Maintenance men are stealing packages from the front door. Don’t let your packages sit on the porch for too long and don’t let them complete a work order when you’re not home. They are stealing big time. I can’t wait until my lease is up and the rent is too high for these quick fix me upper apartments. Appliances are old, tubs aren’t resurfaced, old light switches, and old door knobs. They only painted everything and added new light fixtures.

I been living over here since December 2020 and my experience here has been horrible. Went through a hot long summer with not air conditioning. Maintenance and the front office have been giving us the run around for months now. We pay too much money for such poor living quality. I been trying to get my air fixed for months. Called office multiple times and no one has helped us they lie and say maintenance will come but never do. My girlfriend has asthma she had to have her pump all summer long and she doesn’t normally have breathing problems. Please be cautious when it come to moving here they will lie to you just for you to move in. We were suppose to receive new appliances when we first moved in the management still hasn’t brought our new appliances. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!

Would not recommend!The management is horrible, they are lazy and unprofessional. My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost a years term with no AC! we are missing appliances that were suppose to be installed we moved here in December! lights in apartment that do not work! Rent is way to expensive here for them to not have the simple necessities. I suffer from asthma and no ac in my apartment! Maintenance is sorry and do not fix on anything, they have been giving us the run around about EVERYTHING that has been requested to fix. Save your time and money, you will regret it.

UPDATED BELOWBefore I applied for an apartment, the lady told me they had 1BR/1BA available. I gave her my $275 and she said she would be in contact because there were no apartments available. This all occurred in a five minute conversation. She let me know that the money was non refundable “but we should have something within a month” I learned two days later that i was approved. No one called or emailed, i had to go to the leasing office and ask the status of my application. I was approved but they still did not have any apartments available, even though she told me as I handed her my money order that they had 1BR/1BA available. A month came and went. I called. I emailed. No answer and no response. I finally found an apartment with another complex, and called this complex to address my concerns. She was nice enough over the phone, but she is only refunding the admin fee, not the application fee.Beautiful complex from the outside. There was a man complaining about a peak in his apartment and I should have turned away then. Dealing with this complex is not worth the hassle and wait times.UPDATE: it took a whole month to get my check from the date they actually sent it off. I had to keep coming up to the office and the property manager even told me that she forgot to ask corporate about my check. Didn’t call or email me back for the longest, and then sent a text saying my check is in the office when I gave my information to them for it to be mailed! This whole ordeal is indicative of how they do business, and I’m glad I never signed a lease with them! Be very careful!!

I just passed these apartments they look lovely but the horrible reviews on here have made me second guess anywhere near here.Geesh...thanks for the reviews. Definitely more bad than good. Good luck for all those having problems

As expensive as these apartments are maintenance is terrible.!! Jordan will give you the run around for months about what he gone do and lie everyday like he will come but never do .! Please be careful hopefully this will make you think twice when ppl saying rent on time they should not have to beg for you to do your job ! I will be contacting the regional manager sooner than later .

I put a work order in a couple of months ago and the problem still hasnt been resolved. Theres no security staff, security gate, or surveillance system throughout apartments. Anyone can come in and out of the complex. My mailbox lock was broken and my package was stolen. I have recordings of strangers by my door as if they were trying to break in the door. When the camera is recognized, they turn their heads and speed walk away. In office staff act like they dont have any knowledge of break ins. I even saw a girl standing beside the meters for some reason. I wish that I never laid eyes on these apartments.

Please do NOT waste your time and money dealing with these apartments. It is not worth it.First and foremost, they told me they had a 1 BR available prior to me giving them my money then Nisha turned around and stated that nothing was available which I’m sure she had knowledge of prior to receiving a deposit from me. All the postings on the website of availability is false advertising which they like to call “the website being down”.. A JOKE. They gave me the constant run around about my move in day then notified me literally TWO days prior to my move in that I was waiting on new appliances (the property manager told me this), not knowing that Nisha just guaranteed me the day before that it would be ready and that they were painting. A week before they was “putting in vinyl” and the week after carpet was still inside. The lies never stop with them. Went up there to speak to the manager who seemed the very least bit of concerned. This whole staff is a JOKE. Hopefully this saved the next person from moving in and dealing with the hassle because I have yet to even receive my deposit back after almost 6 weeks let alone an apology for wasting my time. You guys by far have been the most vindictive and unprofessional apartment complex I’ve came across and I’m glad I did not sign a lease.

First and foremost from the pictures these apartments look amazing. I was so excited to move here. Linda Crisp was so professional from the start but then the snow storm happened. Mind you all I had already paid to have everything turned on. But we can’t stop God work outside until everything clears up. Also, I should have been in the apartments before then though. Anyways, Linda were answering emails then she stop and then the phone calls stop as well. Finally someone called me back which was Linda trying make sure everything was setup right. Anywhere I have ever stayed at you suppose to do a walk through. I asked Linda Crisp could I see a unit that looks like mines for over 2 weeks she kept saying ok but never happened. That was one mistake! So, time comes to pay I finally saw my unit when I say I should have turned my tail around then. It was stuff everywhere. My appliances is old as dirt, light fixtures was off, AC was leaking, the tub was dirty and toilet was loose. I told her she said all of that will be ready when I move in on February 22. I said okay. Time to move in Linda had me paying all these payments she forgot to tell me about it is 8:00pm at night I had to take off a few days to move because I signed my lease after hours. She called me so many times saying I forgot you have to pay this amount too. So I went and got a money order for it. That wasn’t the last of this money thing either. I made to the office to sign my lease. When we start moving in nothin was done like Linda said it would be. So the next day I complain to her when she finally answer the phone. She just said I will put in a order for it. Nobody never came out until 2 weeks later. Mind you they only came about the light fixtures. So I complained again about the toilet nobody shows up until 2 weeks later. Then I called, text and email about my new appliances I suppose to receive that were on back order. Linda said they have refrigerator but I never got one in like she said I would. Apparently Linda got fired it left because when I text someone said sorry we don’t replace appliances because they old. Hold up now this stuff is like 1980 old and my eye on the stove stop working. They said, they would come to inspect my apartment never showed up. Secondly, had a wasp issues and I complained on that put in for pest control they never showed up. Then the grand finale I have been without air for exactly 2 weeks now. Nesha was so helpful at first until I got code enforcement involved. All they did was changed the break box and thermostat. Still don’t work. Here comes upchurch FINALLY after 2 weeks of no air for them to change the motor and STILL DONT WORK! They suppose came back out 3 days ago and I called code enforcement again. This moment I have they number and emails so I am good with contacting them directly. Nesha had the nerve to say Ms. Davis when the last time you been home. Hold up ma’am I’m always home if I’m not at work. Because I do have a job THANK YOU! She trying to say my air works no ma’am we brought fans and a unit that’s why it is cool in here. The air still comes on and off constantly like last night it was so hot I wanted to cry. We pay this rent for what? It is not worth it at all. I am taking them to court and moving IMMEDIATELY! This is ridiculous! Now that code enforcement is involved you want to make it seems as I am tripping. Anyone moving DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS A NIGHTMARE!

Air has been out 3 weeks and office tells me because it’s not hot outside there not coming to look at it n let a window up TF been having a leak in the hallway because of the air conditioner the office is very RUDE maintenance never comes no ever answers unless your rent late then they’ll find you break ins are a regular so please be aware of what your getting into moving to the park at Holyford

Ohh this place is amazing, not only are they renovating but the leasing girl is such a ray of sunshine. Ive been going through some difficult times and just need somewhere secure for me to stay. Ms. Ashley when I say SOLD the property to me I mean she sold it !! very informative, and bubbly & professional all at the same time. any question no matter how crazy or drawn out she had an answer, didnt try to rush me off or anything. I couldnt come in but she stood at the door and made sure I fully understand the covid process and everything !! the park at Hollyford is just amazing

I will tell everyone I know about this place, all apartments need someone like her working for them !!!

Hello can someone please call me the address I vacated was 6551 s country oaks circle #188I put my notice in almost 60 days in advance they were aware I was moving out at the end of sept I gave my notice! I hired movers to move me for sept 30! On sept 29 a letter was put on my door to say they would pave the side walls at 7 am my movers arrived and were told to park around the corner! My movers had to reschedule me as my furniture pieces could not be walked from my apartment and around the corner!!! I turned my keys in to n Friday morning due to I had to spend all day Thursday moving!! Because I couldn’t move Wednesday! The young lady confirmed that my 775 deposit would be applied to my 947 for September balance which had already been discussed with Ashley before she left! I was to only pay the difference of the 775 and 947! Fast forward today this lady in the leasing office says she is going to charge me for the month of oct! Because It’s the 2nd! I need you to call me ASAP this is unacceptable! Not to mention the reasons I decided not to renew! The stove in that apartment has not worked in an entire month! They said it was an element and no! That didn’t fix it they never said anything else I have two children and to go without a stove for an entire month is unacceptable when the rent is so high! I moved out yesterday and guess what the stove still isn’t fixed l! I left my apartment clean and in tact maintenance did walk thru to verify

I used to live here years ago before new people took over and they were decent. Therefore I contacted them once moving back into the area.I spoke with a young lady twice that was supposed to email me information that I never received. I called a third time to only be put on hold and she not come back to the phone. I guess she had better things to do besides her job. If thats how they are treating potential tenants Ill pass.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They have great attitudes and answered every question i had. The apartments look very clean and well kept. The security gate makes me feel really safe. These apartments would be great for anyone to live.

The park at Hollywood is a great place to stay. The floors are vinyls, everything is updated and it has a fireplace. They will work with you and the rent is reasonable, Kim is very nice and easy to talk to. The property is nice and quiet. Looking forward to being a future resident 😊

For starters, it’s not everyone in the office and the Mainteance team. Ashley the assistant manager is wonderful, sweet and very professional ..I can appreciate all of her hard work and integrity. But the actual property manager has an awful attitude, disposition and is very unprofessional. I have emailed her on several occasions since I have moved here in March (this year) yet to no avail. I have been deceived and lied to about addressing my non working air situation (I mind you in 90 degree weather with my underlining health conditions). It is unacceptable to have had no working air in my upstairs apartment. Would she want to live in a sweating heat box? Of course NOT!!! I have never meat anyone so rude and upseting because I have logical complaint. Hello...that is YOUR job!!! She refuses to acknowledge especially when I have had her to walk and witness this upstairs heat box that my family and I live in. She has the audacity to say that she might be promoted to Regional manager. Howwww?? You don’t take care of your tenants for an essential needs....Air is a nonnegotiable!!!! I can’t believe that anyone would be so unprofessional and not put a rush on making sure that is fixed. Not to mention that I have yet to have a mailbox key and other needs in my apartment addressed. I am at a point that all that I have endured for this short residential time frame has been unacceptable. I don’t wish these unhabitual living arrangements on my worse enemy. I have nothing good to say about these apartments and especially the unprofessional and bad attitude that the property manager Taki Hollis poses. I have read other reviews/complaints pertaining to this complex and unfortunately they ALL arrive at one person. The property manager. How does the owners and her superior manager continue to read these and not do anything about this? What’s the point of fixing the outside and not the inside starting with her. A point to remember...a Leadership team and staff will only be as good as it’s leader.

Ive come to these apartments twice within 5 months because I was interested in possible leasing and both times Ive visited they have not had an apartment for viewing. The last time I came the leasing agent was not friendly, I didnt get her name, but shes the heavy set black woman with glasses. I asked for leasing information and to possibly view an apartment and she just pointed me to a pamphlet on a table. She didnt ask any info or offer any info regarding leasing. The responsibility of the leasing agent is to help attract new residents, not deter them. Needless to say Im no longer interested.

My daughter moved in these apartments a few weeks ago and they are terrible. Her air conditioning has gone out 3 times since moving in. They are unprofessional in the office and do not respond. Neither does the management company based out of Tampa, FL Blue Magma Residential. Ridiculously bad customer service!!!

Worst experience ever! Moved in March, they were helpful and speedy in getting me an apartment. Only thing available was the back units by the woods. I had several hornets nests that were very dangerous that I had to buy my own pesticides to get rid of. Then I had spiders like crazy so many spiders it was like a horror movie they were everywhere which meant me buying more pesticides. I had to spray my outside windows to avoid then overtaking my apartment since it was located almost in the woods on the very back. Next I noticed brown circles forming on my ceiling of my bedroom...mold! It was bad and eventually the ceiling fell in leaving a moldy mildew smell that was unbearable. I complained...they did nothing. It was June and the smell and black hole was depressing. I argued back and forth, called code enforcement and got a lawyer. They finally cut a hole in the ceiling, placed garbage bags over it and repainted it as if I wouldn’t notice the problem hadn’t been fixed but only covered up. Got code enforcement to come back out, and by now mold was growing on my walls in the hallway and ceiling in the hall and bathroom...it was spreading fast. They told me to just move out, no strings or fees attached. I prayed about it and God have me a house 2 streets away, much bigger and much nicer. DONT GIVE UP HOPE...PRAY AND WATCH GOD WORK IT OUT! I also have pics of my terrible experience

Im suffering in the heat because maintenance is being lazy and refusing to fix my ac unit the proper way. I reported the situation to the office on more than one occasion and nothing was done! So if you dont want to be in the same situation Im in. I highly suggest you DO NOT move here and get your self trapped in a lease you cant get yourself out of!

The negative stars are not because of apartments, it is from a experience with one of their management team. I love it here. The girls in the office are wonderful Holly will go out of her way to help. And our maintenance are the best. I gave seen them even helping in carrying trash out for older residents here and they get things fixed quickly. Now the manager named Billy is ridiculous, I have had him lie and talk crazy to me and know personally of 3 others he has done the same. I have been in office and heard him talk crazy to other employees. It awful to have one person mess a good thing up, but thats what he is doing!!

I went by today to apply for these appointments and they had cats everywhere and looked bad on the outside but then I thought being that there were people working on them on the outside it may be ok so I decided to go in and attempt to apply and right off the back The girl Ashley I think she said her name was had this attitude because I had questions that I needed answered and it was at that point I said you know what I will take my money elsewhere and I was looking to move today if it was possible but I will not be recommending this place at all
