Forgot his name but it was his first day and he absolutely killed it. great cut and amazing customer service, took the time to personally make sure everything was correct and took the time to go back and double check his work. I definitely recommend Gentleman Joes and i’ll be coming back

Really like all thr professionals who work at this barber shop. My wife prefers our boys to have precision scissors cut and David does a wonderful job.. Also, all the babers are very patient and great with children--highly recommend this shop for all families 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦💈✂️

A nice atmosphere paired with elegant decor it feels like a modern take on the traditional early turn of the century barber shops. The staff is attentive and both times I have gotten a haircut and trim they have been spot on. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a fresh fade and beautiful beard.

Ive been coming here off and on for 10 years, almost exclusively for the last 6. Chuy has never given me a bad cut.As of 5/15/2020 Theyre reopened and only taking appointments currently. No shaves or beard trims right now, thanks Covid-19.

These guys certainly know how to cut hair! The trick is to find out when their slow times are so you dont have to wait during a rush. They have appointments too, so you can bypass that issue. But overall, you wont be disappointed with your haircut here.

These guys are 2 for 2 on amazing haircuts. Theyll give you a great fade, straight blade your neckline, they have a handful of massage devices that put you to sleep its so relaxing, and you have your own personal TV while youre getting lined up. Great guys. Also, if you have time, try a straight blade shave - your skin will feel the softest it has ever felt. Cheers.

I am only giving 3 stars for prior service.That said, on this visit, I signed in and waited 20 minutes only to be cut in front by friends of one of the barbers, who had walked in 15 minutes after I got there. I guess they thought I wouldnt understand when they say El puede esperar, (He can wait), it is very not nice! The code of barbershops has always been first come first served. It will be a long time, if ever, before I go back. Shame on them!!

Got one of the best haircuts if my adult life here today! Was in town for work and it was hot and decided to get a cut, great atmosphere, clean and they really are true barbers!Dont think twice, great shop, fair price and they accept credit cards.

I come here when I want a good cut. They definitely take their time and they do it extremely well. They give free water and soda for anyone that wants. The massage machine they use, after they cut your hair, is amazing. Cant recommend it enough.

It’s a nice place and so far the service and cuts have been good. Today they had inadequate staffing and most people don’t want to wait 45 min. - hour for a haircut. So now I’ll try my luck on another day. Please you charge top dollar for a haircut, the experience should be top as well.

I dont understand why it has to be a gamble between every barber at a chair. Why do I have to be a first time customer and choose the wrong guy? Why cant they all just cut hair normally and then have that one guy who cuts just a little better? It baffles me that a barber can be put into a position and not know how to make a simple line up. If youre new and dont know what barber to choose as soon as you walk in dont make the gamble and just cut your own damn hair. These guys need to recheck the quality of the employees they hire.

Chuy is by far one of the best barbers I have ever came across. He is very knowledgeable and will make you look fresh. The atmosphere here is great.

Finally a good haircut, one of the best Ive ever gotten. I decided to try this place for the first time and would surely become a regular if I wasnt moving. Im actually a bit upset that I just now found this place. Chuy did such a good job that Im confident enough that if I simply told him to make it look good, I would walk out with a great haircut. Came in without an appointment for a fade and beard trim. The wait wasnt crazy and I ended up seeing Oscar. The haircut was decent enough, but the crooked line he had on my jaw line made me have to remove my beard. It was that bad. Asked him an opinion and he said, I dont know man, its up to you. Great customer service, that. Didnt deserve the tip I gave, and I wont be going back.

I have been taking my son to get his haircut here for the better part of two years and Oscar completely ruined my 11 year old sons haircut. He was shown a picture of the haircut wanted and gave my son a complete buzz cut and then tried to blame his inability to cut hair on my son. Not even close. Ive been coming here for many many years but I am done with this place. The last 3 times Ive been here its been an hour wait or more as I watch guy after guy come in for appointments. They dont have as many barbers to support their customers. They either need to do away with appointments or get more barbers to service their customers. It also seems like they have lost all the good barbers they have had for years so not sure what is going on other than them raising their rates and providing worse service. When my name was finally called by the barber I and got in the chair the barber told me their was another guy who had an appointment and kicked me out of his chair after I had been waiting for almost 90 mins. That is total BS and a great way to loose a formal loyal customer. Ill never go back

I have been going to Gentleman Joes for years and will continue even after this review. I wasnt sure how else to contact them and talk to someone off line without making a big deal about it so I decided to just make a review here.On January 4 I went in for a high and tight to get ready for military training that weekend. by Monday the 7th I had what looked to be a zit on my upper forehead just below the hair line. by the 8th it was swollen and infected. I went into the doctor and was told it was a skin infection and there was a smaller ones throughout the side of my head where it was shaved. Some might say I had an allergic reaction but since I have been going there for so many years and havent had that happen before that wasnt the case. I told the doctor about getting a hair cut and she informed me that without proper cleaning of the razors, it could carry staff infections or worse.Please Gentleman Joes, ensure your employees are sanitizing their equipment after each hair cut.

Im tired of the bad customer service and being treated poorly at this place. I was going to this place for two years. I now goto the sports clips in the same area. A few of the guys give good haircuts and its a good location. I get the feeling Im getting in the way of them watching TV. Once there was an argument between two workers about who got to keep watching TV and who had to cut hair. The last straw was when they asked if I could read the sign on the front door because I accidentally walked in a few minutes after they closed and they forgot to lock the door.

Usual barber I go to was busy for the week and I was in need for cut. This place was open til 7 luckily, most out here close way too early. But tried it out and Oscar hooked it up. Went above my expectations, now I can’t decide if whether to go back to old barber or not.
