First time customer here. They stayed open wayyy longer than usual to squeeze my mom and I in for full sets and pedicures. They were all super friendly and down to earth. Will for sure be going back!!!

$51 for a BASIC gel pedicure(one color) IS REDICULOUS! I went in for the first time tonight, the place is clean, Staff is friendly, but the pedicure was bare bones. Barely any lotion rub time, and it was $41 for the pedicure and $10 to take off the previous gel polish (which takes 3 mins with the electric file) Also. The gal only used 2 coats of gel, not 3 like most salons so my color looks a little watery. It took everything I had to tip her $5. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND PAYING THIS PRICE FOR SUCH A BASIC SERVICE !! TOTAL RIPOFF

Kim made my legs and feet feel like they were brand new. I stand on my feet 9 hours a day she made them feel so amazing. It was a mother daughter outing and the staff make you feel like your family cant wait to go againI will be treating myself again soon

I have been going here for six years now. I have really small and flat nails and they always taken special care not to tear up my cuticles. Over the past few months I have decided to remove my gel acrylics and just do gel paint now. They still take the same time and care they always have and I am always happy with the end result.

My mother and I schedule an appointment for 11am . We were still waiting at 11:20 am. We felt it would be another 15 to 20 min . Just like waiting for a doctor. Not in the mood. they did not seem concerned at all. Will post on Facebook next. I am sorry we had purchased a gift card for my sister in-law, in April for bday. I hope she has a better experience.

My daughter went here to get her lashes done since she’s gone here many times for her nails. The lady that did her lashes told her that they typically stay in around three weeks but should for at least two weeks. Trusting the lady, my daughter spent the $90 which is what it cost her to get them done. (a lot for a college student but she was excited and wanted to try it). Within five days, all of her lashes had fallen out with the exception of maybe two. She was upset as anyone would be. I talked her into going back to talk to the manager thinking that they’d prob at least be willing to give her a deal and get them redone. To my surprise, the owner of the shop said it still takes four hours to do the work. She also mentioned she prob needed a sensitive glue. It takes time to do any job but usually you still give some sort of a guarantee on the service you provide. She just looked at me and kept saying how much time it takes her.1) if she’s worried about how long it’s taking her to do a job, maybe she’s in the wrong trade.2) she could care less that my daughter had been going there for awhile and she’d lose a customer of something so silly.Long story short, avoid this place if your looking for great service with a guarantee. Especially if you want your lashes done.

My cuticles were not done, the water was super hot and it took forever for someone to come and adjust. For my fill my nails were cut super short and the right hand was shorter than the left

Not thrilled, pedicure was decent but when I asked about my gel toes never mentioned it was $10 to remove. I would have kept it on as I just wanted the pedicure part since I have someone who does an amazing job on gel nails. This was meant to just be time spent with daughter, definitely not worth the money.

The girl who did my pedi was friendly and nice my paint job and art is great! But was quoted a price on the phone and charged a totally different price! Thank God it was a gift card and the guy who quoted me the price argued with me! Would not recommend this place to anyone

Great atmosphere, fun group of people and good conversation duting my visit! I always love that I can go in and just let Kim do whatever she creates with my nails and I love the results everytime.

Ive gone to 5 other salons and this one is by far the best. The guy who did them was very professional informed me that the color I chose would chip away and not last as long, then chose me one that was a lot better with no upcharge. Took him 45mins and was perfect, definitely making this my permanent nail place!

Great place to get eyebrow waxing done. They take time to make sure everything looks right and theyve always been friendly.

Asked for soak off. Went in and got them ripped off instead. Told them I wanted a soak off and they said they were almost off anyways. Ruined my real nails. Still had to pay $10 for a terrible experience of something I could have done at home. Never go here.
