I have been to so many nail places that do poor quality work or tack on ridiculous up-charges without letting you know. it was SUCH a relief to find this place. Everyone i worked with was kind, and joked with me. They were gentle and clean and met every request i had. The artists were upfront about the price of my full set and my pedicure and let me know if something would cost extra BEFORE they even touched my nails. The prices here are great too. I think i found my salon. i will definitely be coming back any time i need services. Thank you guys!!

This place was amazing their was a little bit of a wait but I was told of how long and I was told politely that it would it would just be only ten more minutes and one I was taken care of I was thanked for waiting. The Nail technician I didn’t get her name but she did a Fabulous job on my nails she took care of them was nice and gentle and she made sure I was comfortable and the color was correct and the nails were exactly what I and how I wanted! I cannot wait to come back again for another treatment! The price was reasonable!!!

One of the most amazing pedicures Ive received anywhere in the US. They have a fantastic selection of paint colors and a ssrntial oil scents. Ive been 3 times, each with a different technician, and never have a single complaint!

I absolutely loved the work Sky did on my nails. I haven’t had that good of a manicure and design on my nails since I left Baltimore Maryland. He took his time and did not rush. He was very meticulous about the work he did and it was amazing 🤩

Way over priced. Acrylics were so thick they stick up... edges look terrible. Will not go back. Ever.Edit: yes u told me price... I didn’t expect poor quality nails for the price. Thick, edges terribly uneven, design is not well done at all. Just very disappointed I spent $70 on low quality work. I have had far better nails done elsewhere for cheaper. I think you should pay attention to your nail techs work if you’re going to charge that much. 😑

Been going to them over a year now. They are super nice and give you what you are looking for. And their pedicures feel amazing. They will use hot stones on your legs (if your okay with it) and massage the stones all over your legs and feet.

I’ve been going to Nail Max for the last 3ish years and I will never ever go anywhere else. My nail tech is the B E S T! The store is clean, the staff is so sweet and they go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their clients. My nail tech is my girl! She stayed late after closing to do my nails because with my schedule I haven’t been able to get in. She takes her time, has incredible talent and is consistent with her work - I tell her what I want and it’s always exactly what I get(with her own spin on it).The quality? In the last 3 years of going to Nail Max I’ve only broken 3 nails(and sometimes I really do the most, so I’m surprised 😂)!! I’ve had my nails done by a lot of different people at a lot of different salons, Nail Max is the best.10/10 recommendation everytime!

I had tracy.. she did my nails so well, my best set and best nail tec yet!

Went in with a friend- with basic pictures (plain nails with snake and glitter design) I told them I wanted white nails and got black, my friends nails were bubbled and blocky. While mine looked like a 4 year old did them, it took them 2 hours to do and both of our hands were bloody and cut we wanted to get the hell out of there. They charged us 90$. And I left and called to complain about it all and they called me a liar and argued with me. My nails are still messed up from this experience. If you want good nails go to fashion nails and spa in mentor or literally anywhere but here

Horrible experience there with my daughter. The man that did her nails was rough, mean and unprofessional. She cant remember his name ( because she was so uncomfortable) but believed it started with a T. I have been taking my daughter there for years and she has her favorites but the wait was longer than the time we had available. Big mistake...this guy should be FIRED.

Pedicure was rushed, polish was sloppy. I had to clean off the polish on my toes when I got home- only wish I had checked my polish closer before leaving, I would have asked for a redo.

I have been to alot of nail salons throughout the years. I am very hard on my hands with my job, and its hard to find a place where your nails dont chip, break, pop off, water get under them until Nail Max. They do a great job every time! With that said give them a try its worth it!

My daughters and I have been going elsewhere for past few months and really since Day 1 we all were not very Happy, so today we decided to TRY a new place. I looked up reviews and this one had the best by far, yes, it had a few bad ones BUT everyones got a bad critic somewhere lol!!! I just would like to say that this place is the bestest by far!!! I NEVER had my nails look soo amazing along with both my kids and the each got hand drawn nail art on a few fingers! They were patient and Kind and very busy and u couldnt tell cuz no one seemed overwhelmed at all!!! I give a 5 star rating all the way and we will be coming back I. 2 weeksIts crazy how the little things can mean the MOST!! Clean, friendly, affordable and all look amazing and soo soo many colors and types of polish to.choose from!!! Thanks so much!!!

I’ve been going here for years and they have consistently achieved what I was asking for above and beyond. They take the time to perfect the details and are very kind. I always recommend this place! Both mani and pedis.

Went a month again and got a full set of acrylics with a marble effect on one nail. Was 59.00 and change. Went again to get fills and one nail with art work and paid 69.00. There is no pricing and tips only in cash. The work is pretty good, some are talented with the art work. Just wish they had pricing that you know what you are paying for.

A friend that is wheelchair-bound went in to get her nails done today. They treated her awful and told her that they could not do her nails due to her being in a wheelchair! What kind of business would turn away a person regardless if they’re walking or if they’re in a wheelchair. It is deplorable that this business refused to service my friend and they asked her if she could wait outside in the 20° temperature even though she had an appointment they told her it was a 45 minute wait. Any place of business that would treat anyone with any kind of disability like this should not be patronized! Do not spend your money here!

Finally found my nail place. Tried the nail dip for the 1st time and will be doing this from now on. Kay was great!

Tracy and Whitney always do an amazing job with my acrylics. Only place I will go to for my nails. I recommend them to anyone looking to get any type of nail services.

Winnie did an amazing job on my nails. I will say the only down fall would be it’s a little pricey on a gel fill ($46) & for tipping, it’s only cash. Just keep those things in mind. Will for sure be back requesting Winnie every single time.

My favorite place to get a pedicure. I have been here twice for a pedi and both times were amazing. They use essential oils and hot stones. The massage is the best part. I love how they actually take their time and genuinely care.

Nice staff but kind of disappointed in my nails. I got the dipping powder and my nails felt kind of bulky. They weren’t that bad so I didn’t think it was a big of a deal. The bigger problem was that this is the first place I have been to that used a UV gel top coat at the end of the process. Usually when I get dipping powder from other salons my nails are nice and clean for 2-3 weeks. After I left this salon, my nails became dirty and dull after 3-4 days.

Was new in town, needed a full set(but I wanted something new/0mbre& coffin+ a classy look, with a touch of Bling)Had a great experience,the nice man who was in charge did my nailsHe was very precise and took time& didnt miss anything! The lady burned every finger with the dermal, then asks me after pulling away everytime saying OUCH says Is this your first time getting nails done? I said no!! Are you serious?? I have never been cut more than once! Is this your first day on the job?? Unfortunately she sucked, but the man who did my pedicure was awesome!! Loved the lava stones. 😊

I came in about three hours ago from writing this. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. I had no wait whatsoever and was told the price of it all upfront, which was $65 (such a great price!) before I got anything done. The pedicure was awesome. I loved the hot stone massage. The gel manicure was wonderful. I feel terrible that I was having such a delightful time, I forgot to ask the name of my manicurist! She was positively fantastic and I enjoyed speaking with her. She did a BEAUTIFUL job on my torn up nails. When I get my nails done again, I will most definitely come back to Nail Max! Thank you so much!

First and last time! Younger guy was terrible! Not well trained or didnt care. Cut a few times, left acrylic blobs under nails, acrylic to thick, didnt understand shape I asked for. Over priced for the quality the are putting out. Do not recommend!

Went in for a full, was told they had to do a full set and couldn’t not fill them. the full set showed $40 and $5 for length and shape. i was charged $75 in the end. I would not recommend unless you’re willing to be ripped off.

I was looking for something particular. She did a sample of 3 different acrylics so I could actually see what they would look like when finished so I could get exactly what I wanted. And as for the quality of work... if I could I would have given them 10 stars. My nails look beautiful I am so pleased. You definitely get what you pay for here. I will never go to any other nail shop I found my true nail home. I do not have a single complaint about this place. Im so excited to go back in 2 weeks to get a fill. Thank you so much Tracy!!!

Waited about 45 minutes for a full set, but didn’t have an appointment so that’s to be expected. Everyone was very friendly, but my nails are a mess. They’re SUPER thick. He put on like three layers of acrylic. There are globs of acrylic under my nails that didn’t get filed off, the polish has air bubbles all over and doesn’t cover the entire nail, and the nails are uneven. After paying $40 for these things I won’t be back.

Walked into a very friendly and inviting environment. All of the patrons had wonderful things to say about all of the employees working. Went in with a TERRIBLE set from another salon, and the girl working on my nails listened to everything I didn’t like about them, and made them look infinitely better. You can tell everyone there is talented because all the ladies were leaving with smiles on their faces. Definitely will be returning!
