I waited over 6 hours to be picked up. I called over 10 times and would be told the tow truck is 20 minutes away or would be put on hold and then hung up on. This is a scam. They made sure to process my credit card before ever calling a tow truck.

My brother needed to tow his car to another location. Keep in mind this was around 11pm; Peter showed up promptly and was of great assistance. He was quick and friendly. Super helpful and not to mention great price. The towing cost was cheaper than the other places weve called. We really appreciated his help and how convenient and cheap the whole experience was.

After calling several towing companies in the Memphis area, I found they had the cheapest quote for a 13 mile tow. Dispatch set an arrival expectation and John even called when he was on his way to give us an ETA. He was super friendly and made sure not to scrape the bottom of my car when hoisting from the sloped surface. Towing companies are expensive. Its a bummer to even need to make the call. Having such a great company really took the bite out of an unfortunate event. Definitely recommended.

Overall very happy with how my recent tow went. It was a wet and rainy night when my alternator went on the highway, I managed to get off to a gas station. At first I was told the wait would be 1 hour 40 mins - I later received another call saying that the wait time was shorter and would now be 40 mins and shortly after that heard from the driver saying he would be 15-20 mins (again, sooner that originally expected). It was great that I was updated as the wait time got better, as it allowed me to stay inside the gas station and stay warm. Willie (driver) was very friendly and helpful! He was able to get me laughing off a bad situation which really helped. Overall A++ driver who was able to get me hooked up and home in the normal expected time.
