. High quality work, reasonable prices, wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

They close at 7:30 I walked in at 5 to get a full set with gel polish and a pedi with gel polish that turns out to be $45. Besides the price my pedicure came out wonderful. It was the young lady Jessica who was the rookie in the shop who had my nails lumpy, and still polished them after I told her they weren’t up to part. She said she was tired and that she’d give me a discount.I ended up going to go to the OWNER who said she would fix them for EXTRA. And that I should be grateful because it’s closing time. She fixed them( but wouldn’t polish them now I have red toes and no polish on my hands. She told me to get out and I should be greatful. Don’t go STAY AWAY FROM JESSICA THE ROOKIE. And the rude owner.

WORD OF ADVICE: READ YELP REVIEWS!! I came to this place because its walking distance to my house and had good reviews on google. I wish I had read the 1 star yelp reviews because I couldve saved myself stress and a waste of money. I left a more detailed review on yelp but basically, I was ignored, shouted at, and the nail tech rushed through my appt to get to her next, even though I made an appt as well. I asked for almond shaped nails and she wanted to charge me an extra $10. Just LOOK AT THE PHOTOS BELOW OF WHAT I ASKED FOR VERSUS WHAT I GOT. I now have to go somewhere else tomorrow to pay more $ to fix them. Extremely rude, and no pride in their work. I also asked for a simple leaf design and was told that she didnt have time. The other design person responded with I dont know when I asked what types of designs she can do since she said the one I asked for was too difficult. Mind you, I called ahead asking if they can do designs and was told yes. NEVER AGAIN.

I’m not usually leave bad reviews, but, I come in at 6pm for a remove set and full set, they says is ok and start the removing my old set, after 30min the person who was attending me left and after an 1hour was alone in the chair, their reason, we was too busy, so, don’t says yes in the first place, They waste an 1:30h of my life, I won’t come back to that place, really unprofessional people

I went here with my two daughters and my uncle and the staff were very accommodating and super nice! I don’t really get manicures but I enjoy getting pedicures because my feet get calluses and gross looking if I don’t take care of them. I’d rather not be bending over for a long time to take care of my feet. I’d much rather pay someone else to do a professional job.My daughters get manicures and pedicures and they are young girls and this shop was very accommodating to my daughters needs.My youngest had never been to a nail salon and my oldest always wants something out of the ordinary. I think she got about 5 different colors in total and she loved it.My feet looked nice and smooth all over and my nails looked great!It was around $100 for my family and I thought that was very reasonable.Next time I’m in Miami I will definitely go back here!

Was in SoFlo for a few days and needed a fill in. Was a bit skeptical due to some reviews but was tired of looking and there was no wait. Alex was my tech & was very nice and accommodating with my various requests. I’m not used to paying $45 for a gel refill but everything’s expensive in Miami. I’d recommend

The best place and attention

The absolute worst mani pedi i have had in my life. Will be going home to remove the paint and redo it myself. The man that did my nails did them terribly.. so who i assume was the manager came over and added two coats on top of the 2 + top coat i already had on instead of fixing it the correct way. I hate to leave bad reviews and shame people so i am only writing this in hopes to save someone the disappointment as i look through reviews to find new salons to go to.

Expensive $45 for a Gel pedicure not even get a scrub just the gel and bye . Its a dirty looking place will never comeback.

Amy is the only person who can shape my preferably long nails correctly. I tried other salons in the area and this is the only location with consistent quality! I have never left unsatisfied. The place is small and intimate not a factory line of people rushing through customers.

The place is very clean and has new chair equipment. The ladies were nice and helped us relax. No screaming, shouting or loud voices whatsoever. Im glad I came.

Always a great experience when I come to this nail salon with her without an appointment.

The worst experience ever! The girl who did my pedicure was great! But the assigned a guy to do my manicure (I don’t care if it’s a girl or boy) but a kid that is 5 years old could’ve done a better job! I told the owner that I was not satisfied with that and she didn’t care, she was arguing and had a terrible attitude. Won’t ever come here again! I felt they stole my money

The massage feature on the pedicure chairs is amazing. I didnt want to get up when the pedicure was finished. My toes and feet feel great.

I am sad and disappointed to write this review. I had acrylic nails done by Amy for my birthday cruise. Three days later one of the nail broke off. I called and spoke with Amy and she told me she would be too busy to fix it anytime soon. I had no choice but to just remove them all myself since I am leaving tomorrow. This was my first time visiting this place and will not be returning.
