Love my hair cut

Barb did my hair. It was my first time here and I was super happy with my cut. She cut it exactly as I asked and I loved it!

Been a long time customer and will never return after todays experience. Got refused to have my haircut as well as my family. Nothing on the website where I checked in states a mask is required to be worn. When we arrive the lady at the counter was very rude and said a mask was required to be worn in order to be able to get a haircut. I will find someone else to cut our hair.Drove all the way there for nothing all because I didnt have a mask and was not aware one is required!

Amazing experience! I went in for multiple services. Got there at 945 no appointment. Asked the stylist Bambi if she could color highlight and cut my hair. She said normally they dont do that when just one person is there. But she was really nice and took me anyways. As soon as she got the color in, people started lining up. She was able to cut their hair and do an amazing job. But also made sure I was checked on in a timely manner. She cut my hair after the color and highlight. I was skeptical because normally I have private salon stylist do my hair. It turned out better than the picture I used as an example. I would recommend Bambi any day! She did an amazing job and Ive received so many compliments on my hair. So ask for her, you wont be let down.

Cory did an outstanding job with my Tea Tree Experience and I will certainly go back for more services with him! My hairstylist, Chase, is EXCELLENT!! Since he started cutting my hair, I have received more compliments about it than ever before. People come up to me in restaurants, stores, in parking lots, at church, etc., asking who cuts my hair!! I highly recommend him!!

Its by appointment only or so I thought, I had made an appointment for noon but in actuality I was put on a list which I wasnt told about and when I showed up I had an hour wait.

I always get my haircuts here. Not only are they cheap but they do an amazing job. They have friendly employees and I am glad to say that I have found this location.

Logan gave me the best hair cut that I havent had since the 70s. I use to go to an upscale salon in NY & they gave the best haircuts I ever had.

Not open..No updates on the hours of service..10-5 the sign says..its 1030..wth?

The wait was so long that customers were leaving. At after-work time on a weekday there was only one person working. She was not very friendly to my special needs son, who tried to joke with her. She was offended when he accidentally referred to the salon as a Great Clips. She told him she could give him a bad haircut if he wanted to pretend he was there. ?!

If I could I would only rate this store as half a star or no star. We are usuals at Supercuts; not from this location but from the Supercuts in the White Mountains area. My son gets his hair cut at least 1-2x a month and not once has he sustained the injuries like he has had here. After our experience here he had multiple lacerations on his neck and ears. Not to mention a botched cut that had to be repaired by another salon. We did get our refund but however no apology from the stylist who did this to us. Not to mention the stylist who did this act was the manager of this store. Very bad customer service, very upsetting experience. Im only hoping that this event wont traumatize my son from getting haircuts in the future.

Easy access, walk in appointments, and great cuts. They do not do color.

Bambi cut my 5 year old sons hair in December. She was rude to my husband from the second he walked in and it was minutes after opening and no one else was there. He wanted an easy short on the side, longer and swept over on the top look. She quickly cut it, gelled it to the side and was done. Never asked my husband if it looked good or anything. The next day when the gel went away you could see how terrible of a job she did. The blending between the short and long strands was horrendous and uneven, the front was even worse. It is so uneven short on one section of hair and long on another. I complained on FB a couple of weeks later. It took Bambi weeks to call me and said she clearly remembered my husband and son, even though she had the incorrect date. She then told me rudely how she was sorry I didnt like the haircut but she does not do terrible haircuts and there was nothing she could do for me. It was my fault I didnt like the uneven choppy horrible haircut. When I added pictures, SuperCuts changed their story that they have no record of my visit and therefore I didnt visit. I now have submitted a bank statement just to prove that my husband indeed did go to that salon and got my sons haircut. The customer is always right, apparently is not how they work. They have yet to respond after I submitted proof. Horrible salon and terrible customer service by a company.

Nice new location. Staff is nice and did a good job on my husbands hair.

Have been there twice now messed up my hair cut twice. Its soooo bad. They like to do their own thing apparently. Now I gotta deal with it.

It was an ok experience..Barbara was good..but requested my hair cut a little shorter..got discouraged..felt rushed..my hair was still on my neck when I left..first and last time there..and no senior discount like the other Supercuts that Ive been at before..I also wanted to say is I checked in online and when I got there..my name wasnt on the screen and wasnt really greeted..felt uncomfortable..should have left like my husband wanted to...should have gone somewhere else..update...called this morning and talked to Barbara..she apologized and told me to come in and get a refund..we did..but my hair is still ruined..wish I could give half of a star..smh

Rediculous. Only two employees make me wait to get my hair done so they can do their own and then charges me full price after stopping to check cell phones. Call management to complain and she tells me she isnt worried since business is booming. Horrible. Shame on her. I worked for the Regis Corp and quit as a manager since they stopped caring about customers and their employees. Her attitude just proves my point.

Only ever 1 person working and the screen doesnt work to show where you are at in line. A shop without 2 people working is a waste of my time.
