Had dip on my natural nails. They soaked those off and after I saw my nails, I decided to go with a basic manicure with this OPI color named Passion. Not a fan of having to soak off nails every time and asked her to not trim my cuticles only push them back and trim the mandible. I did have to really explain what I meant.. I like!

These are “supposed” to be coffin shaped nail. It’s just a NO for me and will continue going to Queen Nails on Covington Pike. Thanks but no thanks. $65 down the drain.

I waited nearly an hour, despite having an appointment. I assume thats because it was Saturday (I usually come during the week) and there werent as many technicians working. My end result was well worth the wait. Lauren helped me pick out a beautiful blue for my dip manicure and pedicure and did an AWESOME job! This is my goto place. Ill just go back to coming on week days.

Kevin, who is the stand in manager turned my birthday nails into a phenomenal set! Unfortunately, my first nail tech did not meet my needs and I was a bit disappointed, however, Kevin stepped in refined my nails and completely repainted to ensure a beautiful outcome. I was pleased with his professionalism and his ability to turn my experience into a positive experience overall.

I really enjoyed our couples pedicure today! The pedicure was Everything!! An the drinks were much needed, such a nice salon an I’m glad we found it 😊

I go to Gloss pretty regularly to have girl time with my friends and my experience is always awesome. We make appointment and never wait long. i love the complimentary drink served . The Gloss manicure is so relaxing. Lori really took her time and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend her !

This is the worst experience. I got my nails done on a Sunday and I had to return to the shop on Tuesday and again on Wednesday for repairs. Two nails the power dip just fell off and theirs were chipping. I have never had dip power just fall off my nails. The nail tech said that it was my fault that I must had hit my nails. I will never give Gloss Nail Bar my money or time to repair any more. I am going to Spa Nails. I give them 1 star because the pedicure was nice. But the work on my finger nails was horrible.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years when the older lady was a manager. The new manager is unprofessional to the fullest. I had a man today. I couldn’t understand him as he was speaking but i was trying to tell him how i wanted my nails. It felt like me voicing how i wanted my nails was an issue with him. When i asked for the manager, she kinda explained but to be charged a fee during a refill which basically is the same and then tell the customer you don’t want to do her nails anymore because she doesn’t want the shape you’re trying to provide. Unprofessional! Then say the next available worker is busy. Ok that’s not right. I didn’t refuse service. The worker did for his own reasons.

I have tried a few of these nail salons that appear to be better or have great reviews, but either they polish your nails poor, or the pedicure is sub par. The technician was great and very personable, but the quality was not good. Once she asked me if I wanted the grater on my feet, I knew we had problems because I clearly needed it. I will stick with old faithful, Nina Nails on Madison. I do not have to tell them what to do, they know what to do and if you do not want something, you have the option to decline. My daughter got acrylic nails and the polish was not done well on her thumb. She did not care, she is young and it was free to her, but I will not be going back.The polish on both feet is now coming off a week later. Unacceptable!

Absolutely amazing! I took my mother there to get her nails and feet done. She recently lost all of her vision due a brain tumor so I have to help her navigate and such. From the beginning they were extremely patient with us. They made sure to tell my mom everything they were doing, took their time with her, and talked with her. They held all the doors open for us and even took my purse and our shoes to the car so I could focus on her. It’s definitely an experience you won’t get anywhere else and I will absolutely be returning. Also our nails looked beautiful!

Very unprofessional and biased. They dont have matching gel dip with corresponding nail polish color. I was told to go find my color and find a regular polish to match. I was going for a basic red. I spoke to the manager who was very brash, abrupt and rude, gestering that I need to find the closest match or if not that was that. After they tried to halfway help I was told to go to another nail shop if I didnt like it. What was interesting is when I saw they spoke to and catered to certain races the undertones were completely different. Save yourself the time and money go to Envy nail bar, as they told me. (Envy has matching gel dip and corresponding nail polish colors much better service also). My gel polish started peeling the same day I got it done.

I loved my first experience here today. Jessica (main pedicurist) and Nina (overlay specialist) that did my nails. Jessica was so bomb. When I explained to her that I wanted my nails to be really square, she did just that and made them exactly how I like for them to be. Thank you so much! They’re actually very inexpensive compared to my normal nail salon.

I loved the experience there, everything was neat n clean. The had beverages to choose from . My nails are beautiful 😍 . The guy that did mines was excellent 👌 👏. He did a freestyle design n it was wonderful he also did my feet . I will recommend this location to any n everyone.

Ive had my nails done here 5 times now, and so far theres only been 1 time I wasnt super happy with my nails (it wasnt with my normal lady). Trinity, who I prefer to do mine, is amazing and shes the only person to ever so my nails how I wanted them and shes helped 2 of my odd shaped nails not look awful with acrylics! Overall though, this entire place is worth the money no matter who you see.

Both my daughters & I had wonderful experience! Social distancing wasnt exact but everyone had their masks in place. Price for Gloss mani/pedi was around $10 including tip. Very happy w/the service. 👍😁👍

I’ve been to Gloss Nail Bar twice now and I have never left without being thoroughly satisfied. The staff are incredibly talented, well-trained, polite, and kind. The young lady who worked on my nails was wonderfully sweet and talked to me through the entire appointment. They also provide drinks which are delicious and come as quickly as you can drink them. I’ve never had a bad experience with Gloss Nail Bar and I doubt I ever will.

I am not one to leave negative reviews. I mostly just don’t go back to a business if it’s a bad experience. I’d been to Gloss once before, and the experience was subpar bc I felt they rushed and my feet still felt rough afterwards. However, I decided to give them another chance. This time, the pedicure I received was so horrible, I want others to know to hopefully avoid the same situation. First, the woman helping me didn’t really acknowledge when I spoke to her, but the worst part was that during the course of it, she ripped off my cuticle on both of my big toes. Like I watched her pull it up with tool and yank it off. To the point that I was bleeding on one of my toes. It hurt enough for me to comment but she didn’t apologize and just let it bleed. She massaged my calves (my favorite part of a pedicure) for probably 10-15 seconds on each leg, which was disappointing. I also specifically mentioned that I’d like her to smooth the calluses on my feet, and she did a poor job. My feet are still rough in spots. And now, hours after the pedicure, both of my toes are hurting from the ripped cuticles. I get a pedicure maybe twice a year, so it’s a special occasion when I go. Don’t waste your money. I spent $35+ to have a painful, not relaxing experience.

Been here twice, with today being time #2. Excellent customer service from Jessica Phi. Probably going to ask for her next time I come in 😁.Came in feeling doubtful and horrible and getting the mani/pedi plus speaking with Jessica has me feeling refreshed and on track to a better day.

Today I decided to give GNB another try because every time I went they always rush my pedicure, however, this time I was so pleased with the technician I got! My tech name is Jenna. She took her time on me and we had really good time. Jenna really make sure the pedicure you spent on was worth that you pay for. If you want your feet to be massage really good, ask for Jenna! Thanks me later!

My daughter and I went to have her nails done for her birthday. The nail tech dis not listen to what she wanted nor did she correct her mistakes. Her nails were not even nor the same shape or length! We will never go back to this location!

The nail technician that did my “manicure “ did not use any scrub, paraffin wax, and did don’t give me a massage. She soaked my cuticles in cold water. The quality of this “manicure” is not up to par to put it nicely. The quality of the services I received were way below my expectations. Will not be going back.

I made a 3:45 appointment on a Friday and was 10 minutes late. They sat me anyway right away and a gel manicure and pedicure only took 40 minutes. I sat at the dryer for my toes longer than anything. Ann did a great job with my nail shape and suggested a better color for my complexion.The salon is very clean, everyone is friendly and they serve wine! Will come back when I’m back in town and would recommend to a friend.

I loved my jelly pedi. The mani was ok. I felt rushed. The worker told me so that I can soak my feet longer do you mind if I do your mani now. In short my cuticles are torn. My hands did not soak but for a short time. Overall I liked my services performed. I go to Gloss to help me to relax and it was done in 1 hour and 30 m or less. Oh, I was not a walk in and on time...For the cost of the services performed it may have better if I had at least 2 hour window. This is why my rating is a 4.

The guy who did my nails was so rude and the woman who did my friend’s nails was incapable and combative when we had to make a second request to someone else for her nails to be done properly.

Went here and got my feet done with my fiancé in august. First time EVER getting a pedicure and I got a foot infection. Called to try to see what we could do about this and they hung up in my face.

My first visit back was excellent. Jason did everything and was very great at the pedicure, my manicure and dip set but I havent had him since and the ppl I get are rushing, wont give me a manicure and the nail quality has been very bad, not on trend and like old fashion work. They all seem rushed and the sad part is I tip at least $20 for poor work. The quality has drastically declined here.

51 dollars for a pedicure that was half done because lee wants to go home this was my biggest waste of money this year I would not recommend

The man who did my nails cut off my actual nails and then proceeded to put tips on my nails after I told him I would like to keep my actual nails. He said he couldnt do my nails correctly without doing that. When I told him they were too long he responded saying today the coffin style was in. To make a long story short I cannot stand my nails, theyre already breaking off on day 2 and the price was ridiculously high. I paid 75 dollars for crooked nails that are breaking left and right. I will never go back even to have them fixed because they want to charge for that as well.

He rushed and said the pricing was different than my friends who i was trying to match with. $15 additional for a simple V french rip drawing and additional $15 for not much length added. i won’t be returning. this was my second time coming bc i decided to give another chance.

Finally! A salon where communication is outstanding - as are all services performed. Exceptionally clean environment, personal attention from friendly, smiling technicians ... what more could I ask?

Nicely decorated space with very nice amenities. First time visit and I got the Gloss Signature Pedicure. The lotions, potions, and wax smelled good and felt nice. The massage was just ok. My complaint is with the actual pedicure. Tommy didnt even realize that I had sheer polish on and started filing my toe nails. He barely touched my cuticles and what he did touch, he left ragged. The application of the polish was not good. Heres a pic of my toes right after I left GNB. Frankly for the money spent, I do a better job.

I had an appointment for 6 girls for my daughters SWEET 16. They were very professional and quick and the girls loved their nails. It was very affordable for 6 basic manicures, $102. My daughter (the birthday girl) and the girl next to her did not get the massage that comes with a manicure, but I think their nail person just forgot in the rush. Overall very satisfied!

A really great first experience at this nail salon, will be back in the next few weeks to get my powder dip re-done, and probably back sooner to get a pedicure (which I hear are heavenly). My nails have held up to a variety of jobs that have usually torn faux nails off, not in this case though. The girl who shaped my nails did a wonderful job and I was extremely happy with everything.

Went there for the first time and I want to keep going back! This place is walk in only on Sundays and for it to have been a Sunday, it wasnt that long of a wait. I got a manicure with tips and dip and a pedicure. Drinks were delicious, service was great. Jenna did great on my pedicure. One of my toes touched my big toe and messed it up but TA, the girl who did my manicure had no problem fixing my toe. Definitely plan on going back every month. My nails look good! Girls go spoil yourself

I’m deeply impressed by the staff’s customer service and patience with my daughter’s party... We were all very satisfied with not only the services provided, but with the professionalism and warmth the entire staff offered us.

I started going to Gloss in January and thought it was a quality experience until my past two visits. In the last two visits, I have had a fill-in service. By the last service, the nail tech had messed up the gel polish. Then, 2-3 days later, 3 more nails broke. I returned to see what they could do regarding my service and they requested that I pay for another full-set on top of the cost I paid servers days ago. I was extremely displeased because: 1. The nail tech did not recommend a full-set service as the expert 2. I continue to pay for broken nails each service because my natural nails have grown to the point that there are no tips on them and they are weak 3. The “solution” and their mannerisms were not professional. I will not be returning because their prices are not worth the level of quality of their service. I will never recommend Gloss to anybody in my network.

I at the nail bar now and I got the essential pedicure. The price is $31. For $31, you get 5 minutes worth of service. Now I know I didn’t get the most expensive pedicure but that’s ridiculous. I went to get a full set and asked for the price and it was $80 just for gel polish and short nails. So I told her that’s okay about the nails, I’ll just get my feet done. She automatically the service changed. I had to get my own shoes and take them to the dry, they usually do. And I was forced to go ahead and pay which I normally do at the end of my services. I had no problem with paying, just don’t make it seem like I would leave without paying. It pushed me OFF. I will never return

The price and quality are not worth it . I spent almost 160 for a full set and pedicure that wasn’t even gel just basic polish waste of money have had much better quality for half of the price for a full set and jelly pedicure(which cost about 60$ they don’t tell you the price for the full set until the end of service just that it starts at $30 but everything cost extra I got no design just medium length shaped tips no gel ) I was so upset by the quality I will never return. Have had much better full sets for 25$
