Absolutely love this place, and Lisa❤️The salon itself is beautiful and clean, and I feel very comfortable with how the ladies are handling covid and the regulations.The ladies here make you feel welcomed and not rushed.Onto Lisa, She’s amazing and knows how to make a girl feel beautiful!

WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!! ON SEPTEMBER 12th 2020 I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE AIRBRUSH MAKEUP DONE FOR A WEDDING I WAS IN!!! MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 11:45 a.m. GOT THERE A COUPLE MINUTES EARLY AND A LADY CAME TO THE DOOR AND SAID IT WILL BE A COUPLE MINUTES WAIT IN YOUR CAR PLEASE NO PROBLEM!!! WELL I WAS SITTING THERE WAITING AND WAITING 20 MINS WENT BY AND THREE PEOPLE THAT CAME AFTER ME WENT IN AND GRANT THEY COULD OF BEEN GETTING DIFFERENT SERVICES SO I CALL THE SALON AND ASK THE LADY THAT MET ME AT THE DOOR WHAT IS GOING ON SHE SAID THAT THE LADY THAT IS DOING THE MAKEUP IS RUNNING BEHIND ITS GOING TO BE AT LEAST ANOTHER 20 MINS BEFORE WE CAN GET U IN BY THAT TIME IT WAS GOING TO BE 12:40 ISH AND HAD TO BE DOWN BY 1PM SO I HAD NO MAKEUP DOWN AND THE LADY ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL VERY UNORGANIZED PLACE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

To be fair it was my first time here and I dont know about all their services. Its a dark atmosphere and maybe could use a bit more light. Staff is super nice. They offer coffee and water for their patrons which is nice especially if you are there early in the morning for an appointment

An amazing shop. So professional and warm you dont want to leave. The staff makes you feel like family. Megan Lacy does amazing things to your hair. I wont go anywhere else. Im a extremely happy costumer

Just got my hair cut by Valerie & she listened to everything I wanted & did a fantastic job!

My appt was today at 215pm ... I think nail tech came over to get me at 230ish or so ..never apologized for running 15 mins plus late ... then I show her what Im thinking for a lil nail art ... then she informs me I dont do nail art WONDERFUL ... thanks for wasting my time AND being rude about it... :(

Comfortable full service salon with great stylists. WiFi and beverages are nice added bonuses.

I have given this place two chances now and have not left either time happy. First time I made an early 9AM appt on a Saturday and the stylist was 25 minutes late due to her parking garage. But after she did a decent job with my hair with a wash, cut and style for $35. This second time I made an late 7:30PM with a different stylist. However this time she told me she was going to cut it dry, so I literally for the same hair trim I could have gotten at Great Clips (same quality) for $13 but had to pay $40. And this felt like this was only the case without the wash and style because they wanted to leave. I was back in my car by 7:37PM. I will not be going there again.

Stylist needs more experience turned my hair very brassy and peroxide yellow blonde gave them another chance to fix it but turned ends of my hair grey very disappointed now I have to pay to have a color correction somewhere else and damaged hair when asked the stylist what I can do she replied she didnt know
