Came here as a walk-in because the place I was planning on going to was running super behind. I don’t get acrylics often (I have super tiny nails and fingers and acrylics usually look really weird on me) so I’m not loyal to any nail salons... until now! Van did SUCH a beautiful job. She was careful and meticulous but still somehow quick. My nails manage to look natural, in a way that my real nails could never look because they’re thin and bendy.Not only was I able to get worked on immediately, midday on a Saturday, the price was AWESOME. I’m so lucky to have found Asian Nails completely on a whim, and I will never go to another nail salon as long as I live in the area.Other raves: nice selection of gel and regular polish, clean stations, friendly staff! Overall I had an amazing experience here and I would definitelyyyyy recommend!

This group of people are great. If they arent too busy they are happy to allow you to take your time and catch up with a friend if you happen to be there with one. I love their pedis. They take their time which I love! I dont want to be in and out in 15/20 minutes. I like to soak for awhile and enjoy the relaxing massage chairs.

Ive been coming to this place for the last 11 months. The place its convenient and some of the time I get a good care experience.As soon as you walk in, you have to write down the type of service you want. I noticed the nail stylist didnt do a Mani (per my request), just before starting to put Shellac on and I asked her to please do that, OMG! she raised her voice in her language and she kept going and going. People were just staring and instead of feeling relaxed, I was just uncomfortable.It wasnt the first time I had to remind them what to do even though they request costumers to write it down. And when I reminded them, it feels uncomfortable as if I am not paying for the service and leaving tips.Definitely not going again.

Spoke horribly about the customers and me, thinking I could not understand them.could not do a simple nail design, place was loud, overcrowded and not following covid-19 guidelines. Don’t recommend at all!??

A picture is worth a 1000 words so here are some from my sister visits. She said theyre always professional and pleasant. A nice shop with current magazines and a TV if youre not on your phone and want to make the wait less boring. The price is competitive with other salon. Ask for Christine; she very good at what she does.

Le, my nail tech was amazing! I had a mani/pedi and the foot/leg massage was worth the trip alone! My nails look fantastic and she was really quick!

I went in for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure lasted all of 6 minutes and that included the time I had to request the tech to trim my cuticles. She barely soaked scrubbed or smoothed my feet, so when she started putting lotion on me I was insulted. I had just looked up from picking a color and shes rubbing lotion on me. I was so disgusted I left before my finger nails dried and smudged them. So I went to Prive in Woodmere and received excellent service. At the end of which I was advised to get a manicure my next visit because of the excess cuticles. I didnt even bother telling her I had just had a manicure an hour ago. Poor quality poor service. Dont go here.

This is an excellent nail salon. The salon is clean and the staff is very talented. Everyone at Asian Nails is friendly and efficient and they give excellent service and do lovely and creative nail services. I only ever have my nails done at Asian Nails on Tyler Blvd. In Mentor, OH.

My first visit to the salon for a dip mani was great. The staff was very friendly with customers and each other. My nails turned out wonderful. There was a great deal of time given to make sure the length of my nails (natural nails) were even and that my “dip” was even throughout. I will be going back!

Im guessing from the review by another African American woman our kind isnt welcome in this establishment as I had a similar experience. Black women are not likely to receive the same great experience as others.

Love this place!!! Have been going here for as long as its been open. Tried other places and they cant compare.

I got a fill which was done very fast and sloppy my nails have lumps even after I asked to have some areas fixed. I came in with almond shaped nails and now every nail is a different length and shape. The polish was applied very sloppy and parts of my nails are not even covered with polish then she literally took the top coat and did one quick strip down the middle of the nail so none of the sides had been sealed. It’s now the next morning and my polish is already chipping off after just one night. So now I have to go and pay to have someone else fix my nails because I will never step foot in there again.

Took girl friend there for Pedi and Mani Shellac Theyre did a wonderful jobs she loved it and have noting wrong with her nails after a week old. Read the other review I dont know what was she talking about. Sometime thing that she ate and weather can effect her nails grow. My girl friend did asked them about a the pedicure equipment theyre using and they were told her they only using equipment that state board allowed because not all equipment tools state board allow to use when doing a Pedicure.

Went in for the first time today and it was an amazing experience. I walked right in and was taken right away. No wait time. They honestly wanted to make my pedicure relaxing which is exactly what they did! I also got a fill because my nails were chipping on the sides. My nails have never looked better!! Thank you to everyone at Asian Nails! I will be a regular customer!

Nice enough place. Got in quickly. Reasonable price. But, not quite the quality I expected. Polish appears beneath tips. Painful break on a long nail that is just hopefully going to grow out under polish. Not a real heavy secure shellac.... hopefully it will last and I will have to find someplace else in the area. Rather generic service compared to what I get in Brunswick ...but I live here now...so I will search for a new place.

I went in to get a manicure and shellac on Friday. This is the second time I have been to this particular salon. I waited for about 30 minutes before I was seated in a salon chair, which was no big deal. However the lady then started the manicure and failed to give me any manicure services at all. She only painted my nails super quick with shellac and it maybe lasted 15 minutes! The next morning my nails were chipping already. Three days later and 6 of my nails are all chipped. Super disappointed and will not be going back here ever!
