So I absolutely love the ambiance of this place. It’s so relaxing! I love how my pedicures come out. But that’s the ONLY thing I’ll ever go for again after today. I walked in for my 11am appointment, wasn’t seen until 11:20. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a full set WITH ACRYLIC. I get prepped by the technician Katie (she’s super sweet) she couldn’t finish my nails because she had another client waiting. So they told me to get my pedicure until she’s finished. An hour n a half (because I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come do my feet) later my pedicure is finished I then wait in Katie’s chair to get my nails done. The owner comes over and starts to do my nails. I notice her put a gel on my nail bed and DIP my finger into a powder. So I asked her what is this. She said it’s healthier for my nail. I told her I want acrylic she told me I’d had to wait another hour to do acrylic. I told her I’m not paying for this sip powder because that’s not what I asked for. SHE CUT MY NAILS OFF AND THEN CHARGED ME $25 extra for doing something I NEVER ASKED FOR

This is the worst nail salon ever! Don’t be fooled by the look of the salon! They look pretty on the outside but they do terrible work and my nails are permanently damaged because of them! I still have leftover acrylic on my nails that I can’t take off! First nail tech put way too much gel powder on my nail and it looked bulky then the other nail tech put too little and all my nails broke in the middle including my own nail and I went to another nail salon to soak them off and they couldn’t even get all the acrylic off and to this day my nails are permanently damaged ! DO NOT GO TO LUCENT NAILS!!

So I got my nails done a few days ago before my trip to Vegas and asked for tips with powder. It was $100 and I was there for 3 hours and past closing time being rushed out and there were way to many layers of powder it was thick and bubbly that they all came off broke my natural nails really bad 3 days later while I’m away on vacation. Now my natural nails are so short and bleeding and I’m away and can’t get them fixed.

I’ve been to this nail salon 4 times already and I’ve loved my experience, it is a nice looking nail salon it’s big and the nail technicians are kind . I recommend this place .

Today I got a gel manicure and even with an appointment I waited 30 minutes. The actual manicure itself was very nice and thorough however less than eight hours later the gel chipped. I have never ever had a gel manicure chip in the first day and I don’t have time to get it fixed before I travel. So annoyed that I paid $30 for it to chip so fast.

This nail spa is so clean, pretty & relaxing, from the music, to the decor and atmosphere, the staff and service - its everything I have been looking for in a nail salon- its more like a beauty spa- plus my nails turn out beautiful, thin (not thick), smooth every. single. time - I have gel nails and go for fill in every 2 weeks, along with a pedicure- its all immaculate - I highly recommend

Love the place, so modern and incredibly clean. staff is okay. Prices are pretty good. My nails turned out okay. But the person attending me wasn’t so nice.

Waste of time. I made a 1 PM appointment, just to wait for 15 minutes and then be told it would be another 10 minutes before someone could see me. Mind you a white lady walkeWow! After me and they took her right away. Wow just WoW!

Very disappointed two weeks ago I got my nails done they put me with a gentleman who did a horrible job on the powder gel I came to correct it today May 26 and they treated me like garbage because I made a complaint they told me they couldn’t help me I asked for them to take the nails off and I’m going somewhere else they basically put on the nail remover and left me there never came back to takeoff the nails and I waited for about a half hour not a very nice place not very professional whoever runs the place on this particular time on Wednesday was very nasty she completely and utterly ignored me when I was complaining about the nails

Will not be back. I am coming for a professional manicure, not for someone to be trained on my nails and ruin them.Will not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a quality gel manicure. Take your business elsewhere.

When to get my nails done a while ago. full tips set w/ dip powder and a reg pedicure which took 3-4 hours but i had to come back to take them off because of work. they didn’t fully take it off and had dip powder still on my nails for 2 weeks. i only go here for gel pedicures now. dont try and come here for anything extravagant. if you want something simple this might be your place.
