Not a bad shop at all. They serve men and women, and offer a variety of services. I bring my kids to the shop and they are taken care of as well. If you are looking for a good razor fade (my preferred hairstyle) then look no further than John. He’s a fade master.

Most of the barbers are Great, only one had been less than great and she was still pretty good. Friendly service all around. Prices are reasonable, but not a bargain. Will be returning, especially for Johnathan.

I have been going to Luis for about 8 years now. I will not let anyone else touch my head. He does an excellent job cutting my hair, trimming my beard, and cleaning me up with a straight razor. Its my male spa experience with hot towel treatment, wash, blow dry and style. I pay a little extra for all these services but its well worth it. I havent trimmed my own beard in about 5 years.

Dont hesitate! Make an appt with Luis! (Worth the wait.) My husband found this place originally and no matter who cut his hair they always did a great job. While waiting for him one time I noticed a few ladies getting their hair done by Luis. I thought it was slightly weird that all these ladies were getting their hair done at a barber shop. My curiosity got the better of me and Im so happy it did. Luis takes his time and does it right. He cuts, styles and colors. My daughter, husband and I wont be going anywhere else ever again.

My husband and kids have been going to this place for years, originally with Luis and Gloria and the staff has changed some but still they always get a great haircut no matter who cuts their hair. Ive had Luis give me a bob hair cut and I loved it (I have lots of hair so making my hair look good can be challenging). This place gets busy so if you dont want to wait call and make an appointment.

Gloria did a great job on my hair, nice attention to detail, never felt like she was rushed, straight edge razor on the back of the neck, and around ears. Clean looking fade for $15. There was no wait, I would recommend this place. Thank you!

Came in to get haircuts with my kids. The guy asked for how many. I said four. He wrote it on the book. Forty min later he asked if we had an appointment. Nah you didnt ask me that. So we waited for forty min to be told they dont have room for us and they do appointment only, which he never mention or it says online or inside the shop anywhere.

Hands down the best barbershop in the east valley. They have Reasonable prices, great customer service, and quality work. I would highly recommend Luis, he never disappoints.

As is my luck with barber shops, you win some, you lose some. I had a favorite place up in Scottsdale, but in the end it got to be too difficult to drive up to Scottsdale for a haircut. Hey, what can I say, Im a working guy. So I stumbled upon Razors, and my first experience was with Jose. He was a master, made me feel like bailing on Scottsdale was the right move! Next time I went, I had to wait for over 2 hours, though...and there were only a few people in the lobby. I later asked if they do appointments, since they seemed to be writing people in into a schedule book, and ushering people in without a wait- but they kept telling me they only do walk-ins. So I get it, you build up a clientele, you have friends and family, you want to treat them right, but it was a bit much to wait. So on this particular day, I couldnt wait for Jose any longer, and went with the next available barber- the young lady (cant remember her name). Ive read good reviews about her, so figured it would work out ok. Yeah, not so much. I dont know if it was a language barrier or what, but I kind of got butchered. I told her what I wanted, and she actually said are you sure??. Doesnt exactly inspire confidence!Will I ever go back? Who knows. I havent written the place off, I guess. I know good barber shops are known for their wait times, I just dont know if I want to wait that long for a risky haircut.

To all my guys out there, this place is worth a try. Everytime I go there my haircut is exactly as I dreamed. I walk in the there looking like a mess, and walk out feeling amazing. The barbers are polite and pricing is descent. $18 for a haircut, plus straight razor edging.

I dont go anywhere else but here. If you decide to go I would ask for Anel . I always get compliments on my haircut since I have been going there.

Every time I go to this barber shop they charge me a different price. The price is $15 for a mans haircut but they charged me $18 today. Buyer be ware.

Walked in and walked out as they were unable to help me since I did not have an appointment, granted there were no customers waiting and no customers being helped at the moment. It’s ok, I will take my money elsewhere. UPDATE as I’m writing my review another customer walked in and was dismissed...that’s $50 out the door.

They may do mens hair great not so good with women unless you speak spanish ask to get my hair feathered and basically got a trim around the edges. Overpriced Did less to my hair than my husbands hair and charged me more. I will never go back to them for a haircut. All of them were women that day
