Very POOR customer service. Didn’t receive any service until after 5 minutes. I looked at a few gel colors and after picking the color I wanted, I was told that they “couldn’t” help me all of a sudden.I remained professional, even though they were not. Very RUDE and would NOT recommend.

I called this business 3/19/21 to ask if they accepted walk-ins. They stated they did. I arrived 2 hours later as a walk-in. I sat down for about 5-8 mins. The male tech then finally asked “what do you need.” I replied a full gel set & pedicure. One of the lady techs told me to pick a color.Another lady came in & they asked her how they could they help you.After I selected my color, the male tech said said “we can’t help you...we’re booked.”I replied that I had called & was told walk-ins were accepted. He then said “no...no” & asked me to leave.This place is within walking distance from my home & I will never return.In light of the “Stop Asian Hate” movement, I wish said group would also stop mistreatment of African Americans & people who live in the community where they’ve set up shop.If I could give zero stars, I would.

There wasnt any business not 1 person in the salon. The guy was standing outside the building so I asked if they accept walk ins as the sign say appointment or walk in but I asked anyways. He said no. So I called & the lady told me yes so I turned around & came back. Again the signs on there building state appointment or walk in he was rude & very aggressive & didnt not want to service me. He asked aggressively if I had an appointment & I told him I just called & she told me that they accept walk ins. So sad that there wasmt not 1 person in there & he still didnt want to service me. I dont recommend.

Their work is horrible the wife always has a funky attitude the husband is horrible with the drill the colors are outdated this place is terrible I will never come back.

This place is HORRIBLE ‼️‼️‼️ My nails were rushed and painted horribly.. the next day they started coming off...3Days after that those same nails they fixed has cameOff again plus more..I haven’t had this set a week ! They are rude as hell and I will never go back and don’t recommend ANYONE to go ! Very poor service

These people are rude and they rush you especially the man there. He was disrespectful and told me that I could not come, even though I called ahead. Would NOT recommend!!

They try to rush you to choose something with the few options they have. They talk to you poorly and put me out and I was remaining more professional than them. I thanked them for trying and he said “we can do nothing for you, leave” and laughed with a woman as I walked out

They was very unprofessional and rude and turned me around because they was not cutting my nails right so they want to service me and had an attitude soon a I walked in door to ask what their prices was I do not recommend . They thought they was fina do my nails any type of way and get my money

When I started here five years ago they had good service, good work. I would not recommend this place to anyone after my last visit. There work is trouble, and bad customer service after five years. The female (wife) has always had a nasty attitude, especially if you complain about her work or ask her to redo.

I went to get a full set today, and firstly they barely had any colors to choose from. Most of the ones they did have looked soooo old. I chose 3 of the best colors they had and sat in the man’s chair. I didn’t have a problem with his work. He did my acrylic application and shape. But when it was time for me to get the nails painted I went to the lady. She was so sloppy with it and barely covered the nails with the polish. Also she only did one coat, the nails were so sheer. I didn’t want to say anything because the atmosphere was so tense and it was clear she had an attitude. So I just went and sat in the dryer. After a while she came to do my topcoat. She saw the smudges she left and tried to build it with the topcoat. At that point I was so annoyed. After she told me the nails were dry I thanked them for their service and got in the car. After a couple of minutes in the car I put on my seatbelt and my thumb smudged. They should’ve been dry by then. I believe it was because of the amount of topcoat she used🙄. I was so upset I urged my mother to turn the car around because I wanted them to be fixed. My mom didn’t because she knew that They would try to blame me and/or make me pay extra. So I will not be returning to this salon ever again and will be getting a color change somewhere else.

Cheap. Not a great job, but will get you by. Fast. Not friendly. Not gentle literally ripped artificial nail to the nail bed when removing it.

Their price are reasonable but my nails looked horrible. The acrylic was thick and uneven. The tips were not glued down just holding on by acrylic mostly. The guy is the one who did my service.

Won’t go there anymore, the guy cut the bottom of my right foot, getting the skin off. And he didn’t apologize or anything.

The feet were done expertly, but sonething must be done about the smell of acetone, it ( acetone) should be disposed of in a sealed container after use, gives me a terrible headache..

Got me in and out in an hour,got a mani/pedi.

No customer service at all. Had me sitting there for awhile before I asked about services. Said he wasnt accepting any more walkins and it was by appointment only. Then has me to step out and call the number just to hang up on me. Never will be back to this junky, hole in the wall.
