Honestly this is the best sports clips around. All yall ladies are so talented and its such a social and fun atmosphere 😂 Alex cut my hair and she did a great job, gave me some recommendations and even recommended some new hair gel/paste. Oh and dont be shy to ask for a water, they keep bottles in the back.

No waiting and friendly service. Nice that you can check yourself in. Didnt try to sell/push product on you. Thats enough for 3 or 4 stars. But then there was an older gentleman with a walker that was having trouble getting over the curb and they came running out to help. That was so nice.

Neck maintenance is included free between haircuts, had the clipper sizes saved from my last visit, easily checked availability from home, the staff was very friendly, outgoing and took the initiative to help me check in. I can keep going.... Brooke nailed it. She ensured I left with a super relaxed, positive attitude and feeling like a new man.

My kid hated haircuts but he has happily come to the SportsClips on Val Vista and Baseline two times with awesome results. They’re very accommodating to him being 7yrs old but without the price of the kids salons. I recommend it 100%. He even gets a hot towel like “a dad”. Lol

First time there. Got right in with no wait. My stylist (Marie) was great. Listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly. I used to go to a men’s salon and pay 3 times what I paid for this visit, and will return for every haircut from here on out.

First time Ive visited this particular Sports Clips and Id have to say its the best one Ive been too. Ahead of schedule and Brooke was an amazing stylist to work with and gave me probably the best haircut Ive had in a long time. A little bit of a further drive for me but for sure coming back.

Took my cousin to get a clean cut. I have given up on places like this. I told her a fade, I even asked can you do a fade. She said of course I can. The reason I asked is because I have been butchered numerous times at places like this or great clips. This is absolutely hideous. Just go to a real barber

It was easy to use the app to make an appointment for a haircut it was quick and easy and painless and I was able to get in get my haircut out or get my haircut and get out it was very easy smooth process I would highly recommend using the app if you have it if not download the app

Would not go anywhere else. I have tried several others over the years, none were as nice, clean, prompt, or enjoyable. The MVP is awesome. The women have their spas, we get the MVP (or doubles). Now I have found the Baseline and Val Vista Sport Clips I will not go elsewhere!!!

I used the Sports Clips App for the first time on Friday, June 19. Upon arrival to this location around 7 pm, I was informed that I was not on the waiting list, as I checked into a different location on the app. Regardless, Crystal was able to check me in right away, and I was there for not more than 20 minutes. Crystal was very friendly and did a great job. I plan on coming back to this location in the future.

Ive been going here for years, I went expecting to simply get my sides buzzed so that I can grow out a man bun, was excited to finally have 1 cleaned up on the sides. When the stylist told me she was going to clean up the top I didnt expect her to cut up to 3 inches off the front, now my hair is even all the way around, but when it comes to having a man bun, the front obviously should be longer, but my current hair cut looks even to the point where I could have done it myself with a bowl on my head, thats how lined up the top is. I love the service that has been provided over the years, but with how this cut came out I will be hiding my hair beneath a hat for the next few months until it grows out. I told my stylist I was trying to grow out a man bun, and before this I was nearly there I simply wanted to get my sides buzzed up until they were flush with the top. I will likely continue to come out, but when I am trying to accomplish something and I voice it to my stylist and it seems they are on the same page as me, but then they go and cut off my front bangs per say back 3 inches now, Im simply embarrassed with how it came out. I love the service that is provided, but this one was less than mediocre. Ive had several average cuts here before, but I have also had exceptional cuts. Simply embarrassed with the current look my hair has.

The stylists know what theyre doing or, at least, the one I had that day sure did(Crystal). I wanted the haircut that Brad Pitt had in the movie Fury. I took the initiative and brought a picture. Once my stylist saw the picture, she knew what to do and everything turned out great, including the product that she recommended for me to maintain the style.

The stylists here are very friendly and professional, they greet you and shake your hand when they call you back and theyre always willing to provide guidance if you arent sure exactly how youd like your hair cut/styled. The location closest to my new place has nothing on this place, Ill gladly drive out of my way to come to this store for a great experience and cut. Tip: use the online check-in to check the wait times, this location usually has a wait where other stores dont - for a good reason though, they build rapport with their clients to ensure they look forward to coming back again.

First time here, came during a visit to the family from california. This was one of the best places Ive ever been for haircuts. My son was to shy to get the message but I think this is such an amazing place. Everything is decked out in sports theme. Its a self check in and the checking in process is so simple and you dont have to wait on anyone. If you are a gentleman looking for a new place to go I highly recommend this place. The staff were so friendly and funny, the place is very clean and just a great environment. They offer hot towel treatment, massage, hair washing, cuts and Im sure much more. Ill be finding a place in my state that is like here, if not I might have to start one up I loved it that much.

All the stylist are great. But Allie did an awesome job. She didn’t rush through and I really liked how she cut my hair. I think any of them do an awesome job, but if I had to recommend one, it would be Allie.Also, I would recommend using the check in app online. When I checked in online, it was a 30 min wait. I checked in, did some stuff around the house and left when I needed to.

Ive been jumping around from salon to salon the past few months and I decided to give this place a try. The whole experience was phenomenal. My stylist Marie greeted me with a smile AND a handshake (no one has ever shook my hand at a salon before). I explained what I wanted and showed her an example picture on my phone. We got right down to it, had a fun conversation, and because it was my first visit I got the MVP treatment. The store is clean, has an awesome vibe, and the stylists all communicate with each other really well. As a customer and someone who works in retail, its cool to know they have a great team there. I didnt check out the pricing before but I was stunned it was less than $20, and just an extra $5 if I want the MVP treatment next go around. Ive got a fresh style and a really positive experience. You bet Ill be back!

Stopped here with my nine year old son for the first time. It was great no appointment needed and didnt wait at all. The experience was awesome too had a great stylist shared some good conversation and had shared some laughs. Leaving the place even my son was happy and spoke of the next time we go. This was my first visit to Sport Clips and Im kicking myself for not coming in sooner. I dont know how you knew exactly what a man wants while getting a haircut, and I dont know if I knew myself, but this was it. If men were treated like this in all aspects of their lives, the world would be a much happier place. Simple things like asking if I wanted a soft drink or a water is a very nice touch. For that small thing alone, you may have earned a lifetime customer but when you add the other things in, you won me over.

I loved the MVP treatment. The hot towel on my face was awesome! The massage chair was AMAZING! I told my stylist that I need one of those chairs in my house. The shampoo and conditioner was great as well! My cut looks good, and I feel good! Plus I was able to catch up on some MLB! Does it get any better than that?

I went there and asked foe my hair to be cut about half off then I get 1 finger length from my head I dont like to spike my hair so now I am not brushing my hair then she messed up on rounding the ears and sideburns. She clearly did what she wanted to do, she didnt even care to hear what I had to say she was more worried about getting the tv on another station I wont be going back there again. I cant wait for my barber to come back, I mean is it really so hard to do what the paying customer wants?

I walked in the door & got right into A chair! Fresh cut & A shampoo to finish my haircut off. A Wonderful Place to get A cut, trimming and catch the espn highlights!

If I could give a zero I would. Im so beyond frustrated. We waited in the lobby for 40 min. Thats okay, I knew it was a long wait. However, the lady who helped us could hardly walk, move or talk. I said Hi, how are you? She stared at me & said nothing. She literally seemed like she was not okay. At first I wondered if she was sick & I almost asked Are you alright?? Her eyes were huge & she looked & acted like something was VERY wrong. She still never said anything to me, so on my own I offered up a picture of how I wanted my sons hair cut. She pointed to his head & said Do I start up here?Huh??I responded that I have no idea where shes supposed to start & that Im just showing her what I wanted. A lady who works there noticed what was happening & came over & looked at my picture & told the worker start with a 2 on his sides. I walked away.30 min later, she was STILL cutting my sons hair. It took her as long to cut his hair as we waited. When we went to check out, another worker helped me check out as this lady stood there staring & still not saying a word. The lady didnt fix his hair or offer to put gel in it. Then when we got in the car, my son was telling me how itchy he was because they never cleaned the hair off him. It was so bad that we had to go stop for him to take a shower because he was itchy & covered in hair. My sons hair looks frizzy all over because long pieces of hair are sticking out all over. She didnt even cut it all the same length. I called to complain to the manager & the information I recieved was just as disturbing as the experience. I was told they know that something is wrong with that worker & that the worker just took a week off & today was her first day back as a second chance. Hello?! You can clearly tell immediately that something is wrong. Im now wondering if shes on drugs after hearing this has been a problem ongoing & all the ways she was acting. The store managers know that something is wrong, but is still making customers deal with it??!! This is horrible. Then I was told, were really busy today & tomorrow but if you want to come back & wait in ther long lines we can fix his hair. Excuse me??!! This is horrible service. I should not have to wait in the lines again to correct what should have already been done. Ive already spent 2 hours in your shop. Its a holiday weekend. We dont have time to go back & wait. Besides, even after you make all the little hairs the same length, the cut just does not look good. Im not sure if the experience is the worst part or the fact they knew theres issues with this lady & they are still having customers deal with her.

The stylist did the exact opposite of what I asked. I wanted a small trim on top, and he chopped off all my hair. It took months to recover.

Went here for the first time. Didnt really know what to expect. Paige cut my hair. Did a great job. And the shampooing at the end... Definitely worth coming back.

I used to go to the Sport Clips on McKellips near Power, and switched to this location closer to my house when my preferred stylist moved out of state. I have scouted out several of their stylists. Some are serious about their work, some not so much, so Id suggest trying out a couple, seeing who you like, and sticking with them. You can call a week ahead and find out the schedule of your preferred stylist. I went once and took whoever was available, and was disappointed. It was near closing and she was clearly anxious to close and go home. Then I discovered Kaitlyn, and really liked her, though I had trouble connecting with her schedule. I finally settled on Kara, who is dedicated to her work, listens to what I want, and makes sure I like what she does with my hair before she finishes. Definitely a five-star place if you get the right stylist.
