Last minute stop tryin to find somewhere to get in for a pedi before a show. Had no wait to get in, short wait for work on my feet but the time in the massage chair was worth it. Diverse salon comfortable and relaxing. Great prices also. The only reason I gave it 4:5 was because I didn’t see them open the tools that were used and the water was already ran when I came in also

Called more than an hour before close at 8 and asked if they were open and that I had two little girls that wanted their nails painted and I was going to have gel on my toenails. They said they were taking walk ins until 7:30. We got there at 7 and were told they only had 2 people working and it would be a wait. We were okay with that, until we heard the man behind the counter tell the woman he didnt care how long we waited, he wasnt going to do it. So we left and went to a different salon that took us.

Have been there 3 times and not stopping anytime soon! I ask for the pedicures each time and they are wonderful!

Just went here and got my nails done. Havent been here in years, but glad I still came here. They always make my nails look good. They can so any design or style you give them. Such a friendly and welcoming environment. They always conversate with you and listen to anything you say. Prices are good. And clean when you go inside. Would recommend. Favorite nail salon😎🤗

The man who did my nails didnt greet me or even make eye contact with me, just took my polish off and reapplied new polish. i had to wait 30 minutes to be seen because they had one staff working. only compliment i have is that the staff are quick and efficient

My usual Salon seemed a little busy on a Saturday morning, so I went to Phil Nail and asked if they could accommodate three of us for pedicures at the same time. They said they could. We all sat together with our feet soaking yet they did us one at a time and we each had to wait. Two women came in and inquired about the wait time for two pedicures and were told “very little wait”, yet they had to wait nearly an hour for the 3 of us to get ours first. They are also higher priced for a basic gel pedicure than my regular salon, Super Nails, and did not even include foot massages.

I always come to Ts Place. They take good care of you & have a huge selection of colors. They tell you up front what youre paying & theyll break it down for you if youre not sure its right. Theyre good people. Love them.

Had a great experience, and girls day out with my sister and daughter. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Great quality and good prices as well.

They are always reliable for a good set of nails! I’ve went other places and nowhere compares to here! If something is wrong, they’ll fix it immediately. I won’t go anywhere else and I refer people all the time!

Paid $30/$25 for two sets of gel nails and two days later theyre already coming off. They were a nice couple but this was a big waste of money. Were from out of town and didnt realized the quality would be so bad.

The techs are rude and change prices a lot to try to swindle you out of your money. The nails stayed on well which is nice but beware they will try to force you to get gel nails and add ons to your paint and design no matter how many times you tell them no. The lady answered the phone while i was in the shop and before she picked up she huffs her breath loud and yells “its too early for this sh!t!!!!” That made a lot of us uncomfy in the shop. So if u want good nails that last go. Beware of rudeness and price gouging

There was a dog running around which is whatever but he was walking on the table they do nails on!! Not sanitary at all! He was stealing everyone’s socks and jumping up on everyone and apparently bit my five year olds hand. She didn’t tell me till we got home, she had bit marks on her pinky! We were there for two hours and I never saw anyone take him out to the bathroom and I have had a puppy I know how often they have to be let out! He also jumped on my foot right when I got out of the chair and messed up my nails but I was so over that place I didn’t even ask them to fix it I just left. Totally unprofessional!!! I will not be going back!

Best chairs in town. Not to mention classiest staff, if you like it on the real. Expect a wait often, but dont worry theyll get to you. Inexpensive and casual atmosphere, Phil Nails will do you right...

I love this salon!!! It is difficult when you move to a new state. Finding a new Nail Salon and Hair Salon that you like and fits you is difficult. I have given up on the Hair Salon but am grateful for Phil Nails. They are so nice and friendly. That is IMPORTANT! They do not rush you in and out. My nails are done perfectly every single time!!!! Wonderful!!!!! Would not go any place else. THANK YOU!!! :)

My first time going to this shop for lashes the lady that put the lashes on had something on her hands whatever it was the smell was on my face the lashes irritated my eyes so bad I had to pull them off wasted money I’ll just find away to grow my natural lashes back

Went in and it was the most unprofessional store I’ve ever been to. I had the owner do my acrylic nails and it was terrible. My hands were two completely different lengths, and when I pointed it out she said I was wrong and should have told her before. All my nails are crooked and many have overhangs. My nail technician couldn’t even focus on me, instead she was bouncing from client to client, causing me to be there for almost 2 hours. Would not recommend

I left sobbing. I asked for French gel and it was splotchy terrible work. She attempted to fix it but eventually I had her remove it all because it looked so trashy. I wasn’t rude but she treated me terribly. She also used a drill to remove it and destroyed my nails. And she still made me pay $15. DO NOT GO HERE.

I said I would wait to give a review. I have been going to Phil nail for awhile now. The wait is long at times, Tee may be rude to some, she doesnt give refunds, she gave me a hang nail, and severed my finger 😂😂 (inside joke). At first, I was skeptical about coming here because I was looking for a more spa like place. What i found was more like family. I come in im relaxed. I can joke and play with Tee, Cedric, and Mandy and they do the same with me. We laugh, we talk, we vent, and the wait time goes by so quickly.Sometimes I go get my nails done and just sit there to get away from everything else. Tee welcomes everyone! And what you may see as mean or rude is really just her accepting you like you have known her forever. GET TO KNOW HER...... youll love her.If you are looking for a spa where the techs dont tak, dont engage with you, just collect your money and send you out the door this is not the place for you. But if youre looking for a place where people are relatable, can help you relax, and want to develop a nail tech/customer friendship Phil nail is your place.This woman sees me coming and picks my colors for me everytime. She even knows my style and although she tries to slide in colors she knows I may be opposed to if I say no she will pick me another color . YEAH IM SPOILED 😋😋

Not good, they totally screwed up my eye braws & then I got home and noticed that half of my upper lip they missed, but charged me for. Ive experienced this before where I had tips put on, but one whole hand was totally different length than the other, but she told me to come back & she would fix it. Who wants to drive clear across town though, but plus I was leaving town on vacation the next day & couldnt so had to go the whole week like that. :( Im done, there are plenty more nail shops in Muncie.

Worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon. The acrilic nails are all either too big or too small, all different lengths and the nail tech refused to fix them. Even got mad at me for asking. Ride rude rude!! Ill never go back! I wasted my money 😤😤 if I could put ZERO stars I would!

Went to walk in around 7:30 just to get a polish change for my gel nails, and as I was walking up to the door one of the employees locked the door literally as I was about to walk in and was shaking his head “no”. Very rude and not a way to treat customers. Will not be going back there.

Went in with high hopes because so many people suggested this place. Got a full set and all of them are different lengths. When I tried to point that out or tell her to shorten a few of them she pretty much yelled at me about it. Very unprofessional.

They cut my toe. Had to air dry my nails, and my deet have been itchy since i gotmy pedicure

Very dissatisfied with the wait time, they said they would be with us in only a few minutes, but in reality it took over 3 hours just to get my friends nails done. (2.5 hours of waiting) The reason we did not just leave was that they had us pay when we arrived.

My wife went in, they did a terrible job, and refused to fix it or refund her money. Then, they removed the horrid work with a drill. The poor customer sitting next to her had work of similar quality. Pay the extra $2 and go somewhere else.

I went here to get my nails done with gel polish and the manicurist ripped off one of my nails in the process of scraping off my old polish. They make you stick your whine hand in a bowl of acetone to get the polish off and then scrape them with a metal spatula. Then my manicure only lasted about two days, and normally gel polish lasts about two weeks on my nails. Very displeased with the service I got and the manicure itself.
