First timer. Called to make an appt 2 days prior and they had availability. Came in the day of and had Kim do both my mani gel and pedi. She is both gentle and meticulous and gives great massages. I love how my nails and toes turned out. Massage chairs are great too. Clean place, friendly staff. Will definitely come back.

My teenager and her friend when here to get a full set of acrylics put on. One got long black coffin-shaped with a hardly noticeable white tip, and the other got shorter coffin-shaped nails with a pattern on some. One was $80.00 and the other $60.00!!When my daughter called asking for more money and she told me why I ran down to see what the girls could have had gone that would cost $140.00 and the answer was nothing. The woman I spoke with spoke very poor English, I couldnt understand what she was saying. What I got from it was long nails and designs cost extra. Neither of the girls had crazy long nails and they couldnt provide a price per nail design. Amazingly enough, there are no prices for services anywhere to be found. The nail tech never questioned the girls or told them long nails are extra.These girls go all the time to a business right next to Fred Meres on Linder and Chinden on the left, and we have never paid more than $50.00 for an amazing set of nails. We will never go here again. Never have I been to a salon that either didnt have prices clearly posted or have it clearly posted that long nails and or designs are an additional charge.

I went to this nail salon quite a bit and it was my favorite so far in the meridian area. i took a break from acrylics to let my nails breathe and they were perfectly fine. i went to get new ones and since then my cuticles have been so swollen and painful. i’m aware this could be an allergic reaction but it can also be an infection due to the nail salon not properly cleaning their tools. they use the same unclean tools on multiple people. please be aware of this when going to this nail salon.

So I went for a pedicure and my second time for a dip manicure. The first dip manicure lasted 3 weeks and it was great. This time it chipped after just 2 days. A real bummer and waste of money. The pedicure was good. But still have some calluses that werent really worked on.

I came here for the first time today! The staff are super casual and friendly which is an atmosphere I really like. I got almond pinkish-clear nails for prom and the guy who did them did a great job in a surprisingly short amount of time :) thank you!

Pretty happy with my nails and my experience, only reason I am giving 4 stars is because some gel polish got on my skin. Staff was very friendly!Update: i don’t know if it was the lotion they used on my hands but my skin is very itchy and dry.

This was my first time in a very long time to have a mani/pedi and my first time here so was looking forward to some pampering. The gentleman who did my pedicure was good but as I was sitting there, I looked over to see another guy who also works there in the manicure area slouched/reclined in a chair with his bare dirty feet on another chair...on the seat and the high back...a chair that a customer will be sitting in. Then I observed my guy and others doing pedis rubbing legs and feet then reaching into jars with their gloved hands instead of using tongue depressors to keep the jars from being contaminated.The same guy that did my pedi also did my mani which my nails look fine but there was no arm or hand massage. He did rub my hands about 20 seconds with lotion but I thought there was supposed to be several minutes massage up to the elbow. Overall, I was disappointed and wont be going back mainly because of the feet on the chair. No one told him not to and that is a huge issue. I wonder what else is overlooked.

So unprofessional! It’s Thursday mid day I came in with my mother in-law, we scheduled the appointments and the man didn’t finish my nails went on and grabbed a walk in I was left waiting 30-40 mins and had to ask for someone to paint my nails, I asked Him to make my nails thinner some are thicker than others and he refused. I picked my color out which was number 85 and somehow left with yellow nails. This isn’t my first time getting acrylics and they do a horrible job. I’m left with thick gross looking nails.

Friendly, Clean, professional! They always make an effort to get me in on time. I love my nails everytime they are done. Ive never had one problem since Ive been going here. They are the best nail place in the Treasure Valley.

Ive been here probably 5 times now for pedicures. The first few times were great experiences but this last one was sub par. I believe it was the husbands owner. It was extremely rushed and he very aggressive with the drill to remove gel polish off my toes to the point I had to tell him to stop because it hurt. I understand being busy (which it was, but I had made an appointment beforehand) it was not a good experience to the point that I wont be returning. However, the owner herself is really friendly and kind.

I got my nails done Friday for a weekend wedding and my nail polish was already chipping the next day. The product for their gel nail polish they are using is prob cheap. Won’t be coming back.

This was my first time at this nail salon and I was rushed did not ask what pedicure I wanted I still had dry skin on my calluses when done with my pedicure nail polish still on my Toes. This nail salon is terrible would not recommend!!

The staff are very friendly and funny. Service is great and prices are fair. They do a great job at santitizing and keeping things safe. They are also taking extra measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Thought I would give this place a try since it’s very close to my house. I’m so happy I did ! I get a gel mani. Angel has done my nails since I started going to 2q. The staff is always smiling and nice. The salon is clean and didn’t smell like chemicals. They have a ton of trendy color options. Over all I really enjoyed my experience and my nails look great!

Super happy with this place. They had TONS of colors. I chose a fairly see thru glitter and the lady was super helpful and nice about finding a way to make it show. And it’s been 2 weeks and not one nail is cracked chipped or lifting.

Went to this establishment for first time on Labor Day . Very disappointed with the sanitary practices. Wife and I were to get Pedicures and as we waited we had the luxury of watching lazy employee use same nail tools on my wife that he used on female sitting next to me. Zero sanitary training in this establishment. Called today owner AWOL and just a so sorry from manager. Not acceptable. Maybe State of Idaho call will wake this place up. So disappointed.

I’ve been to Thao for years, both here and elsewhere. You’ll be well cared for at their salon. Nobody else works as hard, has a more pleasant atmosphere, or is more deserving of great business than the staff of 2Q!!

Had a pedicure, It was really dirty and they didnt do anything to my feet they cut my toenails. I feel understood my heels are still very rough.

The lady I had did not listen to me and did the wrong colors on my nails. I tried to tell her but she had yelled at me. I had an hour wait and they were almost done with my sisters by the time they even started. My sister had a good time and her nails turned out really pretty which really what matters.

They got us in same day and were so sweet! Great pedicure 👍

Jason is very good. My nails have never looked better. He always double checks with his progress to make sure that I am completely happy with the length, width, shape, color, etc. I’ve been to a few other nail salons in Eagle and none of them were nearly as good as Q2.

Thao has been doing my ( 86 yrs young) mother’s nails for the past many many many years. She is the kindest, sweetest and has the most patience to do an outstanding job on my mother’s arthritic finger nails and toes too.They joke and laugh a lot and my mom has a great visit with everyone at the salon.

They do beautiful work. My toes and nails never looked better. I went here on a whim and I am happy I did.

Our experience was the happiest nail experience we have ever had. Our pedicures turned out great and we had the best time.
