Very professional atmosphere! Most of the nail techs are Black Queens. They are polite, professional and make sure you are taken care of. Today was my first time getting my nails done there. I got a pedicure and an overlay- my natural nails are short but it turned out beautiful. Thanks Brandy (with a y). I will be back in two weeks!!!

Today I tried a new style - C-Tips &’ I love everything about them the color and thought of design they come up with . I dont live in Memphis anymore, but was looking for a nail spot to get me right for an event. I literally stopped by 5 different nail spots on a Friday evening, but you had to make an appointment. I figured Id just get up early the next day and find somewhere to go. Nail Club showed up in my near me search, and the fact that they open @ 9am made it even better. Ari was my nail tech. I only did regular polish because I cant have gel/dip for work reasons. She did a good job on both my hands and feet. This was about 3 weeks ago and my toe polish still looks fresh! The polish on my nails began to chip about a week later, but thats actually longer than I expected it to last. Usually regular nail polish will chip away the same week, if not the same day, on my nails. I was very satisfied with the service. Ari got me in & out! The only thing I dont like about this shop is that theres a surcharge for the files they use. You get to keep the files, but they looked pre-used anyway.

Visiting from out of town, I apparently had a service that was not common. I needed a chrome polish color change. Although the price list says $7 for a color change, it doesnt apply to services like chrome. I was charged for a color change and then again for the application of chrome polish. I had originally had my nails done back home in GA in which I had SnS services to add length and then chrome polish which after a week only needed a touch up. Had I known I would pay the same thing or more for the services rendered I wouldve done something different. Point of the matter, if pricing/spending concerns you ask specific questions up front. I asked but was never informed that I had to pay for 2 services. Pictured on the left is what I paid $45 back home a week prior, on the right is what I received today at the Nail Club and paid $53. I was shocked that I paid more with a full set already on than what I paid to have the full set and chrome polish originally done in the first place and was not given clarity of the charges by the owner Kim before I had services done. The price list says prices may vary and I guess this is part of that clause.

If Kim or Lana are not doing your nails, dont bother. The talent goes down hill from there.. Ask for prices up front.

I started visiting Nail Club early 2016 and have been a regular ever since. Not only are my nails durable but there are so many options to choose from. They are nearly impossible for me to break yet easy to remove. The nail techs and staff are all friendly and hilarious. It is very diverse and a family like atmosphere. There have been some complaints in previous reviews but that is simply because they either do not understand the way appointments vs walk in policy works or left a nasty review in retaliation from services they wanted a discount on for wasting the techs time. Now as far as the prices I am happy with my service and you dont mind paying for what you want. Who wouldnt want their nails to look fabulous. The owner also offer rewards coupons. After each visit your cards are stamped and after so many stamps you receive discounted price for service or even a free service if you save enough cards. I DO NOT know of any other nail shop that provide this service. I love Nail Club and all that work there. They are not just my go to sport for nail service they have become my family. I have had great compliments on my nails, toes, and brows. If you want a great experience and attention grabbing nails, then I highly recommend you visit Nail Club and get THE EXPERIENCE.

My first time going, and definitely not the last.I went in because I knew this was the only place around to have the chrome colors, but as soon as they let me know about their Diamond Gel, I had to have it. I ended up going with a stiletto acrylic set and it was the best price I could ask for. Real cool vibe and real cool people. I would recommend this spot to anyone who didnt want to deal with your basic, uptight nail salon. These people are awesome!!!!!

I was told I could not be serviced after waiting for 2 hours. The staff was rude and did not apologize. I was actually told I no one could service me after I asked. This happen to me about a month ago as well. Good work but very unprofessional and extremely long wait times. Staff is rude and uncaring.

They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and Over Charging Customers due to tax season!!! They were drinking while working on ppl, not to mention I over heard someone say that some of the workers in there aren’t even licensed techs!!!!!

I stopped going to this nail salon a few months ago ONLY because their hours conflicted with my work schedule and I just never really had the time to wait. All of the techs are in super high demand. Let me just say, I havent been able to find a decent replacement yet. I miss Kim, Lana and the whole crew so much!! Maybe I should just quit my job so I can start back getting my nails done here. lol!!

The WORST place in Memphis to get a pedicure. Tech I had was slow AND sloppy. How do you take 3 hours to do a pedicure and still not do it well??? Owner informed me I could pay $40 if I let her take the chrome off my toes since I was not satisfied. The shop is messy, ghetto, and the employees are trashy. Also if you notice when you walk in no licenses are posted. Dont come here if you want professional services

The quality has gone down the drain. While all of the techs are nice and fun, the quality of nails has plummeted drastically from when I use to go. I tried again since I returned to town and every single nail came up within two weeks. My rhinestones fell off in a couple of days and the gel polish chipped and was uneven. I usually blog my nails and add them to a popular nail page on Pinterest. These didnt make it. And I spent $120+!!! Sad to say, never again.

I waited an hour to get services which isnt too bad condidering they had a lot of people there. But they let a new girl do my nails .She took an hour and 45 mins just to do a simple acrylic full set .then on top of that they had a business meeting with a shop full of waiting customers .

The absolute best in Memphis! I`ve been coming here for almost 9 years! They give you exactly what you ask for and if its something that they are uncomfortable doing they let you know up front. Yes they are loud and they are also funny, loving, professional, and serious about the quality of work that they do. But most importantly they are family. You mess with one of them then you`ve messed with all of them. LUV YOU GUYS!🤗😚

The shop assistant is VERY loud and vulgar language is used at times but they do very good work. Wait times can be long but this is the only nail shop I will let do my nails.

First of all, I waited two hours to get in the chair to get my pedicure while they let multiple of their friends skip the line, just cause they knew them. Secondly, my toes looked HORRIBLE when the girl finished. I had to repeatedly ask her if she was going to file and shape my toe nails because they were clearly uneven when she proceeded to paint them. I also got acrylic on one of my toe nails and she left it huge and bumpy and clearly obvious that I had acrylic on it. The whole entire place was completely unprofessional & ratchet. This was literally the worse nail shop I’ve ever been too

I didnt get the customer service that I expected. They werent friendly and she seemed to be in a rush. My nails look ok for 35.00 except I paid 65.00. Its funny how this place is in a predominately black neighborhood and charges more than other neighborhoods. I wont be back.
