Franks Towing and Classic Towing are the same company, but lets hope you never need to contact them. They told us they were closed and to call back the next day, but when we did they never answered. We tried calling both phone companies multiple times throughout the day, and left messages merely wanting an answer to a very important question regarding the car they had towed.

Not open 24 hours

The person posting the poor review is not telling the truth. Mr. Barton is the only person answering the phone. He is friendly and prompt. Ive known Frank since I was a kid. His service is fantastic.

Called this place several times to get information. The man who answered was very rude and hung up. I called back and then he YELLED at me and hung up. Very rude and totally uncalled for. If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible customer service experience.
