Kathy the owner is awesome. My lashes stayed on 3 weeks before they started to fall off. She is the best on nails and pedi. I definitely dont let anyone else work on me. Love her services

I love getting my eyebrows done. It was a bad pedicure. Meaning.. I believe she was new. She got on her phone 3 times while giving me a pedicure. I used to like this place. It has been around a long time. Ill try it again and hopefully get another tech.

Very organized, the owner checks your temperature when you first come in. They are following all safety steps beautifully. And Lisa did a great job on my nails! This was a week ago, and they still look fresh!

Totally wouldn’t recommend just for the simple fact, if they feel busy THEY WILL RUSH ON YOUR HANDS! There is no need to rush when you have people willing to pay the money for your quality of work. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. She shows no concern for if you’re not satisfied. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED

Had to wait 3hrs to get my eyebrows waxed. Ppl came in after me and got in and out. Eyebrows are what 5 mins if that.

They are busy most of the time but worth the wait. I was given a gift certificate for my first visit today. Min was very attentive to my pedicure needs and was GREAT!! I will be going back on a regular basis! And they accommodated my wheelchair with ease! Very important!!

Dirty.If you get lucky and the owner does your nails they will be perfect, otherwise they will be crooked. :(

Friendly staff greeted me as I approached the sign in desk. Prices are good and they do a good job. Mid day in a Friday and my child and I were there about an hour and a half.

I found this place out if necessity and was quite pleased with the service and the atmosphere in this little gem. The staff is very friendly and makes u feel welcome. I was having issues with one of my toes hadnt had a pedi in months. It was my first pedicure there and y technician was Kim she took the time to assess the problem and THOROUGHLY addressed it. No more pain in my pinkie toe. All you ladies wanna know where I go. Well its HOLLYWOOD NAILS on summer next to the pancake shop . I highly recommend it.! Yall go let theses ladies take care of you. They do eyes and eyebrows too!

This place was close to my home. The nail techs were very good and the prices were very reasonable. I didnt quite like the wait time but that was my fault because I should have went earlier since it was close to Mothers Day. The waiting area was nice with plenty of magazines to read.

Great place for Pedicure! They pay attention to footcare. Also has a sign up asking to let them kno if youre diabetic! I had a good experience. It would have been great if the tech had told me to choose another polish because the one I chose was almost gone & kind of dried out or something & it didn occur to her to just get another bottle???

I get my eyebrows waxed every month at this place. Staff is always friendly and having fun. The place is clean! My eyebrows are always on point!!!

The wait was normal and they did a good job on my way and my full set but my pedicure was trash! The lady was doing good until her friend sat next to her and they started talking. My feet look the same way they did when I walked in just with a new color. I came home was scraped my own feet.

I love getting my nails done here. Kathy the owner is very good and can do just about anything to your nails that you want done. Heres the bad part. Be ready to spend atleast 3-4 hrs there. The nail shop is small and she has too many customers. It isnt big enough and she doesnt have enough people working. For this reason I have to go to other places because I definitely do NOT have precious hrs to waste on just making my nails look good. Even if u just want your eyebrows done she will make you wait until after shes done doing what shes doing. U have to wait 30- 45 min just for eyebrows. Unless u come when they first open. But most people are working. So for the general working population, if time isnt on your side. Go somewhere else.

Came in for a fill in and pedicure the owner decides that my fill in is 30 dollars but a soak off and start over is 40. After she told me she dont do fill ins? It used to be a nice place but now the owner is rude and evil Ive never done anything but come to spend my money but just like there is a church on every corner the re is a nail salon Ill just pick one. Dont go here

Ive been coming to this place for years and i recieved the worst service ive ever had at any nail shop. I let The elderly lady do my toes and she did not paint my toes entirely. Then when i told the owner that i wanted the polish removed, the elderly lady snatched my foot and wasted acetone all in my shoes and tore the fabric inside of it. My first mind wanted to hit her upside the head especially because im pregnant and hormonal but i politely left and will not be returning. I will not refer anyone else to this location.

I got shellac and my nails began chipping the very next day, by the third day 1 was completely split and two more were so chipped I had to got to another nail shop for repair.... never again

Horrible customer service they had me waiting with my feet in the water for over 45 minutes before someone even touched my feet then the girl had an attitude the whole time she’s doing my feet so I asked her to just go ahead and start polishing my toes then I told her I wanted gel she still put regular polish so she had to take it off and put he gel I was there for 2 hours smh then the total was 45 I asked why they got an attitude the owner tried to be a hard ass smh I would not recommend this place to anyone
