It takes alot for me to write a negative review. This is my MAJOR issue. I tried to resolve this several times, but they put a bandaid on it, instead of fixing the issues. The air conditioners are outdated!!! Maintenance just got here says it looks like it froze up again oh really you think!!!! It is BROKE. My air has went out AGAIN!!!!! This AC has a leak in it and it keeps going out!!! We can barely breathe in this hot apartment!! It is 86 degrees inside and it has NOTHING to do without outside temperature. The AC is broke. It worked for a week now back to the same thing. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done NOW. My daughters and I cant sleep here tonight unless this is fixed. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday. Is someone going to take anything off of my rent since I dont have full use of what is supposed to be maintained by management. Rent is going up but nothing is bring fixed only temporary fixed. I need someone to contact me TODAY

I love my apartment I had a problem with roaches coming from outside but I sprayed and everything is fine no problems so far Telisia took care of me

I went to apply for the 1 bedroom loft 1.5 bath but unfortunately it wast unavailable. Tinoshia Harris was very helpful and patient when I was trying to decide what was best. She gave me options to choose from and when I chose the 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, everything went smooth. She has good communication skills and was helpful throughout my whole process. I applied for my apartment Monday and received a call from Tinoshia on Wednesday saying I’ve been approved. She took me through everything step by step and made sure I left very satisfied.

I thought the loft was beautiful so I requested information via email. Some of my questions weren’t answered, instead I received a generic response email from Tinoshia. I then called, spoke to the same young lady &she seemed annoyed to be answering my questions. Furthermore several things quoted in that email were incorrect according to her, from apartment prices to availability dates. I understand things change, which is why she should’ve had a better attitude when explaining said changes.

The crossing at fox meadows is awesome. Everyone is very professional and nice and if you have any concerns they will take care of them right away. Also the community is very nice, quite and gated which i love. I can see myself living here for some years with my family.

TL;DR – if you want to rent from this property, don’t expect to ever be able to speak to a leasing agent.I started trying to contact this property beginning December 19th. So far, I have sent 4 inquires and have scheduled 2 tours, as well as trying to contact them via phone at least 6 times. The first tour I was not able to make due to personal reasons (was also never called to confirm as stated on the website), but the second tour was scheduled on 12/26 for a tour on 01/02 at 1:00pm. I get there at 12:55pm only to find a note on the door stating that they would be closed 12/31-01/04. Bear in mind, I set up this appointment on December 26th and was never informed of this closure. I have scheduled tours with other properties under the same management company that immediately emailed me and have been very communicative, but this property seemingly has no interest in new tenants. It’s very disappointing because I was extremely interested in this property; however, given the clear disregard of possible future tenants, I will not be considering this property in the future even if they do contact me as I am not confident in being able to reach them in a maintenance emergency if I were to move in.

I had a wonderful experience... The lady in the main office was very helpful!!! Great great place to stay!!!

These apartments are horrible if you have trouble paying rent they will laugh at you ... they do not pick up any calls once you move in they will have people walking in and out of your house without your permission they laugh when you tell them you don’t feel safe and your home because multiple break ins happened in your home and they don’t do anything about they get mad if you call the police.

Everything was done within two weeks and tinoshia Harris was very helpful with the information we needed .and she has Had great communication with us during this whole process! I would 100% recommend these apartments.

Today is my move in day and when I tell you the ENTIRE staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was satisfied! I love my apartment and it truly feels like home! The community is well kept && quiet! I would also like to personally thank Ebony for EVERYTHING she has done, from the calls to keep me updated and the smile I get every visit! The maintenance men made sure every request I put in was met before I moved in! The staff is very professional && sweet! Thank y’all so much

My daughter just moved out of these apartments and I have to say Im thrilled. The apartments are outdated and could use some renovations, trying to get something fixed is like pulling teeth, and the staff absolutely does nothing to help. Stephanie Hankins is hard to get in contact with and how do you not have a 24hr contact in case of an emergency or you need to ask a question. I tried to talk to Stephanie about my daughters final rent payment and she told me that my daughter would have to come in because she was taking applications. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is awesome! They are caring and want to make sure things are working correctly. They assisted me when moving in with any concern I had and were quick to correct any problems that occurred.....Thank you!The noise, due to being close to the street, takes some getting use too, but the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Thus far I have enjoyed living here and appreciate the security. Thank you for the community feel!

The staff here was very welcoming. Before moving in Lennon made sure he stayed in touch with us and keeping us updated on our future apartment. Today was move in day and we got a chance to do a walk through of our apartment before moving anything in. The place seems to be quiet and very well maintained. I would recommend these to apartments to everyone!

They talk to me and help me when needed. I pray that things will keep on going in a positive way. They fix things and and it quite. I will not talk negative it not right in Gods eye we all not perfect and when we talk negative its a sin. If dont like something move on pray it will get better. This apartment try to keep it up other dont care. When put paper on ground that not helping keep it up, we have to work together help keep things nice and clean. My experience with this property has been amazing. Everything I needed to have for my move in date was clear and concise. Mr. Lennon made sure that move in date waspushed up a close as possible and that everything was ready for move in. After moving and using the online maintaince page issues were resolved in days!

My experience was great here the move in process was quick and Keosha was very very very sweet and helpful.

Stephanie is an amazing property manager. However the maintenance team makes living here somewhat difficult. I must be fair the head maintenance guy (John) is on his game. The other maintenance guy really sucks. It does take forever for maintenance to come. I reported the kitchen sink was backed up on Friday and now it is Tuesday. Do the math .....5 days latet still no maintenance. The dishwasher has black water in it. Again nice community, nice apartments, and great Property Manager. Just maintenance sucks! Thats why I rated 3 🌟

I was jus told by the leasing office manager, I have until the weekend to move out without a court order . Seems to me she’s absolutely going against the proper procedure. Refusing to accept a payment from a government agency on my behalf.

Very unprofessional don’t fix nothing on time ms Stephanie, Talisha, and John will cheese in your face and do stuff behind your back. We just moved out my husband went to pay the remaining balance that’s was due Ms Stephanie told him the reason why we can’t come back because my kids was selling candy and that’s against the policy, I just talk to her days ago before the incident she could have told me that . We are homeless because of these evil b****es

I lived here for 3 years it is a quiet area, decent and the security riding around makes you feel somewhat safe. I loved my apartment but the office staff not so much Telesia is not pleasant at all very negative They try to charge you for everything if anything goes wrong in your apartment they try to make sure it wasnt something you caused before they fix it. If they feel like you caused it expect to see a fee for it on your bill. They put notes on your door about everything but mtce takes their time to fix things. To pool is well kept and the complex is clean. Overall its a decent place to live but office staff and mtce could use improvement.

I been here 3 months and i love my home . My neighbors are quiet, i never had a issue with maintanace everything i needed fixed has gotten fixed . However stephanie has a nice attitude just a smart mouth she talk to you as if you dont know the policies over here . Overall its a nice place to live, no drama or anything.

I can honestly say i had an incredible experience. Everyone was very nice n i felt like they were dedicated to making my whole process go as smooth as possible. I appreciate Mr. Lennon for going above and beyond during and after the application process. I extend a heartfelt thank you to the whole entire staff and im very excited to call Fox Meadow my new home!!

Do not move over here! They are bullies about their money but when you need something fixed, they take their time or I’ll inform the manager who doesn’t do anything to rectify the situation. I have been complaining about my bedroom floor since I moved in and the leasing office has yet to do anything about! I’ve asked to be moved to another unit, complained to the National office and I’ve always been left with no answers. A portion of the floor in my bedroom literally feels like it’s about to fall in on my downstairs neighbors. I have to tip toe around in my bedroom so the floor doesn’t make too much noise so that my downstairs neighbor doesn’t beat on the ceiling! Nice on the outside, bully management on the inside!

I have lived here for three years upon moving out I took extra step to make sure i get my deposit back. They charged me extra because of an high balance on one of my credit cards. But i have i credit score of 775. After moving out on the 14th of April they have sent the painters and other contractors over to the apartment on the16th. They are trying to keep my deposit because they have to clean the carpet it’s no rips, tears, burnt marks just simple stains you get when you have three kids. I wish these people would stop playing with people you have to clean carpet and paint no matter what. I have never been late i have referred people to this property but this is how you are treated when you move.

I had applied for apartment over here and when I say they are beautiful and spacious and the office staff is so friendly,professional,and Great especially leonn the guy that sits in the first desk he was Great even doe I got denied for something I did a couple years ago I still will recommen anybody that is looking for apartment the crossing is the right place and they are worth the price

Im trying to move here. They took all of my money and giving me the run around. I call and they tell me they will call me back and never do. I took off work twice for nothing. I never seen the inside of the apartment I put my money down for. Now Im stuck at my apartments Im in now paying day by day waiting to move.

Called to see if I could look at a vacant apartment, Lennon said to me if its raining we will not show the apartment, r u kidding me? Like I can control the weather. Let me have a talk with god and ask him to hold off on the rain. Apparently they arent concerned about future tenants.

Horrible horrible horrible I hate I signed a lease here...my fridge has not worked since Jan and I still have items on my movon check list that have not been repaired I hate it here and cant wait to move the ppl in the office dont car at all the staff is extremely lazy and rent is too damn hi to be forced to live like this with my small child moving here was the worst decision I ever made
