Very quiet and calm atmosphere. Owners are like family. Not just a business to them. Prices are reasonable.

A one star because the Owner is awful sucks at professionalism to walk ins, regularly customers and monthly customers. I do not care if you own the establishment you treat people with Respect! You barley communicate with the walk-ins you do not explain wait time you’re very short with customers when it’s your FAULT you DO NOT PUT EFFORT INTO YOUR PEDICURE POLISHING SKILLS NOR MANICURE 💅🏾 SKILLS. Now, remember whose your clientele you currently have one woman that takes her time, no rush, patient and consideration of what she puts out.

My nails aren’t even. I asked for almond shape and one side of the nails look like a hypotenuse. Its slanted way further than the other side. Also, they didn’t place the fake nail all the way down on my real nail so i have a gap between my acrylic nail and my real nail 🙄. The lady I had didn’t clean up my nails, i had nail polish of the side of my nails and on my cuticles nor did she clip my cuticles. Never going there again

First time ever visiting and Im disappointed. The atmosphere and location are great, but the quality of work I received is poor for someone to be in business 8 years. Its a little warm, but it bearable. Theres really not enough staff. The actual process took me 3 hours. I only got a pedicure and full set. My nails werent even the same length. I definitely wont be back.

Great place. Techs are friendly and shop is clean. Pretty popular so expect a short wait. Its best to go during the day. Avoid lunchtime because parking in limited.

My experience was Great!! I enjoyed that there was not alot of talking and I love love love my nails they nailed the shape and was more then glad to help me pick great colors!! Phenomenal service!!!

Do not get the $40 organic pedicure. I got the lavender and mint organic pedicure and they did not know what steps to do it in, they did the foot soak halfway through and she did not even know how much to put in. They did a foot mask first when it should have been done at the end. They should not offer something if you dont fully know how its done and they do it all in opposite orders. Also, I called a few minutes in advance to see if they were busy and they said not at all and I came in and have been waiting over 30 minutes all to have them not know what they are doing for a simple pedicure. Like I said, do not offer if you dont know what to do. It costs to much and I dont believe I got the full experience of it.

One Racist Nail Technician Ruined My Experience:The first time I went here, I had a wonderful experience. The second time, the Vietnamese guy there who does nails also kept point at me talking in his native tongue. I didnt know why and I found it rude and offensive.The third time, this same guy said to me, I thought black people only listened to RnB music? because I was humming a rock tune. After I corrected him on it, he then went on a quiz, trying to test my knowledge of music. In between this he made a number of racist jokes and then got offended when I didnt laugh and of course tried to justify it by saying, I have black friends. And saying that he doesnt go to Hip Hop concerts because he doesnt want to get shot.Another African American woman walked in and he outstretched his arms and said, Baby, where have you been? Come and give me a hug! The woman looked annoyed and ignored him.He asked another African American woman was she stalking her nail technician, because how else would she know her name was Annie. She too was offended and immediately corrected him.The final blow for me is when I had my nails up the fan and he said, You dont have to put your nails so close to the fan, the air still blows out. To which I replied, I know how a fan works, thank you.I dont do stereotypical jokes and I dont like being singled out. I would have complained to management, but was not sure if the language barrier would present an issue. I caution all African American women who go there to keep your eyes wide open. The women technicians were okay, but this one guy completely ruined my experience.

A woman did my nails short late forties but she seemed in a rush. She could not distinguish the measurements making sure that all of my nails were the same size. After all that is her job. I absolutely hated my experienced there. When I tried to inform her she act as if she could barley speak English. She did not want to answer me. When customers walk into the door she was good for asking them what they wanted but not asking or considering the person nails she was working on. To be honest my feelings was hurt I could cry and I dont recommend anyone to go there at all. Especially if they make you feel less valued.

I wouldn’t come to this place unless you have absolutely nothing to do. I waited over an hour and still didn’t get seen. There were two workers and 4 Customers when I walked in. There were two workers and four customers when I walked out. In over an hour no change?

I travel a lot and get salon services all over the US. This is the most consistent quality and friendly service anywhere. Lucky I live in Memphis because I give this place 5 stars!

Went in today for a pedicure and gel manicure and was told to sit right down in the pedi chair. There were about 4 others waiting in seats by the door who had not been serviced, I didn’t worry until I was sitting in the pedi chair soaking my feet for 40mins! No one reassured me or other clients when we’d be serviced so I had to get up and leave. I don’t recommend this nail shop because of their timing and customer service. They had 4 on staff but I guess simply weren’t managing their time. The location is nice and I would expect more from a midtown location, however, the pale green walls reminded me of an outdated hospital. Pass on this one there are other shops in midtown to visit.

My HIT or MISS experience with this establish was HORRIBLE!!!!! They definitely missed it! Before you start looking through their CHEAP nail polish, ask them how much do they charge for PEDICURES!!! That was the one MAJOR mistake I made by assuming that the pedicure cost would be the same as what every other establish charge for a pedicure! No Sir! They think that what they do is special and it is not! The girl who did my pedicure did not know what she was doing! (May have been the same girl that did the previous reviewers pedi)! So.. get this! A regular pedicure that cost $25.00 everywhere else cost $38.00 there! What the HELL for??? Its not a good atmosphere, the workers are mad and complaining and it is HOT as HELL in the place! Please dont waste your money like I did! There are way too many good nail shops in Memphis for this nonsense to get any business! This is a warning to ALL of YOU!

They do not take American Express and they do not know how to manually punch a card in their credit card machine for alternative payment via phone. I tried to have my mother tell my numbers via phone for my visa. So annoying!!!

Vincent is the manager and my favorite nail tech is Van (female). They are thorough and actually funny. I love the mix of Vietnamese and English and how they flip back and forth. I often see other men and never have felt like any of the clients were looking at me like I didnt belong. And the price is great. I just got a card for a new salon downtown and the prices are 25% more...theres also a new sleek salon on Union and they, too are much pricier and require an appointment. You wont get a better mani/pedi for the money.

Do NOT go to this nail salon. I got a full set of acrylic nails and they did a poor job. I am so upset about how they turned out.

I like them but every time I go, they open up late. They are suppose to open at 10 but I have waited 10 min or before for them to open. The nail tech are always late and come with very non succulent attitudes.

I didnt like my experience. I received a pedicure from a young woman with glasses. I guess she was new but she was rude and ROUGH. THIS IS NOT A GOOD ESTABLISHMENT. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
