They wouldnt let me go the car wash cause my car was to muddy, isnt that why you go to a car wash? Conveniently the guy told me this after I renewed my monthly prescription. So I asked for a refund the girl he sent out was rude & looking like shes never seen mud before, very unprofessional

Great car wash and right down the street from home. Tire shine not the greatest, it tends to come out of the machine as one giant glob on one spot of the tire, had to downgrade my membership to avoid getting the tire shine. Other than that, I recommend!

I have had a family plan for 3 months. Only one car shows and I have attempted to get this fixed and no one calls back or seems to be able to fix our account. I have to go through explaining this issue every time I take my car through. Poor management!!!

My truck was damaged at this car wash and the owner stated she would pay for the repairs and then called me and refused to do so. Lack of integrity. Now they want to reinstall a broken part on my truck. Noticed paint damage afterwards but I was going to just be satisfied with a new dealer replacement part. My truck was like new. Now... Not so much. You cant misrepresent facts. My truck was damaged. That is clear.

Car wash was great but only one side of my car tires shine

Paid $20 for the Deluxe wash. Left streaks on the glass, didnt clean the back. Wax looked nice and the wheel cleaner was decent. Complimentary vacuums, glass cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner are available afterwards. No cleaning products available for purchase and no shampoo available.

Cool car wash. They also have a car mat wash machine there! And I got a free air freshener today. So triple win for me.

I paid for the $10 wash was pleased. The vacuums are great they also have an automatic mat washer. The towels for cleaning are neatly folded . I am happy to have this addition to the N. side of town.

I never thought I would be raving about a car wash, but here we are. First off, the car wash itself did a great job at cleaning my car and I felt like I definitely got my money’s worth. I have a Husky and my car is constantly full of hair, and the vacuums are very strong and got rid of all of the hair very easily which has been nearly impossible to find at the other car washes in Milledgeville. There are really great mat washing machines and glass/all purpose cleaners at every station which is super convenient. Overall this is one of the best car washes I’ve been to and I will 100% be back!!

Does a good job for an automated car wash. Nice to have the additional free vacuums, cleaning solutions, towels, and mat washer to use after you get your vehicle washed.

I have been waiting for a car wash to open on our end of town. Elements is very convenient to me, my car gets clean every time, and, having been there at least 4 weeks in a row now, Ive never had a bad experience. They always have clean towels and cleaning products available. And I love the fact that they have floor mat cleaners!

I like how slow the car went through the car wash and how the workers get the front and back of the car and the tires.The mat shampooer was a big plus! I did still have a few stains on hood. But overall I appreciated the service at Elements.Workers also friendly and helpful!

I paid for tire shine($25) and didnt get any. Its the second time that this has happened.

I just tried out this new car wash and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very professional and competitive prices. I’m so thankful Milledgeville finally has another drive-through car wash business. Another bonus is its right by my local grocery store. Awesome!!!

Typically they do a really good job, but I made a special trip to get my car washed and arrived at 7:55. They already had the cones up and were closed. Two vehicles came in behind me and left very unhappy.

Love the location. Keshaun was great at entertaining the kids by spraying the window when he was cleaning the front of our car. The kids ask to stop by every time now.

I didnt like it . Honestly it felt somewhat rough as I was going through. My kids love going to the tidal wave carwash, but this one seemed to hard

Got the bug wash but bugs where still everywhere on the front of my car i had to scrub my grill and my car again when i got home and my tires where barely even done had to redo those at home the under carrage wash i still had dirt all in my wheel wells i dont even want to know what under my car looked like still.

Car wash is good. Tire shine is very bad. Only puts shine on part of tire or not at all. Then as you drive it slings tire shine all down the sides of my truck. Towels are scarce and not stocked regularly. Spray that dispenses the soap and shine are regularly stopped up and barely come out. No one ask the cars that blast music to stop. Parking lot has trash all over. I’m hoping management will read this because it could be a great car wash.

It is no longer the same as at the beginning. The car is dirty. Cleaning at first does not work. You no longer have much cleaning product in the machine
