I went with my girls today to get a polish change both manicure and pedicure ( kids are 5 and 7)..They pick out 2 colors .The lady did there nails and offers a design . polish change is 13 dollars which is actually higher then usual anyway ..i get to the register and they proceed to charge me 20 for each girl ..totaling 40 00 ..I ask them why the price change ..She tells me 2 colors are 2.00 more ( there is no sign saying that nor did she tell me in advance) and 5 dollars for The design that was offered to my child...upon arguing about it she brought the price down to $16 instead... needless to say I find them to be very sneaky and I will never return there again as my experience deserves a one star..There are plenty of nail salons in the area I’m sure of it ..

This is one of the few places in this area that can do excellent nail design. I went with a crazy idea and they executed it flawlessly. None of my nails broke or chipped. Deff recommend

I have tried many nail salons in Merrick, but none compare to Crystal Nail!! From their kind energy to their care in taking care of you, theyre simply the best. They spend time with your gel and acrylic nails to make sure they are smooth and pretty! I have not had one bumpy nail or one break for the 6 months Ive been going there! They also have a vast color selection and you can choose many different styles of nails to have done. Theyre HAPPY to help you pick out colors, which in the past I have not had the same experience. They also clean themselves and their station after every client which is super considerate in these uncertain times!Linda is my fave

I went to the nail salon for the first time last Saturday and my experience was terrible. The woman who did my pedicure barley massaged my feet and I felt she rushed the service. Then, I did a acrylic refill and the guy who did my nails was rude to me because I didn’t want to do the gel refill (I’m trying to save my money due to the holidays are coming up). When I left, none of the workers said goodbye. Out of all the nail salons that I have been to, I have never been so disrespected until I went to this salon.

Everyone here is super friendly, nice and welcoming. This is the best nail salon ever. The prices are very reasonable and the environment is super clean. Definitely recommend to give this place a try.

Nice place but wish my heel of my foot was scrubbed for 20 secs and not 10 secs. Also didnt cut enough of my cuticles.

I’ve been here two times now. It’s very clean and nice, the people are nice here as well. It’s normally pretty busy. I had gotten SNS the first time I came here and when I went back to get it removed the next time it seemed like they had some difficulty which was a bit unfortunate since it took about 45 mins longer. All in all, a good place and I would recommend.

I was in desperate need of repair. Reshape and nail building. I only use UV Gel and not everyone has the skills to build and shape with Gel. Well to my pleasure I found the Jem of a nail salon. Excellent work!

I was going to this place. For about 3 months .. But every week I broke a nail and it is very expensive.overprice .. because she charged me $ 10 every time I broke one and 65 for the filling..the quality of the filling not good enough I think it’s a cheap product.. thats why I stopped going there
