Cut the cuticle on my toe. Had gel polish all over my hand. Tried to get the dried polish off of my skin with an emery board! Very rough and not clean. He pulled his cuticle trimmers out of a coloring box from his drawer, then put the same trimmers back in the box when he was done. I will never go back to this place. If I could leave a review with negative stars, I would. Please don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Unfriendly and rude. Cut toe nails uneven. One foot short other noticeably longer. No massage to mention. Did a decent job applying polish. Hands down the worst pedicure I have paid for. Do yourself a favor and look for a different nail salon.

I waited over an hour to get the man in the first chair on left and he did a horrible job. My nails are very bad, worse than bad! He was also rude and very rough! I wouldnt mind him being so rough and rude if my nails looked good but this is truly the worst service I have ever had!!

Rude service. Don’t recommend anyone to get there nails done here. They do a bad job waited over 40 mins, the man was very rude over charged me . DONT RECOMMEND

The staff did a great job painting my nails. I felt relaxed in the massage chair.

They had an advertisement for a discount on a set of nails for a liking their Facebook Page I believe it was like $20 and by the time they were done with my Moms nails they they charged her 38 bucks and the nails looked absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

NEVER GO HERE!!! I went here and got my nails done! Theyre horrible, they crooked and theyre not painted all the way! The guy who did my nails was very rude! Cut my cuticles and had them bleeding. Refused to fix my crooked nail! Save your money and please go some where else!

If I could give this place less than a star, I would. I never will ever recommend or spend my money here EVER again. To preface this, I never write reviews so this tells you how serious it was.I went to get my eyebrows waxed. The room I went into was gross. The sheet on the chair had hair on it, was dirty... it appeared that it was someones personal bedroom. It was gross. I found what I thought was a clean spot and laid down.A male was in the room & said he was going to wax my eyebrows. Common sense tells me that when people are laughing as he leads you back in the room... he doesnt know what hes doing. I hate people that wont allow me to do my job because Im a female. I dont want to judge someone elses capabilities by their gender, so I continued.He burns my face with the wax. Yells at me when I try to take it off my face. Tells me he isnt going to blow on it and that Ill be ok. Blames the burn on me. And my eyebrows look worse than s£!+...Im furious. This place is less than professional and if I knew what the health code was, Im almost 100% sure that thats lacking also. Save your money. Visit every other place in Meridian. If for no other reason than your health.

The cost for nails are ridiculous. I wanted an SNS nail and was told that they do not do SNS. I opted for the next best thing which was a gel nail. In the suburbs of Atlanta, Ga a SNS nail and pedicure is about $45 for both and that includes a spa pedicure and foot massage. Star nails charge $60 for a gel nail alone and another $30 for a pedicure. Needless to say, I chose not to spend my hard earned money in this overpriced Mississippi nail shop. I would not recommend their services mostly due to the high pricing.
