Tried this shop because of the reviews, but they let me down. Dont waste your time if your looking for something other than a trim, since that requires very little skill. I brought pictures showing three different angles, of the cut I wanted, and it did not matter. The end result was nothing even close, but Its hard to tell when your hair is still wet. NO drying, NO washing, No attention to your wants. Also, NO business sense shown by the young manager that told me she would not honor the ad shown on their website. Said price had increased. She did not seem interested in building clientele, only getting the $5 increase in money. Additionally, if you want to feel understood, you better speak Spanish because it appeared to me that English was not their native language. I do not recommend this shop. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I need to go get my hair cut again to get the cut I want.

Yessica gave me one of the best haircuts! That is my only experience at this business. At another shop I got the worst haircut of my life. Yessica has gone elsewhere but I am confident they will have other excellent people. For decades I went to Dinos.The 3rd person who properly cut my hair left her shop.

Unfriendly and unprofessional. Also, one of their barbers cut a neck mole of mine in half. I didnt make a fuss, and I even tipped. But please, for the love of all that is good business, learn how to shave with a straight razor!!! I hope after that you can fix your attitude as well.

They actually take their time on mens haircuts. They do the little extras ears eyebrows beard straight razor. You know the things barbershop used to do before all the chains came along and started doing speed cuts.

Barbara cut my hair did not simply follow certain instructions I asked him to do was not to touch my beard which I personally do myself he went ahead and trim my beard shorter than when I do it and pushed it to my Jaw line which I do not do I don’t wanna look like I have handlebars very unprofessional didn’t not apologize at all I’m very Appalled of his decision making!!!!

I called about just getting the neckline trimmed as I have long hair that doesn’t need cut… I was quoted $8. And they purposely went out of their way to charge me $14… So they basically wanted to steal from a new customerI show up and there are two employees sitting there and the place is empty. I said that I just called about the neckline trimmed. Informing them that that’s what I was looking for.He asked me what length I want… Confused I just say zero. Isn’t that every neckline? He then proceeds to look at the sideburns. I said the sideburns don’t need trimmed unless he really wants to all he has to do is trim the neckline and scraggly hair. It literally takes 30 seconds when I have someone in my personal life that can do it. I would’ve been satisfied with less than one minute of work. LiterallyHe proceeds to do a 15 minute cleanup job on my neck and sideburns. At the register he quotes me 14… I told him that I was quoted eight on the phone. He says that it’s a $16 haircut and then he gave me a discount to 14. I inquired the difference. And he says that because I wanted to zero... I don’t know it was so weird his explanation. Even his energy felt uncomfortable like he knew he was just lying and stealing. I’m tired of arguing with Shady out of integrity thieves so I just paid it. He then asks if I want that amount… Implying that I could leave him a tip after he stealing from me.[@owner] I’m just so tired of this shady behavior in business. Your business is empty. I was bringing you eight dollars, and I was going to tip you two for a total of 10… So you basically stole four dollars, brought this bad review, and lost somebody that was going to come in once a month and possibly tell other people his barber. And for what? Half a meal? For what could’ve been one minute of work a month…I’m embarrassed for youIt’s just so far out of integrity I can’t with good conscience ever go back. I’ll never understand the sociopaths of the world that do this over a couple dollars. Enjoy the four dollars… Your karma definitely earned it [hug]

The sign says walk-ins welcome however they wait for their appointments before taking you, everyone looks at you sitting there and they will walk to the back and wait 30 minutes for their appointment to show up. If its appoinment only then just say that and remove the walk-ins welcome sign. 1.5 hours waiting for a 20 minute fade and there was no one else waiting.

The lovely stylists are so sweet and inviting! They work efficiently so as not to have the lengthy wait times, but do not compromise quality. Prices are equal to (not so)GreatClips and my son wont have his hair done anywhere else.

Always very friendly and super busy because they are very good at what they do. I usually call ahead of time because it is usually faster. Ive been coming here for 3years once a month. They treat me very well, love the environment. Sometimes under staffed but thats do to barbers personal business not barber shop. If you want a styling cut as for Rosi, although everyone there is very experienced. They have hired more staff as of 3-1-20. I was there Saturday much quicker service. Very friendly family oriented. Very busy in the evenings so best time to go is during the early hours.

Pretty great place! The owner is always very pleasant and is always working. I come here when I’m not able to make it to my usual guy... the gentleman working here is a bit rough around the edges when doing facial hair.

Love this place, but I quietly hope that not everyone finds out about it. I have been getting my haircuts here for many years and walk away very happy each time. Some of the barbers come and go, but the one I prefer has been at this location as long as I have been coming in. Appointments are not necessary, but helpful if you find a particular barber that you prefer. I have found that if you come during the slower times, you get more pampering.

Good friend of mine recommend this barber shop. Said he been going since he was a kid. From my experience there, i could understand why👍. All the lovely female employees are professionals at cutting hair. Best haircut Ive gotten came from here. Prefect fades and they always let me experiment with my hair when i want to cut it in new ways and they make it look great anyway i decide it will go. The Male employees do a great job as well, just not what i was looking for when i got my cut from one of them. Great green place!!!

Poor customer service, waited an hour and a half for a haircut despite there being 4 customers total in the shop. One of the barbers was on her phone the entire time cutting hair, which is fine but hen she stops for 5 minutes to send photos and look at Facebook it’s poor customer service.

This is my 3rd visit to this barber shop. I was wary at first being these are all ladies, and Ive been getting my haircut by men barbers. Let me tell, this ladies know the skills and more. Maria, the beautiful lady that I see here is amazing. She goes beyond a simple skin fade haircut, she does a heat treatment followed by the best neck and head massage. I practically fall asleep in her company. I leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated with the best haircut ever. Thank you Maria!!

Never taking my family here again. The barber (2nd seat, left side) didnt clean his tools/equipment in between customers and, cut my son not once, not twice but 6 times! Unsanitary to say the very least.This is an update 2/25. My son is having some sort of dermatitis in the areas he was cut. I will be reporting this!Im concerned for my child and others who may have been exposed to diseases and infections all because of poor business practices. How many customers did he use the same razor blade on before cutting my child, how many did he accidentally cut with that same razor? How many people must now get checked for blood exposure or infection?

The prices are great but their employees simply don’t care about the haircut they are giving you. I came in with a picture of a fade and I got something totally different. It looked like a generic cut. They don’t want to put more effort into your hair. Absolutely horrible.

Youre not going to like this place at all if you do not speak Spanish. They give great fast haircuts and are open late. But the staff were all talking together in Spanish, I had no idea what they were talking about, but I sat back and enjoyed the experience. Prices are great for the fast and great cut!!

Long wait which was fine until the lady who should have been cutting my sons hair decided to have the front desk girl start curling her hair in the middle of cutting his hair. The haircut itself took over 45 mins on top of waiting an hour.

Generally a good barber shop with very courteous employees. However there have been a couple incidents where you tell them how to cut your hair and they cut it in a way different manner. There was one incident where the barber was told to cut off about half an inch, and almost left me bald. They did not offer much of an apology, did not admit fault, and offered no refund. I recommend you be very specific, and pay attention to how much they cut off.

Maria cuts my husband and sons hair. I dont even have to tell her a thing, and my guys get the same perfect hair cut every time. Perfectionists with their craft, and the most reasonable price.

Good music playing if you have to wait, but there is awesome comfy seat. Even when your in the barbers chair. They listen to what kind of cut you want, and they keep everything original by shaving you as well. Im back every other month and they havent failed me yet.

I asked for a mid fade 3 on top 1 on the sides. bruh I got a boot camp haircut with a 2 on the top and a 0 all around. I even told lady specificity not to go high!
