My company, Service Pro Commercial Cleaning Solutions, did a Covid-19 Cleaning/ Disinfecting service for The Park at Paisley Apartments main office and fitness center near the end of July and was never paid. The Assistant Manager, Kimberly Coady, was been in contact with me regarding services, paperwork, etc. They waited until the 45th day after the services had been rendered, which the contract stated that the payment was due within 45 days of services, to notify me that they needed me to complete a form that I never received upfront and to update another. I updated and completed the forms and they had them back the same day. Kimberly was in contact with me up until they had all of the information that they needed. She stopped responding to my text, calls, and emails. Ive even email the office as a whole and no will respond to any of my messages. If this is any indication of how they conduct business or treat their residents then I would stay as far away from this place as possible! Extremely unprofessional and sad that they would take from a local small business. This was a two person job and my employee still had to be paid regardless of this place poor business ethics. FUTURE VENDORS BEWARE!!!!
Its a super great place to live. The apartment is super nice and its a nice and quiet place. The trash compactor fills extremely fast and people who live here just throw their trash but they clean it like once a week so thats nice. The front desk lady is awesome! Shes super kind and makes sure youre happy. However the maintenance guy isnt the greatest. He said he would replace our dishwasher but hasnt gotten to it and its been a couple weeks. Im sure hes just really busy. We certainly love living here.
The manager was exceptional!!! She took time to sit down with me to discuss the community upgrades . She also made sure that all of my questions were answered and she is very knowledgeable of the property. I was also impressed that the maintenance man took the time to walk through the apartment with me to make sure everything met my standards and I didn’t have any questions. I feel honored to say I live here knowing that the staff is very concerned about your happiness ❤️
I went into the leasing office today of this property and feel in love with the decor. The manager was so beautiful and professional. I was shocked because of the area. Definitely applying.
Worst place ever do not move here I’ve been here for 4 months apartment still not ready and I live in it very disappointed front desk GIRL needs a new hobby always have a attitude and food on her clothes I’ve asked a thousand times for the same things to be repaired fixed or replaced they put all the blame on the maintenance men so go hire more or get new ones will be running away soon as my lease is up not worth the rent now so anything more definitely not happening
I live at Paisley and I love my apartment and the staff they have now. @Corey Reed I am happy about the change, because the other complexes around look terrible and Im sure its because of low rent and the people that low rent brings in. If you want to live peacefully and can appreciate nice things pay for it. You know you get what you pay for ijs.
I absolutely love my apartment. The area is quiet and clean. The maintenance men are also on time whenever I need something done. The manager is very nice and professional. I’m glad I found these apartments.
I Currently Stay At The Park At Paisley, My Experience Staying Here Is Awful. The Office Do NOT Answer Their Phone & I’ve Been Waiting For Them To Come Repair Things In My Apartment For A Month Now And I’ve Only Been Here For A Month. Please Don’t Waste Your Money On These Apartments. But Overall It’s A Quiet Place To Stay.
I love the apartments they staff have great customer service, they get right on top of maintenance work as well .
I have been a resident for a year and a half now at Eton Square Apartments. I moved here from Holly Spring MS for work. I have really enjoyed my stay here at Eton Square. Was very pleased with how beautiful and clean my apartment was when I first moved in. The few times Ive needed maintenance it was completed in less than 24 hours and the office staff was great about contacting me after to make sure everything had been corrected to my satisfaction. Also this is by far the nicest and most well maintained apartments in this area. Highly recommend Eton Square Apartments!
I moved in back in august and ive been in love the properties services since i moved in the the services received are phenomenal without question especially the property manager i cant remember her name but what ever i needed she made sure it got done
Do not move here!! If I could give -5 stars, I would. The property maybe improving on the outside but management is terrible. Me and my roommate move out 2 months ago and they are giving us the runaround for paying us back our security deposit. At first they stated that we werent getting it due to the fact that they had to paint, clean the carpet and do routine maintenance which is according to the lease we signed is not a valid reason for denying us our refund. I have kept copies of all my receipts, phone calls and letters sent to rectify this problem. We have now even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they said if no response is made to any of their or our attempts of contact, the next step is to sue.
Was chilling with some friends last night and we heard something scratching and making noise in the ceiling. Parts do the ceiling started to come down. We walked out on the porch and we see a raccoons coming out of the side of the roof. This isn’t the first time we have heard the scratching and noise in the ceiling. We are seeing raccoons more often. Thought about renting an apartment here but not anymore until the fix the problem. Told my friend he should think about moving before one day he wakes up to one staring at him in the face.
Ive lived here for the past four years. It was a decent apartment complex at the beginning: it had some issues, but it was cheaper, so I didnt have any major complaints. Since Blue Magna took over the complex, the rent has gone up substantially, the fees for thing like trash have doubled and yet our one trash bin overflows every few days, maintanance orders are done at liesure, we get constant reprimands for cable dishes and trash being on peoples patios (while our trash literally reaches the street because the one receptical is insufficient for a complex of this size and a once-a-week pickup). When the transition happened, they said our records were lost, we were only given one month of an incentive to aid during COVID, the list goes on and on. My partner and I plan to move when our lease is up. Dont let the new paint job, fancy website, and the small park for the kids fool you; this complex is not woth its price. Since I arrived, rent has changed almost $200; that is more than inflation, that is an attempt to gentrify, and at the end of the day, the neighborhood is still the same. The gate is still kept open or broken every few days. It may be better than some of the apartments in the area, but that doesnt say much.
By far Eton Square Apartments are the best south-east Memphis apartment homes! The community is always clean and beautiful. I worked with Mrs Jennifer and shes always so friendly and happy to help! I love it here so much that I referred a friend to also move to Eton Square and was pleasantly surprised to receive a $200 referral fee for doing so. I was blown away!
I moved into an apartment only to find out the stove didnt work. There were several other issues as well. However, the stove issue was of major concern for me. It took them over a month to provide me with a working stove. The corporate office and the office staff were unconcerned and acted as though I did something wrong each time I stressed my dissatisfaction with their response. My advice is to not move into these apartments. From my experience, they are not professional and dont care about how your living conditions are once you move in. Run from the Park at Paisley!!! I will in one year...wish somebody had told me.
I was a resident at Eton Square from 2015-2018. The only reason I moved was because I got married and purchased a home. One of my favorite things was how spacious my 2 bedroom 1 bath apt was (1128sqft) the largest by far Ive seen in the area. Hands down Eton Square is the nicest apartment homes in the Southeast Memphis area by far! Highly recommend!
Ive been a resident here at Eton Square for 2 years and its been nothing but a wonderful experience! The ladies in the office (Jennifer and Michele) are always prompt and courteous anytime I call or come by. The maintenance man Mike is great about fixing anything I need in 24 hours or less. The groundskeeper also does a great job keeping the grounds and trash area clean and clear. The property itself is well maintained and is landscaped year round even in the winter. Hands down Eton Square is the nicest apartments in the area and I highly recommend!
Very responsive; staff is organized and professional.
The Eton Square is the best east Memphis property, and the office staff Jennifer and Michelle are very concerning, sweet, patient, and go above the call of duty. The ground keeper had to be working over time Because the ground are spotless. We gogot up Christmas morning to empty the trash and the dumpster had been emptied on Christmas I was so shocked. I would recommend this property to anyone because its worth every penny
Pipes have frozen and burst maintenance came on property did not fix it ! We are without water . Cant flush the toilet take a bath, can’t cook anything that you have to rinse which is almost everything ! These apartments are the worse ! They never came in and fixed anything from the first day of moving in the place ! Do NOT MOVE HERE it’s a rip off they want late fees for things but can’t even fix the important things that’s necessary for us to live
I was a resident at Eton Square for over 3 1/2 years. Nothing but good things to say about my experience living there. The ladies in the office were always willing to help and very friendly. The only reason I moved was because I got married and we decided to buy a house. Very happy former resident!
I took a tour of the property and was very pleased. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the office staff was very friendly. I’m planning on applying very soon and looking forward to calling Eton Square my future home.
The lady Jennifer that works in the office is always very defensive with any question you ask her and her attitude is just horrible. Ive never had any issues with Michelle. Ive asked around to a few people that live near me and they have experienced the same with Jennifer. Upper Management- please have a conversation with her to not treat evey encounter with residents the same. There is no need for racial comments and a nasty attitude.
We simply took a tour of this place and we love it! I cannot wait to come back to finalize our decision. The entire complex looks really quiet and and I enjoyed every community amenity!Signed,-A Hopeful Resident
I love my apartment. I have to much space more than I was looking for. They be about there business over here. Only one thing that gets to me is that I wish the people wouldnt leave trash on there porch and dont throw trash on the ground. Even management notice this recently and put letter on everybody door. When I drive the property in 90 percent of the property you dont see trash on the ground and trash sitting on the front porch.
Overall we love it here. the only complaints are that the kitchen sinks smells like something died in it we called maintenance but the smell remains the same after fixing..the water doesnt stay hot long(called maintenance) in our apartment and when we take a shower the tub fills up with water instead of going down the drain...yes we are currently staying here.
Great apartment but bad management. 2 years ago when I left they claimed me and my roommate owed them money and we did not. even the Property management provided me proof we did not owe anything. they badly hurt my chances of getting a new apt elsewhere b/c they put that bs on my rental history.
I moved to these apartments 1 day ago from Mississippi and found so many issues in my apartment. The first thing I noticed was I started itching that night and developed big red bumps which I had to apply some alcohol. When I reported that to the apartment people, Ms. Michelle agreed to call pest control. Slowly so many issues started coming out to scene. The fridge was leaking and the washer was broken. The micro wave was rented inside and dirty inside. It was not functioning also. The cabinet in the bathroom looked like it was infested by some bugs before. The airhole was looking so dirty. Next day when I went to report about the micro wave and fridge, the lady at the office Jennifer started yelling before I could complete, saying that I already told you, these apartments are old and I can not replace these with new appliances. I asked her to please can she listen to what I have to say. She was rude and was telling that I am calling her a liar which I have nt and I mentioned that to her too. I told her whether she can come to the apartment so that she can see the condition of these appliances. She refused to saying that she has to be in the office to collect the rent. But she was willing to come to the model house which she showed me before leasing. In the lease it is said that you will find sparkling clean appliances. I don’t expect the appliance to be brand new, but at least it should be decent looking when the rent they charge for a single bedroom apartment is 961 dollars. She was arguing that she cannot replace these appliances but can give a maintenance request after all these yelling, to fix it . My question was whether she won’t check it before . IThis is the worst experience I ever had. When you pay a rent of 961 dollars plus 5 dollars for water rent, you expect a better living condition which is absolutely wrong in this case. Upon that you also have to take their disrespect when you go to report about it. They say it is controlled access to the apartment, but it is hit by some vehicle, remains open 24 hours, since I came. In. Overall it is an unpleasant experience and I do not recommend any one to fall in to this trap.
I love my apartments however the new manager is fairly new so she is still learning the place.... my apartment is spacious, quiet, and very comfortable living.
Highly recommend The Park at Paisley!
It only only get 1 star only because i cant select zero! When first seeing the apartments everything seemed nice and spacious. We moved in July 4th 2018 and end up having to move out July 6th 2018. The first night of cooking we I seen a Huge Rat... The apartment was cleaned up nice with no signs soon as we got settled then that when I seen it and I also heard scratching in the wall. We went to sleep at a relative house the second day of getting our new apartment and when we came back it was several dropping and traps moved and food that had been bitten into. I wish I could up load pictures for proof. Management tried to brush us off saying dont keep coming they going to call us, wait a week a WHOLE FREAK WEEK for pest control to come. I finally put my foot down and let them know we needed our money back and we ended up moving our stuff out on the 7th. We only spent one night in the apartment. Also parking is horrible if your at the back of the apartments. I had to park far from my apartment one night because we didnt have enough spots and they all where filled. And the whole complex only have one compactor they is sooo disgusting. No one throws their trash in the actual compactor instead they throw it all over the ground in front of it. I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL!
My daughter stays there and she loves it.
Unprofessional they lose things and don’t know how to talk to people but want to evict people for going off on them they double charge you for rent plus the price is not evening worth it they want you to put them first and forget about your other bills
The apartment is nasty rust every cabinet got a bad smell and just as nasty they got a terrible bug problem thing came up missing in my apartment and they didnt seem to care
I moved in Aug. had some small things that had to be done but overall the Apt. is large and its quite. Management and maintenance has done all they can to please me an fix my small issues.
