This 5 star rating is specifically for Christian. Several weeks ago we had an early morning flight. Christian was single-handedly serving customers since neither of his 2 colleagues showed up for work. He did a great job and stayed very professional throughout.

I’ve bought seven MBZ over the past 20 years and have never used this perk. Silly of me. Nice staff, close to the airport and the car looks great. Lots of lights if you come in after hours.

This service used to be excellent now its just OK. I usually have early flights and they do no depart promptly for the airport even when the van is full. I have been ignored at the airport and had to take a taxi from the airport to their lot. They have confused me with other customers and held the car waiting for me to pay a service bill that was not mine. Friends of mine have had similar experiences so its OK but depends on the day what kind of service you get.

I have been using this facility for a couple of years. Usually, the service is very good. There was a small issue after I returned from a trip in November. I especially appreciate Isadoras help in solving it. She owned the issue and followed up for me during the process. Thanks to her help, the problem is solved. I will come back again.

Whomever is the HR manager here are just recycling same trash employees. This is the 4th time out of this year my car was detective for speeding. In other words someone is clearly not taking care of our vehicles and are just having fun with them.

Her service is great, they treat me right, prices are fair, who would go anywhere else?
