COUNTING THE DAYS UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP! Decided To Renew My Lease For A 2nd Year, The 1st Year Here Wasn’t As Bad, Until We Got New Management Along With New Leasing Agents. Both Manger Stephanie & Leasing Agent Stephanie Are Always Nice & Helpful. However The Leasing Agent Alexis Is VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, The Office Never Answers The Phone, Maintenance Take Months To Come & Fix Whatever It Is That Needs To Be Fixed, The Rent Goes Up But Yet They Have Added No Amenities. I Wouldn’t Recommend These Apartments What So Ever!

I wish I could give these people zero stars! I’ve lived here almost a year and they never fix anything. I just fell through the concrete steps in my apartment building. They joked about it honestly. I have to be off work because I am so sore. Since they don’t see anything on CT scan or X-ray, they can’t do anything but thank me for keeping them in the loop. I WILL be reaching out to corporate. Hopefully they are a bit better to deal with.

Fast maintenance service less any time there is an issue

I have been living in country view since November 2019 and it has truly gone downhill since. Firstly, it’s only ONE maintenance man for over 300 units! He’s rude and has a very nonchalant attitude about the problems that the tenants have. It’s basically a personal problem if we have to live without air, with mold, or leaks . The women in the office are even worse, they’re attitudes are terrible and they will not help with the problems that you have even if they’ve caused them. They shoot over here 24/7 with absolutely no security unless they’re looking for a fugitive and the gate never works!!! I would not recommend leasing with these apartments. GET OUT OF DODGE!!!

Ask #Question before movingThey are some nice apartments. I been currently living in a one bedroom for a year & 2 months now. Got good maintenance and nice staff, Last year when I first move into my apartment I notices that their was Roaches. I called them to let them know and they sent someone out to treat it. That didn’t work so I bought my own products and got rid of them. They came back same month that I move into this apartment last year. It’s very stressful and I just recently had my son. Don’t want him in no roach home ❗️I don’t care for these apartments anymore. Ready to GO

These are beautiful apartments with no loud noise. Brandy, who works in the leasing office, is very helpful and quick to respond. She will go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need.

Moving to countryview in the beginning started off great. I had a quick application and approval process. The first year started off ok. Around 6 months in a hole developed in the second bedroom doorway. I called the office and I dont know her name but it was almost as though she didnt believe. However she did send someone out 3 days later. The guy who came really just ripped up the carpet and put a block of Sheetrock down. He said someone would be back to fix the carpet and I never saw them. Im a 23 year old pacifist so I never made a fuss about it until one then developed in the hallway and pretty much the same experience. At the end of year one when my lease was up a lady Im assuming was from maintenance came and left a letter on my door saying my rent was increasing. When I went to ask the office when renewing my lease the people in the office knew nothing of it. At a year and a half they decided to start parking passes. So of course I go and get mine and I ask about a visitor pass or for two because I have two vehicles. The lady I was speaking with said no and the other women in the office were behind me talking bad about the ladies in the community trying to get the men they were screwing passes and they werent having it. At that point I was ready to go I just had to wait until my lease was over. Fast forward to Feb. 16 (my birthday) the maintenance turned security and his security friend flipped my apartment looking for a weapon they just knew I hid for a man they were for sure knew I was screwing he said. They threatened my custody of my children only to find no weapon. They threatened my lease and promised me a 30 day letter because the police were involved. Although the office never heard of this incident I am moving no matter what by the end of March. I no longer feel safe here and I cant see my self staying. And on Feb. 28 I received another letter from the same lady about rent increasing. However that matters not to me because I made up my mind Im gone regardless.

THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVINGone positive thing about this property is the staff. Miss Marcel and the other office staff members were wonderful when helping me get everything ready for my move in.After having a less than pleasant experience with their sister property Jamesbridge, i decided to move into a one bedroom. The office staff was nice and worked quickly to move me in. I was able to move in the same day that i applied. One month into me living here there was a shoot out and less than 2 weeks after that there was a bullet shot through my bedroom wall that by the grace of GOD bounced off of my headboard and landed onto the floor. When breaking my lease i was informed that i will not be receiving my security deposit back. I have spoken with corporate and if i still cant receive anything back, i will be suing this apartment complex. The only positive thing was that my apartment itself was nice, once you got past the bug problem

Horrible people to rent from. They are under the Sunshine Corporation and are horrible people to rent from. Avoid at all costs
