I like how they only do walks ins here. Me and my boyfriend come here for pedicures and we normally don’t have to wait very long. We like the jelly pedicure it’s super moisturizing. I got my first gel manicure here yesterday (usually I go to another salon) and I thought the girl did a really good job. There are some young ladies working who do really good nails. They always do a really clean job on my nails

So I went in for a full dip but my old dip had to be removed. Instead of removing them with acetone they peeled them off and broke my natural nails which were long but thin. Then when they placed tips on it they charged me for the tips and they don’t do a gel top coat on the dip and they look like complete trash. I’ve been getting dip done for years and this was the worst by far and I paid the most for it. When I complained at the price at the register they couldn’t understand they when the technician removed my old dip he ripped my nails. I will never come back here or recommend this place. I am also going to go to another salon right now to remove this trash.

I went to go get my nails done today. I was told an initial price at the beginning and then when we went to check out, the price was extremely high. Also when I asked the person that was doing my nails to fix a line that he had messed up, he gave me attitude.

Karen was not very friendly. She definitely made me feel like everything was an inconvenience to her. Not one for small talk either. But most off all the job she did. It seemed like she did it as fast as she absolutely could and it shows. My nails are jagged and there was shellac everywhere. She just did not do a good job. Very very sloppy. I canceled an appointment with a salon I know that does a good job to come to this place. It was $131. Im sorry but I will not be coming back.

Got my nails done, paid over $50 for French tips. They looked TERRIBLE. Not how they advertise them to look. The white was too thick and the actual acrylic flared up. I can back to get them fixed they made me wait and hour and when it was finally time to fix them they laughed at my nails and the way I explained the issue. I requested a new set because there was no way that they could be fixed without soaking them off. They didn’t give me a new set and just put two extra tips on. This was cheap and made the nails look thick and gross. The reason he didn’t soak them off is because they would grow out faster and would come back.

I got a full set of acrylics done today and the nail tech refused to soak off my previous dip powder set. Instead he used his thumb nail and another fake nail to pry my nails off. After asking him to soak instead he said it would take too long. This was so painful and unsanitary. Having someone rip off your nails is so unprofessional and can damage your natural nail. The polish is messy and dull looking. He wouldnt do any lighter colors because he said they wouldnt show up even though everything I picked out wasnt even that light. I got stuck with this bright pink color because that is what he insisted. The acrylic is so thick and my edges are sharp and uneven. My nails hurt so bad because he filed the edges down way too much and drilled into my nail. Also, I waited over two hours just for an awful set of acrylics. I will be taking them off. Do not go here. It is a waste of time and money. Not to mention the employees are rude and did not care that I didnt like my nails.

First time here and my nails look amazing. I was greeted and sat down right away although I did have to wait about 10 minutes before the girl who did my nails appeared. The shop is very clean, and the interior design unique, it felt like I was in a castle. They have a large selection of colors and unlike some shops that have the color swatches on little nails awkwardly on a big key ring, theres was very organized and in books that you could comfortable browse through. I liked this place lot, my only criticism would be smile and chat more with your customers!

No pricing posted they seemed to charge different people different amounts for the same service. They have you sign in but dont call you in that order. One lady had both of her daughters get the same service & they charged a different price for each girl. She kept asking why & the guy just laughed.I will not be going back!

This is the best nail spa around! They’re very busy so don’t be surprised if you have to wait around, it’s expected at a good salon. Ray is the best tech for acrylics I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He does my sister and her friends’ nails and they always look incredible.

I was looking for a new shop, so I came across this one. The first time I had my nails done, I really liked the way the lady shaped them. Unfortunately, two nails broke 2 days later, so I wasn’t given up; I went to have them fixed. I waited for the person who did them for a hour in a half, but I guess she wasn’t available, so someone else fixed it. Came back two weeks later to get a fill and the customer service was TERRIBLE 😡Signed my name for service at 5:40pm for the same person who did my nails previously ...I waited and waited for her. Finally at 7:40pm I was called because I was the last person in the waiting room. Keep in mind the person I requested took another person that came in after me. Being that I needed services really bad, I dealt with all the unprofessional services, so I guess it was the owner who did my nails and I HATE them.... I should have saved my money, but I was desperate.I’m not that customer who do not tip, but I made sure.... I did not give a tip for POOR customer service. I feel so disrespected; NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointed for sure. Had to leave and go to a different nail salon. Fashion nails opens at 10. They had 2 manicurists and 1 pedicurist that were there on time. There were at least 20 customers. We were seated at stations shortly after 10 and were told that our manicurists would be to there in 10 minutes. No problem. We waited. But the employees who were already there took costumers who had signed in after us for the same service we were there for. Still no other employees by 1030 so we left.

I waited 2.5 hours, while they took people who came in after me. Kept asking when it would be my turn. There is no list of prices and services anywhere in their salon. They charged me 80$ for short French acrylic nails! After the technician telling me no to all the pictures I showed him off what I wanted. Also, I sat and waited to be called I noticed they were charging different prices for people paying for the same services. This place is so sketchy. I wont be returning.

Very Expensive. They charged me for a Dip removal from another spa. Then 2 nails that were gel chipped. My nails looked very sloppy. Never going back.

Only use a dremal to do your nails, do not offer a buffing pad option. Dremals make your nails very thin and it takes me months to grow them back out. Drove all the way here to be told they wont make an exception for me. Very poor value.

I took my nieces to get medi/pedi and had a great experience. My first visit and we were treated well and they did a great job. My youngest niece wanted to have my toes done to match hers and they didnt charge me.....

Went in to get my nails and toes done for vacation. Tech has multiple phones on charges plugged into an extension cord, and was to worried about the phones. Stopped multiple times to look at the phones. I’ll be calling the BBB, as well as mentor fire, as that is a HUGE fire hazard.

HORRIBLE!!! if I could give zero stars I would!! My usual place is closed on Mondays & I thought I would be working a second job starting the next day. So my daughter & I decided to try here this place. NEVER AGAIN! the guy who did my fill in & polish was very rude -WOULDNT TALK AT ALL! he literally did fill in & gel in less than 15 min. He asked if the length was good I said YES, ITS PERFECT! I DONT WANT THEM FILED DOWN he then proceeded to file them down - my pinky nail was so short you could barely see it! Even though I CLEARLY stated I liked the length. Then I wanted a blue color & I asked if they had more colors than the little chart they give you to pick your color he said - no. Now my daughters turn to get her nails done. Her tech was ok - no talking at all, tried her best. She hates the shape & said her edges are very sharp & had to file them down herself. Also, her tech gave her several book type things with all different colors to pick & guess what!! BLUE!

Ask for Beethoven. I get manicures and pedicures regularly. Both times I have gone to this place. The pedicure has been 2 + hours. Not rushed. He takes his time. Never skipped a process. And Im currently pregnant and massages well. He obviously loves his job. Will talk if you want conversation. The place is clean. And had a nice atmosphere. Ive been offered water and candy. Can not complain about one thing. Prices are normal. Expect to pay 100 for a gel manj and pedi. But the service is outstanding. And it is easy to walk in and be seen pretty fast. Unlike other places who have a ton of chairs but not enough workers.

I spent $60 on nails that looked absolutely horrible. The acrylic was thick and uneven, my nails were all different lengths and shapes. And not to mention I waited over an hour. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. Do not go to this salon.

I loved how clean they were. They made me feel so comfortable and I went with my sister and her nails took a little longer they literally did not rush at all they took their time. It was great. I went back for my birthday and got a pedicure it was also very nice. Enjoyed it really!

In all my 27 years I have NEVER had my nails done so perfectly we spend our money with these people getting our nails done and are never satisfied so if u want to be happy about your money go here and go to him they are expensive tho my full set and my daughters manicure was $124!!!! Quoted 45 minutes, 1.5 hours later got called back for a pedicure for me and my daughter. Got seated with cold water and then noticed my massage chair was not plugged in. I asked the man who seated us twice if he could plug it in and said the water was cold and he ignored me. The lady who was doing my pedicure came over and I told her she said yeah this chair is broken and pointed to another occupied chair and said that one works and sat down and began my pedicure. I am 9 months pregnant and was looking forward to the massage but that didnt happen. Since it was broken I couldnt scoot my chair back seeing Im 57 and my feet and legs were cramped and totally uncomfortable. My daughter sat next to me in her chair waiting 20 minutes into my pedicure before her lady even started hers. When she arrived she was more interested in having gossip time with my lady in Chinese the entire time. Not relaxing at all.

Thought I would give this place another shot after a couple bad experiences over a year ago. $46 spent on a basic gel manicure just to have hang nails on every finger the next day. She changed the color I had originally chosen for something similar, although similar it was different and I was trying to match a formal dress. You can see streaks in the color, it could have used another coat, maybe then it would have looked more comparable? No lifting on the edges this time after 3 days, so theres a positive.

This used to be my favorite salon but the quality of service has changed. The last few times I’ve come my nails have been uneven lengths and sizes despite pointing it out to the tech. After telling them to make the nails more even they barely go back over them and are constantly rushing to get you in and out. Tony is a great nail tech, however. He’s the only tech I will see at this salon again because he’s the only one who really takes pride in his work.

Ever since my first experience there, this salon just hasn’t been the same. The first time they were super happy, welcoming and friendly. The nail tech Tony was amazing and anyone I spoke to highly recommended him. The second time I went back, a different nail tec demolished my nails. I explained exactly what I wanted, the shape, thickness, color everything including a picture of what I wanted. Before we even got to the color, the nail Tec somehow managed to file my nails to look like a literal U shape. I stopped him after my third nail and he reassured me it would be even by the end. It only got worse. I asked to have someone else because he was ruining Nails! The manager (he had longer hair and would sing and was super friendly ) said he would fix things but it continued to get worse. I even pointed to the girl next to me that I wanted her color. I ended up with a mix of pink and uneven neon yellow/green that looked like baby puke and all I ever I was in legit tears from disappointment and frusterated because they ruined my natural nails. They said I could come back the next day and Tony would fix it. He did and he did an amazing job as he did before but a little less friendly. I continued to go every few weeks as usual and each time was less friendly than the time before, notTo mention the attention to detail on a few small things but the nails still turned out good. The problem was that anytime I requested something, they made it seem like it was the worst thing in the world like I was some huge inconvenience, even though I was spending my money there for their business.Fast forward to today, first time back after COVID and I was super excited to get back into my nail game. The pedicure was nice. Tina was so friendly and polite and relaxing. Then I went to do my nails. I immediately felt a sense of tension like no one wanted to do my nails. I explained what I wanted and kept it simple with a solid color. It was a female and she barely spoke. I tried to make light convo with her, that’s fine. She made the shape look nice and adjusted a nail I pointed out but after stepping outside was where I could really see the flaws. I’m super bummed. She did forget to file my left hand also, so all my left finger nails have rough edges. My ring finger has a divot in one spot too. Typically the color covers the entire nail, but these look like two separate layers like a candy. And not to mention all around my cuticles, I’m not sure if this is glue but I’ve also washed my hands twice already and the glue and pink is everywhere surrounding my nail beds that it looks like my daughter polished my nails. I’mHighly disappointed with this salon since I see these amazing photos they post online. I feel as if I’mNot worth it for them to give the same effort and treatment as the gils they use to modelFor their websites, and I think everyone should be given the same treatment and respect, especially for spending well over $100 for nails 🤷🏼‍♀️. This was a basic dip powder, no design, no glitter, no chrome nothing and yet my nails alone were over $70. I’ve taken multiple pictures and will upload when I can.

All staff here is great but Natalie is amazing! She listens to what you want, and asks you if you see anything you want her to fix! She’s so great!! Thanks for always doing a great job on my nails! ❤️

I’ve been to a handful of nail salons and this one is the best by far, I won’t go anywhere else! They’re quick but they don’t rush and really are some of the friendliest people. Highly recommend Henry, Ray, and Tony!! Those 3 always leave me with a gorgeous set!

I have been to the spa for a pedicure twice now and both times, I left feeling refreshed and beautiful. It was so relaxing. I Love sitting in the message chair and soaking my feet in these big foot tubs. And my pedicure nails last for several weeks. No crows toes for me any more. Im hooked!

It’s been years since I’ve gotten acrylic and I decided to splurge on myself. And this shop has great reviews. The shop itself is very clean but my nail tech was rude. He wouldn’t talk to me and kept getting up to check out guests which would have been fine if he had told me before the service started he would have to excuse himself. At one point I was sitting there for at least two minutes for no reason and he was just texting underneath the desk. I asked for oval nails and ended up having to file them myself when I got home because most of them were uneven. My nail polish is not smooth and jagged around my edges. I would not come back.

I had the manager, this was my first time here and my last time. My nails are gorgeous but WAY to long for my liking. I’ll be going to get them trimmed down tomorrow by my normal nail tech. (Wanted to have a cute Christmas design my nail tech couldn’t do.) (I showed him how short I wanted to go, but with a coffin shape he said they’d be too short WHICH THEY ARENT.) he didn’t do my nails exactly how I wanted, I even showed him a picture and left it up so he made sure to do it right, and he didn’t. He also kept getting up and leaving me sitting there for a long time. He also said when he started “what is your phone number?” And I said “excuse me?” And him and the other nail tech AND A CUSTOMER just started laughing histarically. I will NOT be returning. I just felt very uncomfortable at this place.

Best Nail shop I’ve been to in years, The cleanliness of this business was amazing they take pride in their job and and the satisfaction of their customers. Susan did an awesome job on my pedi. Also they are open on Sundays, so I’ll be returning customer for sure.

Very kind staff who do a very beautiful job every time. I have yet to have a rude nail tech take care of me, most places the nail techs are so extremely unprofessional but I have always been content here. I’ve been to literally a dozen nail salons and this is my favorite. Acrylics were always beautiful, and the fill ins were quick.

I chose this place because of the high rating but I urge you not to go here. The experience I had was terrible.Sadly I think my technician was the manager because of the way the other workers were treating him and he was the one answering the phones. Im pretty sure his name was Julius or Julian?To make a long review short. He was extremely unprofessional, condescending, and seemed like he wanted to do everything except what I wanted. (Including color choice!?) He even rolled his eyes a few times?! Not only was there a lack of customer service but a disregard for respectful human interaction.I have never been treated that way in a business establishment. I feel bad for writing a review that negatively impacts the other technicians but customers should not have to gamble on getting this man.

Sorry to say I have a toe infection a few days after a pedicure. I wondered if the technician’s instruments were really that clean when she walked up. The file she had was used before. I could tell. Well... never had an infection before. It’s a little upsetting. 😔

Their service was horrible. They took person after person ahead of my wife and I. We walked in, signed in and for 45 minutes to an hour we watched them take 7 people who didnt have an appointment before us. We were trying to get mani-pedis and I inquired about the order they were taking people and ther guy just walked off from me...so we left. If I could rate negative stars or rocks I would.

Nails done for New Years, he forgot what he was doing to my nails. Half of my acrylics came off after four days. The nail shape is inconsistent and does not match up with my other hand.

I got my nails done on Monday and they were perfect so I thought... by Tuesday one had chipped and by Thursday another one just completely broke off.... I didn’t even feel it that’s how it easy it was for them to break smh I gave that man a tip and everything... I never had this happen to me before when getting acrylics... seems like their product was very weak

I had my nails done here several weeks ago. Within one week my nails were cracking and falling off. I would say by 1.5 week after having them done I had 3 broken nails and another nail that was about to break. I was on vacation this entire time so it’s not like I was doing any heavy lifting or such. I’m completely disappointed with this place. I’ve never had nails break off like this before. I won’t be returning; the nail tech who took care of me wasn’t friendly at all.

If I could give a 0 I would. Customer service is horrible and the service. I made an appointment for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. Only 1 of us was seen for the manicures. I had to wait 35 minutes before I gave in and was ready to leave. Now I have mismatched hands and toes. Never again!!!

I actually came in via walk in, I was welcomed quickly the atmosphere is very pretty. I came in for a pedicure and acrylics the pedicure was awesome and they convinced me to do the colored powder dip instead of gels or the regular process they have to do for acrylics omg I am so happy they did!! The nails are beautiful and the normal process wouldve taken a half hour this was cut back half that time and my nails are sensitive so this process helps me that much more!

Ive been coming here for the last 6months & I’ve never been disappointed. They do a great job !

The workers were unprofessional. I was told that I need to have 2 kids to make my husband happy (I cant have kids) and my single friend was told that the way to get a man is on her knees. The actual services were ok but the employees were intrusive and offensive.

Great atmosphere- very clean and large. The nail specialist offered a design on my nail for no extra charge and did a great job on my gel manicure.

I went here for the first time and I was not happy. I specifically chose this place due to the ratings and I was really disappointed. I told the guy who was doing my nails what I wanted (based off of a picture)and he told me the length I wanted was too short to do that style even though the length and style I wanted was exactly like the picture. That resulted in me not getting what I wanted coming in but I tried to disgard that and move on.Then he asked me to pick a color, I did and he gave me the gel option without asking me and started applying it without telling me about the upcharge, I was a little upset about that but was just hoping my nails turned out nice. My nails turned out lopsided and sloppy. He left everything under my nails from the filing, the nails on my left hand are longer than my right hand, the nail technicrion next to me was sneezing several times without covering her mouth, and my nail tech was calling someone and putting them on speaker several times as they did my nails. I spent 48 dollars (without tip) on crappy nails and bad customer service I won’t be going back or recommending them.

The treatment towards people is exceptional! I highly recommend it.
