I’ve been here 3 times. Every time my nails have literally fallen completely within 1 week & im never able to get a fill. Jenny did my nails all 3. Times & my nails lift & fall off. She’s good but maybe they use cheap products. Also, they rush on the pedicures. You can’t sit & enjoy it because their always rushing

They do some good work at that nail shop but jenny is the best !!! One thing that turns me off is their customer service .. They dont know how to speak when u walk in ... Specially when they about to start your service nails or toes .. They make u feel Awkward... FIX YALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MAKE ME FEEL WELCOME ...

I went to this location two days before my birthday and when I tell you they treated my like a queen......Speechless!! Very satisfied with their services. I would recommend this nail shop

Everyone was very nice! They got me started as a walk in right away. My FIFTY DOLLAR pedi had no massage as advertised. My 60$ nails look terrible after several attempts and frustration I just paid and left. They charge for literally EVERYTHING so make sure you ask for pricing sheet so youre not as surprised as I was 110$ for what I normally pay 60$ for much better work and time at my regular place. (My normal place is closed Sundays and that was my only time available last week)

I had an appointment at 5pm and it was 6:20pmwhen he tried to start on my nails. they wouldn’t accommodate me for waiting that long or even give a discount. they not professional and the man rushed on my toes and didn’t even do a clean up.

Definitely not a clean establishment, they have roaches we immediately left.

Today was my second time using this salon and both times I have been nothing but pleased. Clean salon, fast service, TONS of colors to choose from (polish and powder), friendly and welcoming staff, and good quality nails. FIVE STARS all the way! Thanks Happy Nails for providing such good service and great nails!!

Very nice staff, felt very comfortable there. They do a lot more unique work than other traditional nail salons. Only complaint is that I wish they lasted longer than 2 weeks, I’ve had nails lasted a month before they started to pop off. Other than that, I’ll definitely come here again!

I was already feeling a negative vibe once I walked in, but I was pressed for time. This salon is not very clean and lacking in customer service. The young man was so preoccupied with the television show( vietnamese program) and rushing to get done. I had to point out several times for him to cut back and round my nails when he was doing my pedicure. I dont have a problem with the tv program, but Id prefer to feel like Im of some importance as a customer. My manicure was lacking, I didnt get a massage or oil on my cuticles. I just dont understand because they werent busy at all. I honestly wanted to just get up and walk out, but I decided to give them a chance. They actually had a customer walk out as I waited. No, I wont be coming back here

I’ve been here a few times and the staff are nice and professional however this time I went in today was good but I was over charged for my nails they were busy but that’s not an excuse to rush on a client which is what happened to me I had a very short set but was charged 40$ for a set that wasn’t worth 40 I was gonna tip but when I was charged that much I changed my mind however every other time I went my nails were great

Probably one of the worst nails experiences that I ever had. Seem like everything was rushed and half done. I was so ready to get up and pay and leave. I had to swap out 3 nail techs to do my nails and it took way longer than it was supposed to. I asked for a specific shape and service on my nails and they agreed to doing it and when it was done it looked like a complete mess. If I’m paying for a service, it needs to be up to par. Y’all are called “HAPPY” nails and I left that shop far from being happy. I was so upset. I feel like nail licenses are just being given out to anybody now, because the way I left that chair was out of this world.

Got manicure and pedicure done a week ago and my nails were messing up by day two of having them done they were messing up. And the paint was chipped. I would not suggest going here if you are not a regular they aren’t nice to new customers

One of the older ladies had my nails burning, she filed my nails so deep that it start bleeding and all she said was sorry and kept going, she was very rough and rushed to get to other customers. I told her powder and she gave me gel.

Quick to get in, but just average on quality and they up charge for shaping your nail even when you havent requested anything.

Was empty the morning I went and almost all were wearing their masks when I walked in. I paid $120 for dipping with chrome tips and the deluxe pedi with gel polish on my toes along with a $20 dollar tip. The two that worked on me were friendly and fast. The nails Im not super impressed with in fact the reason why I only gave them a 3. Didnt clip the cuticles and only applied couple of layers of the powder. So they are super weak which I am hard on my nails. Needless to say for the the price I wont be back.

I always go to this nail salon and usually get excellent service. The people are very nice. But yesterday I went to just get my normal Fills w/Gel color and very disappointed. First of all my nail color is very dull with no shine at all, and this morning I noticed that my nail color is peeling on my left thumb. If anyone knows about Gel Color it supposed to last until taken off by nail tool. Well Ive contacted them and will be going back this evening for a redo and pedicure. Hopefully Im made a satisfied customer again, because I really like this salon and the people who manage it. I gave 1 star and will change once I have received services this evening. DeltaWoman57

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! Nail technicians do not know how to do their job. I’m not trying to be mean but I honestly don’t know why they are still open. I went in with two additional people and we all had our toes and nails botched. I’ll be making sure to tell everyone not to come here. Oh and by the way they botch it but don’t want to fix it.

I love this place. First time here. Came on lunch break. Calm. No wait time. Relaxing and excellent service. My dip was beautiful and the pedicure felt amazing. I mean she really massages my legs. I definetly recommend.

Using my boyfriends Google account...My boyfriend took me here because I love trying new nail places. Well after a week my left hand which isnt my dominant one looks homeless missing 3 nails, 4 fell off in 6 days. I got 1 fixed but theres no way I would continue to go back everyday to get 1 fixed. So my left hand is left looking ratchet and homeless while its right sister had her life together. The lady did good designing but the nails themselves are breaking 1 a day and thats starting on day 4 of them being done. The man that fixed the first nail did a good job as far as durability but the colors dont match. This place is a hole. Never go here!

Nails are always great work but the Polishing isnt. Every single time the gel is cloudy, streaky, or clumpy. Such a shame on such a good set of nails. Good customer service & nail quality is what keeps me going back.

Today I went back for a fill on my full set and color change on my feet. The 1st thing that has me mad is that I know for a fact I was overcharged by paying $65 for a basic acrylic fill, gel polish and a design ($40) & the other (25) was for gel polish on my toes with less of a design than I got on my nails. 2 weeks ago I got my daughter nails painted with gel polish and was only charged $12 then, but I know that it was the fact that when I was given my total they saw my $100 bill I had out and tried to make the most they could which isnt right. Secondly, my gel polish on my nails has already peeled off on 3 of my nails by 8p tonight and I left the nailshop at 1:45p. This is completely unacceptable and after I go back to get my nails redone in the morning, I will not be going back here again to get made up prices. Not to mention that the older lady who did my fill popped nail glue on my eye and it stuck together taking more time for my services to be completed because she had to get the glue off of my eyelid, which she couldnt even to get to come all the way off.

Horrible people. I went with my sister so she could get her natural nails done that took a long time to grow, they broke her nails, it was painful for her, and they even saw her crying and they couldnt even give us half of the refund. Do not go.

Where should I start. I been going to this nail shop for years I would only let David or Bryan do my nails. The last two time I went I was not satisfied at all. Every body just rushing for no reason, like the prices are high different price the last two times I went. I was so disappointed I always tip, my nails never pop off early. My toes was half done polish all around my toes. At this point that was my lasttime going there, because I expect for my nails an toes an reasonable priceing not one price from some Elsa an other from this person. So to solve that problem I will no longer go there anymore..

I have never had a set of nails tear up real my nails as bad as this set, I have to go out of town and cant get my nails done bc this set shredded my nails and even broke a coupleif my nails in half. Ive never had a set this horrible the nails came up so quickly. They werent worth the price or look. I complained as the young lady did my nails for her to fix this and that and they still came out jacked.

I would give this place ZERO stars if i could! I am so pissed to find out after 2 two weeks that after removing the nail polish from the pedicure i got a this place i got a fungus on my big toe, i am discussed at how they put nail polish on someone with a fungus and then went and spreaded it on me! If i could go back in time i would choose another place even if they were busy after this horrible experience happened!!! I have never ever had fungus and have always been so careful about not getting an infection at a nail salon since I have attended beauty school. I will definitely be filing a complaint, they also made me wait ALMOST 2 whole hours soaking my feet in dirty water for the pedicure UNTIL Im guessing one of their regular clients came in and then they were quick to come help out, the customer service is soo bad and the saftey and health procedures are not being followed! DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all I am now struggling and having to cure the fungus!!

I went there yesterday and they glued two of my nailed wrong so they look that they are side ways I payed 40 dollars for powder if I were you I would go to the Mexican lady’s guys it’s cheaper !!!! 40 dollar was too much and for them to be all side ways. Never going back there again.

This was the most horrible experience ever and I just went today. I decided to get the gel nails and two people worked on my hands and did a horrible job I paid $47 for some bs I will never go back!

I seriously wish I could leave negative stars. My nails look horrible. And they charged me $40 to look crappy. I wish I could post pics of how bad they are. Now I have to go somewhere else just to cover up the mess they made.

Recently went back and this place was trash!!!😒😒 My nail polish is horrible and I asked them to voorect it like 3x and still they couldnt fix it. They just continued to apply multiple coats over the already horrible polish.

Zero stars if I could. The eyelashes take off your natural ones and my eyes burned terribly bad, also I caught a sty from them which have never happened from any other lashes. And 1 last thing the couldn’t do my friend nails the way she showed them. They messed up too many times
