They are so nice! Made me and my family very welcome. My family got pedicures, they did a fantastic job. I got moon and she did wonderful on my acrylic nails I’m in love! While I was at my appointment another customer came in and she decided that she didn’t like the color that she chose and they let her choose another color and redid it at no cost! That’s so awesome! I’m going to definitely make this my nail salon.

I have been here several times to see Moon for dipped nails… she was great. However, everyone else in the salon has been a hit and miss, 99% a miss. My daughter and I stopped by to see if they had any time for pedicures. There was one other customer in the salon, and three employees milling about. After about four minutes listening to them speaking to themselves and other people in the break room, I was met with “Can you come back later?” I said no, and we left. And I won’t be coming back. Having people shout back and forth to each other across the salon about whether they want to take time for your walk-in request is wildly unprofessional… even more so when they’re doing it because they’re certain you don’t speak their language.

Moon is fantastic! Must book appts and she dors nail art and designs. Good acrylics and friendly staff. It id clean as well!

My nail tech Moon did a fantastic job on my nails. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly. Beautiful shaped nails and was sweet and very professional. I will be booking all of my appointments with her in the future.

I found my new favorite nail salon! I have been to multiple places in the treaure valley and have never left as satisfied as after going here. They did such an amazing job and loved the staff.

I absolutely love this place. I started going here in June when they were under new ownership. Moon does my acrylics and they are always so perfect. Everyone here is super welcoming and friendly! They arent your typical nail salon, for one they know about google translate so they absolutely do not ever talk about their clients. Theyre actually the only place I will let touch my feet because I am so self conscious! I did read one review that said they wouldnt explain why they ask for cash tips? Well I asked and they were happy to explain, but honestly, anyone who has EVER worked in customer service knows that cash tips are king for many reasons. I highly recommend this place!

Worst salon ever!! Had a basic pedicure which was $25. The guy was rude, forcefully turned my foot into position, nicked my toe and made it bleed (he said nothing). Acted like he didn’t want to be there. We were in there for a very short period of time and it wasn’t a good pedicure. But when we went to pay they said it was $40 each!!! When I asked why they said it’s because we picked colors!! So freaking bizarre.. I didn’t want to argue. Never again!!

I’m new to town and took a chance of this salon. They absolutely did not disappoint. I’m very OCD about my nails and Moon did an amazing job! Her hand painted designs are to die for!! I would absolutely recommend anyone who asks to go to New nails and spa. They’ve now become my go to nail salon.

Very kind & professional. I have came here in the past but stopped coming because they were kind of rude. They are under new management- and boy- IT SHOWS!! I got an acrylic fill & changed the shape of my nails from almond to coffin. Im pretty picky & the shape turned out beautiful. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! Ive been in multiple times but I just went in today and a lady named Moon helped me with a full set of acrylics and did them in an hour and i’ve never loved a set more. Everyone was super friendly and asks you about every little detail to make sure you get the set you want just perfectly! Overall a great experience and environment to be in!!

I have just recently started coming here but my nail technician said that they are new owners of the place! I have had nothing but good experiences here! I did an ombré French tip acrylic set for my wedding and I was so impressed with them! I couldn’t have asked for a more elegant and quality set. This time, I asked to remove my acrylics and to do a gel manicure. My nail technician was so careful taking off my acrylics to ensure my nails didn’t break and that I wasn’t uncomfortable. I have been to several salons that rip off my nails to put on a new set, etc. I love getting my nails done here! They care about their work and make sure you love your nails!

My gel manicure started peeling off in less than 24 hours. My pedicure is great still after 2 weeks.

I showed up 45 min before closing and everyone was so nice! They took the time to do a pedicure and a set of acrylics even though it meant being there until after closing and were so genuinely kind the entire time. I am so impressed with the quality of everything they did; they didnt cut any corners to make it faster! Definitely recommend!!

Their “dip” process is ok. 1st nails lasted almost 4 weeks. Last 2x only lasted a couple of weeks!!. They quote $40 but then will add $5 for removal of existing product plus another $5 for any tips if needed. The manicurist would not have added product to a broken nail if I didn’t question her. Then was put out that I wanted a tip. To top it off they are rude and not friendly.Will not return!!!!!!

I have been going here for a while now. Pluses are it seems very clean and I do believe they are consistent with sterilizing everything. They also have amazing massage chairs, maybe the best around. I’m usually quite happy with the end result. Negatives are the owners are both grumpy and seem like this is the last place they want to be most days, they don’t get the new OPI colors when they come out, which many salons do don’t take credit cards.

Heres the deal, wish I could say different: 1) I want my nail persons hands to be clean, manicured, and tidy, if you have a skin issue - wear gloves! 2) lets be professional and act as though we CARE about the job we do, clean and santize instruments, clean the surroundings, have soap at the wash stand. 3) Yes, they had low costs, yes they take walk-ins and are friendly with a caveat - you dont get the sense they care about what they do or the business in general.

I had a deluxe pedicure and a gel fill today by T. My nails look amazing!!!!! She put a Christmas design on my ring fingers. My pedicure was ok not much difference between a basic and deluxe for 10%. Would like to do the paraffin wax one day but thats 45$. Its 30 minutes away from where I live.

Never have I had someone so rudely speak to me as the woman with long hair that works here! I had 2 appts for my friend and I, asked if we could sit together and was told This is my station and my client and I am not moving. Wow, happy New Year to you too lady! Dont waste your time or money going here!!!

Ive been getting my nails done here for several months. They are SO much faster than other places Ive gone. They can ALWAYS get me in even without an appointment, even when it was extremely busy Ive only ever had to wait MAYBE 5 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

A great nail salon close to where I live. I love how convenient its location is beside a waxing place and ice cream store at Fred Meyers! But I wish they had a website to that lists their services so I can book it before going in.

Not friendly. When I asked for the acrylics to be a little shorter, they didn’t change the length. Overall, they acted like they’d rather not be bothered to see clients.

I was a walk in for a fill. Told me 15 mins, no problem. Was told to go to a seat the guy started then stood up and told me someone was going to take over. No one ever took over waited 15 mins after being seated and started on. The lady who he said was going to take over for him had started on a new arrival. No communication. Only take cash and very unwelcoming.

I do not recommend this place. I paid for the most expensive pedicure they offered and my feet are worse off than they were before I went in. The wax did absolutely nothing to soften my feet. My calluses are horrible. Very dry and cracked feet. Almost like whatever they did to them did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to. The water was cold when i put my feet in and when I asked if they could warm it up, the guy wouldnt. They didnt massage my feet much at all and he had to go outside because the smells were getting to him. I also got a really sore toe that evening and the next day. It was so sore i could hardly walk. I dont know what they did to my cuticle/nail, but it was red and infected looking in the corner. I just prayed i didnt get something from dirty tools. Thank goodness it started getting better after a few days, and although is still tender to push on, at least its not getting worse. Go somewhere else!!!

Had a good first experience here. I had white tip french manicure set put on my nails and Tom did a great job. The establishment is clean and no really harsh chemical smells that some salons hit you in the face with when you walk in. I will be going back again.

The best nail fill I have ever gotten, usually my nails are falling off by the time the second week rolls around, but I have had them on for almost a month without getting them refilled and not one is falling off, they are pretty inexpensive and the place is really nice! Definitely going back!

We came into town to spend time with friends. My friend wanted to get a pedicure and I needed a fill, so I decided to go with her. I asked if they could do the “ombré” look and I was told by the young man that he could do it. He only gave me two pinks to choose from (didn’t want pink to begin with) so I chose one. They turned out HORRIBLE!! I asked for the darker of the pink because you could still see the white line. He responded with “I thought you should have done the dark one” well as a professional, you should have told me what you thought was best to begin with. So he ended up doing the darker pink. You could still see all the lines. I’m a very non confrontational person so I decided to just be done with it and pay for the nails although I did not tip which I’m usually very good at. My friend agreed they were awful and that I shouldn’t pay but I had to. My husband came back to the salon with me and we very politely asked for our money back since it wasn’t what I wanted and he did not even come close to doing the ombré look. They got very offended and told me they wouldn’t give us our money back. After going back and forth and them blaming me for how bad they looked, they said they would give me my money back if they could take my nails completely off (even though it was just a fill) because they didn’t think I should get to keep the nails and get my money back. Whatever. So I was sitting there with my hands in the acetone and my husband was sitting next to me and said something to me about how rude they were. The older man got up and started yelling at my husband telling him he couldn’t sit next to me and he had to sit at the front even though he was sitting there for about 5 minutes prior to him saying something. I had enough at this point. I said no we’re done here give us our money back now. I don’t want them fixing my nails or taking them off because I don’t want to sit in there any longer with such rude people. Finally got our money back after a huge scene was created which I was trying to avoid in the first place. My friend, her mom and mother in law who go there will not be returning. I hope they’re happy they lost 3, maybe more customers, all because they were to proud to admit they did a horrible job and had horrible customer service. I have never had a worse experience than I did there that day. I will never be going back. I usually don’t do poor reviews, only good ones to support awesome people, but I couldn’t stay quiet on this one.

Five days later half of my gel peeled off, the polish is really uneven, cuticles not done and a bubble on one. It looks like I did them myself.

The people were not polite at all. When I tried to call in and make an appointment they told me calling in 4 weeks prior was too late and told me i could only do a walk in to get a manicure done. Throughout the process they were very rude and talked down to me or didnt talk at all. The entire thing was a mess and I should have gone elsewhere.

At first I started with 5 stars 2 years ago and now coming back to edit. They quit accepting cards and only cash for awhile. Then they put in an ATM in the shop. I always make an appointment and the last two times I waited over 45 minutes PAST my appt time to be taken causing me to be extremely late to my next appt. I got a pedicure and they had me walk BAREFOOT across their floor to go to the manicure station and seemed annoyed when I asked for flip flops which they did not get. That is not sanitary and I won’t be back.

This place is awesome!!! Im so happy I found it since I moved here all the nail tech have been mediocre at its finest but this spot is awesome. Youre greeted with a smile upon arrival. They were able to get me in last min. I waited for not even 2 mins before he was able to do my pedicure AND manicure from the same chair. Massage through the whole process, warm towel, made conversation and kept following up throughout to make sure it was to my liking. I drive from NAMPA and its well worth it. I highly recommend this place did I mention how reasonably priced they are? You get ALOT of bang for your buck here.

This was the worst nail experience I have had. The man was INCREDIBLY rude and messed up my nail by shoving it into the gel machine and when I asked him to fix it, he refused. I argued with him and eventually he put a LARGE topcoat that ruined it. He filed them to stubs and was rushing to finish when no one else was even there. He left bumps in the polish and it looks like an infant applied my top coat. I am extremely unsatisfied.

I have been a loyal customer to T and Randy since they opened. I frequently take my daughters with me when I go . Mary and Jenny and the staff are not only professional, but friendly and accommodating . I can’t say enough good things about this salon .

Pedicure was ok- the woman was rather rude.My mother had a full set done, and the tech made her cry from pain and did not do the color, length, or style that was asked for. If you have RA, sensitive hands, or any kind of joint problem run away!

Will not go back. Had a 20 minute pedicure. She was in a hurry as an appointment was waiting on her, she coughed all over the place, hardly cleaned nails nor filed. Very sloppy work.

This place ruined the design I wanted and ripped my daughters cuticles by completely ripping her cuticles off and put glue on it to stop the bleeding I was livid he left my nail completely blank instead of drawing the leaf I wanted
