Got my nails filled in, which I debated about because I was not happy with the nails to start with. The were pretty but not did not last 2 weeks before a fill in was needed. In fact after about 3 days nails definitely needed to be filled in. I understand wanting a customer to return but not putting nails on correctly to begin with so they have to return so quickly was ridiculous. Then I go back because a nail broke, called and confirmed that they were open till 6pm on Sunday. As I pull up and walk in mall at 5pm, I see everyone from shop leaving out the back door. Are you still open? I asked. Yes he said, only to find they were not. Come back next day, tech said she didnt understand, it was too soon for nails to be breaking, acrylic should be stronger. I agreed, told her she should tell the guy that originally did my nails. So she did and as he waked behind my chair, he called me a name in his native language. Needless to say I will not be going back. Although the tech was nice, she did not charge me for repair. Shop quality work is poor and staff is very unprofessional. Ghetto!!!!!

Overpriced. Did not give the full pedicure but charged for it. Nails did not last at all & came out the wrong color. Staff was also pretty rude. The 1 guy was super nice but the ladies, not friendly. Not to mention I witnessed the one arguing with a customer about how she wanted the length of her nails! She is the customer, she decides! I will not be back.

After 3 Days Gel On Manicure Is Pealing, And Gel On Pedicure Is Pealing As Well Acrylic On Hand Are Ok.

This place gave me the worst fill/ polish change I have ever received. TERRIBLE! my entire nail isn’t even polished. It’s smudged and to top it off, it is FILTHY inside. I’ll be happy if I walk away without a nail fungus. So gross

Worst experience ever went to the the shop to nail repair the person I made an appointment to fix my nails they did not show up asked someone else to repair one nail they told me it would take two hours one person waiting, when someone decided to fix it I was told to sit in a chair soak off the nails that tech left me and went to go repair do a pedicure will never go back in there! Yes I left with nail still broken

I have never had my nails so poorly done. I had a great experience the first time but never again will I go there. Nails half done didnt bother to shape nails correctly . The nail tech was very nice however needs to go back to school and learn how to do nails correctly. My 11 year old would have done better.

This is the only place my best friend goes to so she recommended Mimi to do my full set. She took care of us both and she did a fantastic job!! Even polish and acrylic all around and she filed them perfectly!! I am her new client now😍😍

My nails were shaped and polished poorly, the nail tech was rushing and drilled into my cuticles several times, you can still see the polish from my previous nail set and a nail broke not even a whole 2 days later. Waste of time and money.

I got the dip powder and the day after i got it done two nails fell off. i went in that afternoon to get it fixed. the next morning i was missing 2 more nails, i went swimming that afternoon and all the nails except one fell off. this is the second time i got dip done here and the first i had issues as well

I went here and my two of my nails were hurting so bad whenever the lady used the drill. I had no clue why i was in so much pain. Also, on almost all of my fingers there is excess polish around my cuticles. Even after she went on with a brush to remove excess polish. Wouldn’t really recommend this place. They did start working on my nails around ten mins after i signed on for a walk-in appt.

I literally got my nails done here a week and a half ago. After 4 days my nails started lifting. I was on vacation. How embarrassing. They won’t even fix them for free. I won’t be returning. I loved going here before this. I just had gotten a new set too. I will have to get a whole new set because of how much my nails have lifted like they are ready to break off because of how lifted they are. They told me I needed a fill over the phone. Like no I need a whole new set. How do I add a picture?

$50 for a fill in and paint....gel polish started peeling off the sides because the guy used a file on the sides of my acrylic nails *after* he painted them to correct his earlier mistakes. Also, if your acrylics have any length they use that as an excuse to make the $20 fill in price listed openly double... 2 stars because the shape wasnt terrible.

Nice salon but they left my nails in hot acetone for so long, my nails felt more damaging and breakable than ever.

They treat u how u want to be treated, never once have I gotta disrespected or mistreated in here. All the employees are amazing and so passionate on their costumers and they do their best to please us.

Grew my nails out just to get them done and the man said he could keep my length. They were perfectly straight when i went in and i left with crooked nails. He filed half of the side of my nail off and now i cant fix it until it grows out.

The younger lady I had was so rude she literally told me she couldn’t paint my nail a candy corn color on my middle nail (which is literally yellow, white, and orange nail polish. Literally not hard at all) and then rushed me to pick my colors out when I had to change the colors of my nails since she “couldn’t” do three stripes on my nail. I just wanted Halloween themed nails and it was so simple... so instead of my original plan I just wanted black and orange nails for Halloween and she painted them navy blue and a reddish color and I didn’t notice it until I got outside in a more natural lighting. Literally the most rude girl ever and rushed me. I’m never coming back my nails look awful. I just wanted black and orange nails with ONE nail with a candy corn colored theme. Not hard at all. Maybe you should fire the person if they can’t paint nails correctly

I was here yesterday with my sister. I got a fill in which I was charged $30. After i left I realized how messed up my nails are now. They are all misshaped and rigid. My nails were really nice before I went there. I am very disappointed. It looks like a blindfolded 5year old did my nails. I was taken advantage of and overcharged. These people are awful. I don’t even know how they are in business. My nails look terrible.

The technician I had was very talented. However, the place was not being cleaned or wiped down between customers. Many of the technicians were talking on there phones and paying very little attention to there customers. There was also obvious conflict occuring between workers. Very disappointing experience.

Been going to nail city for many many years. My nails last longer than anyone I know. 3 weeks for gel polish. Very fair prices and nice people who remember you when you come back. Great family business.

Never never again ..... I walked in the guys says 30.00 dollars for a mani than rushing me to pick a color. Have a seat over there. I sit and wait 10 minutes for the lady, no hello how are you. First thing she says WHAT YOU WANT in a loud voice I tell her just a mani she says 35.00 for you I said the guy said 30.00 she never responded she just started doing my nails. She just kept talking to her friends and never once said one word to me after that. When my husband went to pay the price was 38.50 for a manicure ridiculous .The place was dirty, dusty and nothing looked Sanitary.

The acrylics look horrible! They flat, didn’t fully polish the nail, couldn’t do coffin shape correctly, and they’re thin!! they won’t last for many days I’m really upset because these are my nails for prom. there’s also Food sitting around the shop and they don’t clean ANYTHING. State board needs to take a visit here asap!!! 😡

Ive never written a review for any business before but I had such a bad experience that I just cant get over it. Michelle did my nails and she was rude to me right off rip. She was slapping my fingers with her file when they were getting in her way which I dont even see how they were in the first place. I get my nails done every other week with no issues. I was trying to make small talk and she was replying rudely and giving me dirty looks. I asked her a simple question because she did a technique different than Im used to and I was just wondering if there was a reason for it and she replied with because I said so. Never again.

. The customer service was horrible. The staff pretty much ignored us. We are African American. Two Caucasian women came in right behind us and they were immediately offered service. When we did finally get service the staff member never looked at our faces.

Going into the nail salon, it looks very fresh because it is new. It is decorated nicely. There is some stuff laying around on the extra nail tech areas that are not in use- but not terrible. As far as the services go, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I went in for a full set of acrylics. Other than that fact that they cut my real nails down as far as possible before putting the acrylics on, they looked nice when I left. But within a week, five of them have come off. I have been getting acrylics for many many years and this has never happened. I called the salon to ask what the problem was and how to solve it, and the only response I could get from the woman on the phone was- it is more than three days after your service so I wont do anything. Talk about horrible customer service. I will not be going back there. What a shame.

This place gave me an infection !!!!First off when I went the lady I got (shot hair bob) was rude. She asked what length I wanted for my full set and before I can answer she just cut. The nails was not the length I wanted, she told me “get used to them”. She got mad at me when I asked her to fix them. While she was putting the Aqurlic on I told her it was burning ( to the point it was like a piercing pain going up my hand) she said “you’ll be fine”. When it was time to pick my color she gave me an attitude once again literally huffing and puffing the whole time. I hated my nails they was not what I asked for but still I paid out of respect besides it was nun I couldn’t fix myselfTwo days later my thumb starting hurting around the nail next day it was to the point I couldn’t move it. I had no choice but to take my nails off ( btw 2 broke off a day later) by the end of the week I had a huge painful bump on my thumb. Went back to the shop and I explain what happen. The guy literally grabbed my thumb seeing how swole it was and said “ nothing wrong with it” I asked for my money back and he said “ no refunds I can’t do nun for you” I told him I was going to call the health department and he didn’t even care. He told me to talk to the lady who did my nails and she didn’t even look my way. My thumb is getting worse I just wanted people to know what happen and how they treat people

They kept cutting me with the nail file and when I asked for a bandaid I never received one. My nails were sloppy, my fingers were all cut up and the light from the dryer felt like my fingers were on fire! Never going there again!

They talk about their customers in their language not knowing that some people can speak it and understand them. When latinos speak Spanish they hate it as they say no one wants to hear that. How hypocritical. The remodeling could have been kept to themselves they should have just been shut down all together. Lol worst service Ive ever received.... Anywhere!! The lady wouldnt let me get the length I wanted. ( she told me I had a baby so I wasnt allowed to get them that long.) First of all, they werent that long, second of all hes a toddler, third of all, THEY ARENT YOUR NAILS!! Then she had the nerve to tell me I couldnt even get the color I wanted!!!! Not because they use it so much it has a ton of thinner in it, noooo I could atleast understand that. But it wasnt flattering to her. WHAT? I dont really care if you dont like the color I want thats why Im paying you, not the other way around. So she does my nails the way she wants them, then globs a mat coat on there Bc she doesnt wait for them to try. Of course its gooping everywhere she pushes it back in place which crinkles up my nail polish so bad. And tells me to go put them under the light and calls another client over. I walk over there looking at my nails the whole time. The color she picked is now jet black (she picked Lincoln park which is a very very very dark purple blend with a Mat coat over it) its smudgy and the other nails have huge bubbles on two of them. The lady sitting there waiting for her nails to dry showed me her French tips which had air bubbles all my over them were crooked and looked like the already grew out a little. We exchanged nail disappointments and I decided to say something to the nail tech when she walked by me. Then she had the audacity to blame me for them being smudged. She had to wipe off three, but she actually did 4 and by then I just asked her to switch to my original color Bc I was not satisfied with BLACK NAILS. She fought with me for a good 5 minutes about how they werent black and how shes not changing the color because I didnt pick one. And then I explained that I did and she said she already put it back so I needed to go find it. Followed me over and stood over my shoulder saying pick a color 4 times. While I was looking for the one she put back!!! She was just so rude and unprofessional! I was there for almost an hour and her and the other nail tech lady had told my two year old to SHUT UP literally shut up atleast 8 times. The other lady nail tech (not mine) had even mocked him saying mommy mommy mommy and then said something in their language. Myself as well as two other near by clients were very disgusted by this behavior! He wasnt even being bad he just had questions!!!!! Not even annoying Im going to ask you the same question 10 times kind of thing. So I left an hour later disappointed by their attitudes, lack of respect and literally having nail polish all over my fingers on the bottom side from the first time she wiped them off so sloppily. I will never go there again.
