DO NOT LIVE HERE! This apartment complex is a scam! Everything will seem lovely while you live there, but once you move out, they will screw you over. After moving out, they NEVER told me about any extra charges until a collections worker contacted me months after I moved out. No calls, text, email, physical mail from Hickory Farms - nothing until I contacted them. My credit score has been completely damaged by this apartments disgusting management. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Please - I really dont want others to get hurt like I have. This place is completely disgusting and irresponsible.

Management is a scam. They will not let you know of any additional charges upon move-out. I moved out at the end of the summer in 2017 and did not hear from Hickory Farms until I contacted them three months later. Why did I contact them? Because collections was starting to hound me for charges I never knew about. I was very confused since Hickory Farms never told me of any charges - they never called me, texted, emailed, or even sent a letter to my forwarding address. My credit score has since dropped significantly and has made it extremely difficult to repair. Please avoid moving here at all costs!

Dont waste your time and money here.

This a great place to live

I been here a year now. I just renewed my lease. Management is excellent. They work with you ! Maintenance ok. They do come on time. They went up on the rent due to new management but I enjoy living here .

How much for a 2br and 2bathroom

My experience so far has been the best. I was searching for a new home and found it here at Hickory Farms apt. I was moved by my neice apt and fell in love. Now I have my on 2 bed 2 bath and couldnt be more happier.Thank you again and the staff was awesomeLooking to be a resident for a very long time😍😍

These are the worst apartments Ive ever lived in. From the time I moved in Nov. 2017 there has been water issues. Water not getting hot, floors soaked with water and leaking sink. Then, why the hell do you have to pay for water... you never know what you have to pay each month due to water. What is the purpose of MLGW. Then they a utility fee... I pay my Utilities. This is a RIP off company and not worth the Rent Apartment.

Coming up on a year living here. Very peaceful and safe no complaints.

Edit: After moving out, they sent a collections company to harass me for a move out cleaning fee and final water bill that Management never told me about. This happened more than a month after moving out and they constantly fought with me saying they told me. I never received any contact from them after moving out until I called them after receiving calls from the collections company. This has since ruined my credit score for another 7 years all because of incredibly poor communication from management. I do not recommend moving here because management seems like they want to one up you in different ways and were never able to take responsibility for their disastrous actions and lack of communication. They constantly wanted to blame me and wanted to fight about every step when they were the ones that caused this mess.In response to owner reply below: Hickory Farms does not strive to deliver exceptional service. It took almost a month after requesting a copy of my contract for them to email it to me. I can fully understand additional charges, but it is not acceptable to not tell me about them then sell my account to a collections agency without informing me about the charges. No call, no mail, no email, no communication from Hickory Farms until I called months later after receiving a call from a collections agency. I would never recommend Hickory Farms. They conduct their business like a scam. It would be better to put out a hundred or so more per month to move down the street. You’ll save money in the long run when they try to scam you with a collections agency and your credit score will be more secure.

The best they had to offer was $640 plus all utilities

I was to move in the apartments,but had a health issue that didnt make that possible on my move in date. The resident manager Jamie made the process horrible. Was admitted to the hospital but I guess they think I lied to move to another property at a lower rate. So I guess you get piss poor service when things no longer work in the property managers favor. STILL waiting to have info transferred.
