Came into the shop a few times for manicures but this is the first time coming for a Pedicure! Definitely wont be the last. Sweet girl named Vanessa made sure my feet were trimmed and polished! shared a few laughs too, lol. Stop on by. Check em out!

I do recommend Royal Beauty Spa, I just don’t recommend the nail tech Vanessa. We were quoted one price and as she was doing my nails she told me she was doing a Russian Manicure, which was not on the list, she also removed gel polish off 2 nails. Once she was finished and I proceeded to pay, my bill was 20$ more than I was quoted, and when I asked why she said the Royal Manicure was $10 and the design was $10, “some gold on 2 nails”🤔Not to mention she did not tell me this so called Royal Manicure was extra! Then she said I didn’t charge u for the take off…. again u took off 2 nails that I was going to peel off myself until she told me not to! My total was 75$ I gave her a $100 bill, she then said do I want to leave a tip because I can’t give u back any change as she didn’t have it in her drawer. Almost like she was forcing me to leave her a 25$ tip….no ma’am. I told her I was not leaving a tip because I was already paying more than I was quoted and then charged for some extra stuff that I had no idea I was being charged for. She ran around with a attitude trying to get change then as my sister said asked to use ATM… again no ma’am. I was willing to pay with my debit card but she claimed she could not reverse it which I found out later was a lie as my sister speaks Spanish and understood the conversation between her and her co worker and also what she said about me. She said I was ungrateful as she didn’t charge me to take polish off 2 nails that I was willing to take off myself and it wasn’t her problem that I could not get change to pay HER/THEM!!! I knew she was talking about me and when I asked what she said, of course she said she wasn’t. Vanessa actually did a good job and while she was doing my nails, I had already planned to tip her good but that went out the window with the unknown “extra” charges and then the attitude behind it. When u are providing services to someone, the professional thing to do is to let people know up front of the extra charges and let it be up to them if they want to pay it or not! And then to lie about having another customer because u didn’t want me to continue to sit in ur chair was uncalled for as well, but u see what poor customer service gets u….

Not a very pleasant experience, I regretted visiting this salon. The quality is average, but the most unpleasant thing is arrogant service, as if they do you for free or just dream that you wont come again, I refused a manicure, did not dare to continue this session, which was at first unpleasant for a girl and then doubly unpleasant for me. Even in a salon with cheap prices, I dont think so, although here the prices are above average.

DO NOT GET GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE ! Thats unless you want your skin ripped off. It was super sketchy, took us to this weird room upstairs to get my brows done which was fine until I looked in the mirror and saw my skin ripped off. It didnt feel sanitary and all I have to say is look at the photo attached and save yourselves. I actually cant believe I payed 25$ for this.

I traveled to Miami Beach with my fiancé and found this gem! Jenny did my nails with such great attention and they came out better than expected! I happened to mention that I was getting engagement photos done later that day and booked me for me and my fiancé for hair and makeup. Jose did such an amazing job, I can’t stop talking about how great my fiancé and myself look. Must stop by to see the greatness they can do!

Excelent service!! I went to get a manicure, the people there were very nice. I showed up at the place with no appointment and got my manicure done by Farah. She was nothing by nice and did my nails in 40min (Removing previous gel included!) and left them looking perfect!

I had my nails done at this salon when I first got to Miami Beach. The owner is very friendly and so is the staff but that does not make up for a bad manicure. Within 2 days it started peeling off.When I went back and asked to have it fixed, she only fixed six of my nails (3 on each hand). She also power tooled of the polish instead of soaking my nails to get it done as fast as possible. You can see in the photos the damage it did to my thumb, index and middle finger on both hands when it started peeling off.Since she didnt fix all the nails, the other four stated peeling off a couple days later. And yes they was at no charge to fix the manicure but I would have been better off going somewhere else and getting a complete new set of gels. This experience was nothing but frustrating.

I came across this place through google because I needed to get a pedicure done since I didn’t get the chance to do it while in New York. I absolutely loved it! I had my pedicure done by Frida and she did such an amazing job and was very sweet. Jessica was also very sweet and attentive. I highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend used to go to another salon atleast 4-5 times a month but since she’s started going here she goes about 2-3 times a month for a pedicure. Pedicures last a long time and she always comes back with a smile on her face. Would highly recommend since they are very professional and their extraordinary quality.

Just came for a pedicure and Gad such a fun time I stayed for mani and hair wash and style!

The staff here is excellent. Went here for a men’s pedicure and they offer a “Russian” style which is excellent! The place is very nice and clean on the inside.

My step mother and I decided to go in. I wanted my hair done nice I wanted to feel pretty. She wanted a massage. Online it says $110 for massage we went in and they said no that was old and insisted it was $250. She decided to get her hair done instead. We showed them pictures of what we wanted. 4 hours later our hair was done because the stylist was doing us both at the same time. He decided he liked both of us blonde and simply striped our hair and gave us both brassy orange colors.( I wanted partial highlights framing my face and she wanted deep red highlights.) My step mom spoke up and sad she wanted the red color he then put it in and was pretty abrasive with her while doing so. I thought he was not done with my hair yet but he was. They charged $425 each and neither of us got what we wanted my hair was cut like a mullet and my step mom ended up with a bowl cut. It looked like we did the cuts and colors ourselves at home with a dull scissor and bleach. We called the manager to have him rectify the situation. To which we got no response. It is a nightmare of color and cut I would not go here they lull you in with fancy decor and drinks to cover up the fact they have no idea what they are doing. I just wanted to look nice and spend money on myself for once and it turned out for the worst. Do not go here!! I have pictures of the cuts and the bleeding of the color he put on top of my step moms hair which is now back to the horrendous brass blonde bleach colors. I posted what we asked for and what we got. My hair is severely damaged. I also posted the hair stylist in a photo at least never use him.

This is by far the most extraordinary place I have finally come across, and trust me I have been looking for a while. My nail tech Ailema did such an amazing job. I wanted something special for my Christmas work party, and Ailema came up with a beautiful holiday design that was very unique. I still keep getting so many compliments. I will let the picture speak for itself. The salon is absolutely gorgeous with so many exquisite details. The owner Patricia is so loving and caring, making sure each customer is attended to, and paying attention to all the little details that make your experience a memorable one. If you would like to feel and look like Royalty you have come to the right place. Ask for Ailema and you will be so glad you did.

My hair had to be SHAVED the lady bleached me and left me sit for almost 3 hours! And assured me the HIGH END product was supposed to sit that long MY HAIR WAS FRIED! I will be seeing my lawyer about this!

Everything was going well until I was hit with an outrages bill of $250 where they included a hair treatment that caused $95 that I did not get nor requested or was even told I was getting. They literally ripped me off!

I came in for a polish change on my toes and Gianni did an amazing job. I am in the area from out of town and chipped my polish while at the beach. Her attention to detail was great, I am so impressed. I ended up stopping by because my hotel is within walking distance. She showed me pictures of her work and she transforms hands and feet to look their very best.

Worst spa I have been to unprofessional owner . False advertise products and services . Charged for high quality reduction massage and does not provide results . Uses minimal product and doesn’t achieve expectation after months of treatment . Do not waste your money with low quality services including facials.

I was having a vacation in Miami Beach with my daughter and my two sisters. My daughter is an adult. She had told me about this place and met one of the beauticians there that said he could do a beautiful job on her hair to color it and style it.So I gave her my credit card and my drivers license thinking well haircut and style can’t be any more than $300 maybe 400 maybe even 500. But I never thought it would be $1600. She came back in tears telling me they charged her $1600 for a haircut style whatever chemical stuff in her hair. I don’t know all the little details but they never told her the prices of anything Granti it, she probably should’ve asked about it but who goes to a hairstylist thinking they’re going to come out of there with a $1600 bill. So I went in there as a raging bull because I was just so flipped out over the bill talk to the owner I said they were scamming her they should’ve at least told her she’s going to pay thousands of dollars for her hair. The owner tried to work it out she did reduce it down to $845 which I think is still way way way way way too much for a haircut color and all the chemical stuff they did on her hair. The weird thing is they just did it and didn’t even ask her. she’s just sitting there and they’re doing all the stuff on her hair and they didn’t even explain to her what they were doing. Anyway that really ruined my little Miami beach trip. It was very stressful. I just wanna warn people before you have these beauticians work on you. I would advise you to ask them how much they’re going to be charging you if money is important to you as it is to me. Some people are so well off they don’t really care about $1600 is nothing but to me it’s so much. I said my peace for today. good luck to everybody who goes to this place.

OKAY, so this is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done in Miami. I’ve been to manyyyy different salons but nothing compares to this one. From the stunning ambience to the super talented technicians. They literally have everything from hair and lash extensions to unbelievable face and skin transformations. Right when I walk in boom they offer me a glass of rose, coffee, tea, water? Great music, over-all greats vibes. The price is fair as well. This place could be my second home. Beautiful place and wonderful kind staff but the pedicure is way too expensive ($75 gel) for there to be polish surrounding my nails on my skin on multiple toes. If I noticed before I left I would have said something and I assume they would have fixed it. Rating based on me and my sisters pedicures only. Not on hair or finger nail work. 5 star staff. 1 star pedicure.
