I am super picky when it comes to my nails. Quality of product, shape and colors. I have searched and searched for a local amazing salon and this place takes the cake. By far my favorite lake county salon. I never wait too long, they take appointments and they’ll squeeze you in for a fix. The techs are super professional and friendly. I am more familiar with acrylic, however, I am trying out the dip powder. Pictured is my 2nd set. My first set lasted almost 2 weeks (I could have pushed it a few more days), which is a lot for someone who works in medicine and washes constantly. Highly recommend!!

If your looking for a nail salon this is the place to go!! Sam always goes above and beyond to make my nails better than the pictures I show him!! His nail art is perfect and the prices are fair! This place is the place to be!! Kind employees and clean work environment! I will definitely be back!

If I could give zero stars I would. Rushed service, old color still on nail. Very rude, doesnt listen to what you ask for. Also was racially profile. No price menu, no set prices balance just keeps adding up once you get to check out

Very rude and unprofessional. Was asked to pay for service before it was complete, no one else was. Btw Im black. Also the rushed pedicure polish wasnt right old color still visible and I have a cut on middle toe. Staff very argumentative and talked about you in their language infront of you. Would not recommend

The best! Reasonable prices, excellent service and friendly people!! Doesn’t feel like a quiet library when you walk in. It’s nice to listen to some music and have people with great personalities. You can enjoy getting your nails done here!

One of the male techs is rude and abrasive. I was told to sit at his station, and he basically lost it. If you are going to have shellac color samples, they should all be available. Or just remove them.I needed shellac for a wedding out of town the next day. Its been 5 days and my nails look like they have 2 weeks of growth already. I only went here because they opened early and I will not go back.

My absolute favorite nail salon in Mentor. My last visit I got the dip manicure for the first time that the gentleman suggested, and I’m in love! It’s been lasting a long time so far! Everyone has been so kind and professional every time I come in. Thanks for the great service.

The nail polish ward off after two days

My first time going there was yesterday they are VERY unprofessional!! They rushed to do my nails, the nail Tec was very disrespectful, I asked them to do a design he told me he didn’t have time to do it. Which I don’t understand, you should make sure your clients are satisfied before you rush to start another clients nails. I showed him that one of my nails had a smudge and he ignored it and went to the next client! I do not recommend anyone coming here! Worst service I’ve ever had all they care about is the money

Rushed me through my mani. Didnt even use cutical oil, lotion or do the hand massage. Nails are cut uneven. Pedi wasnt thoroughly done. They use to do a good job. I wont be going back.

Ill give them a 3 because they are nice & some what cheap prices but I went there earlier this week to get a pedi and the lady cut me more then once! I said ouch and everything she didnt even bother to say sorry! 😑 But this is the first time I have had a problem.

They’re so so sweet, they always ask if the water is too hot or too cold for my feet when i get a pedicure. they make sure your time there is enjoyed. I haven’t been to a better salon yet! if I could rate them 6 stars i would!

I used to go to another shop in lake county and decided it was time for a new salon due to bad customer service. I am so glad I found this one. It’s truly a gem. They are so sweet and professional! I had purchased gel manicure and pedicure. Dont think I got gel bc my fingernails are super thin and they keep breaking. Its been a week now... and I have 5 broke nails. I called the place bc I think I paid a ridiculous amount for my nails to be breaking!!! Manager said he would fix it. I hope he does something spectacular bc im super upset with the service I paid very well for

My pedicure was horrible, it felt rushed and it looks as though I painted my toes my self! I also had to tell the mail tech to clip and file my nails! Never going back!

I had my first pedicure ever today. What a wonderful experience. They did an amazing job 😊 The chairs message you as you get your pedicure. Everything is very clean. The staff is great. They give you a fruit plate and water. I recently had my nails on my hands done at another salon that did a horrible job. They fixed my nails for me too. I will definitely be back. I used to go to a foot Dr. for callous removal and paid a 25.00 copays. You get so much more here for just just a few dollars more. Definitely check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

I got a pedicure there and it was amazing. She didnt rush and actually let my feet soak (which a lot of places dont anymore). The foot massage was great and they were all very nice.

1st time hereMy Daughter called and made an appointment the last minute for 3 pedicures. They said they could make it work. Very nice people and a great experience. We did the deluxe package and we feel like a million. Kim did mine, and she was wonderful. A must to do. We will be back. Thank you!!!

Ive been here once for a manicure and it was okay. Gel polish job was fine but not impressed on how they left my cuticles. Anyway, my mom came in today for a pedicure for her cruise. My mom has a prosthetic leg, so she only needed 1 foot done. THEY CHARGED HER FULL PRICE. Everyone else she has gone to charges her half, it takes half the time, half the service and half the product! Even the customers around her who overheard said yeah she should only have to pay half, and the employee said no, full price, and she paid full - for half the work. This is rude and bad customer service.

This is my first time trying the place as a new customer, without telling me when I came in to make the appointment they do not honor their appointment cards that you get stamped on each visit which was not told me. The young girl who did my nails and the younger man who did my friends were very rude to us and told us that if they were busy they wouldn’t have the time to do what we want to do our nails even though we are offering to pay whatever. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never been treated like this and I will never go back, I am also in customer service. Just very unprofessional

Gel nails chip within a few days.... this has happened several times after going. They drill into my nail beds when taking off the polish so now there are indents in them

Recently started going here for a gel manicure. Joe does a great job, everyone is very friendly. Also had the parrafin wax treatment done on my hands and it really helps with the dry tough skin! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend dragged me here so that she could get her nails done. While I was there, they asked me if I wanted a pedicure.. Ive never gotten one, but agreed to it anyway. The staff seemed friendly as they laughed while my girlfriend teased me throughout the entire thing. It was great. Good experience! Dunno if I will be getting another pedicure anytime soon, but would go here if I did!

Very rude people. My little sister was very excited for her first prom and was very set on which color she wanted. She told the lady that she wanted a royal blue color and she started painting her nails a more sky blue. When my sister said something, the lady immediately got defensive and told her that she was wasting her time and every customers time. She told me it would be $10 extra dollars to fix the color. Needless to say, I will never go back to such a rude place.

Went in last Saturday with my girlfriend after spending seemingly hours in TJ Maxx so she could get a mani/pedi. The staff was friendly and even let me pick what I felt like watching on Netflix while my girl got her nails done. When it was time for her pedicure one of the girls (Ellie) talked me in to getting a pedicure of my own. It was a very enjoyable experience and we had fun talking with the staff who also offered us water/coffee and snacks. Definitely would go back again!

My mom and I had manicures done with a French tip the other day at this location and a couple hours later both of ours had chipped some. Then the following day almost every nail had chips, some nails more than one. When at the salon we noticed the employee putting water in the polish so it must be old polish that they use. Some French tips were crooked and multiple fingers had nail polish on them surrounding the nail, I had to touch up at home to get polish off. Other than chipping problem the actual in salon experience was fine. Maybe gel polish here is okay. Would not go back because I could do a longer lasting manicure at home.

I will never return to this nail studio. They messed my nails up, not once but twice in a row. Very disappointed.

The staff is very nice except for the mother and assumed manager. She was super rough, my designs were no where near the picture I showed her the next day my nails were breaking not thinking I went and got the one repaired while he repaired it he realized the bottoms were coming off of my nail I decided to get a nail polish change bc I wasnt pleased with my polish. After that each nail kept breaking so I went back to get it fixed. She was very rough and scraped 3 of my cuticles. Suppose to be square all of my nails were different shapes. She didnt even paint them after she fixed them. I stood at her station waiting for her to come back and she went to the back and stayed there until I was walking out of the door. I tried calling back to get them taken back bc obviously they cant be fixed and get my money back and of course turned into a full blown argument with the owner. Worst nail experience Ive ever had.

With so many nail salons out there, choose another. Very rude (mother/daughter). Enough said.
