Overall Village Green has been the best property I have ever worked on as well as Multi- South the best company.

LITERALLY CAN’T EVEN GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE!!! I’ve tried calling the leasing office everyday for a week now and NOT ONE person has answered the phone. Guess it’s walks ins only if you want info on availability. Even tried calling the management company and they’re just as bad. Terribly unprofessional.

I really enjoy taking care of the residents here. I always have good experiences with them. I love my job!!

I live here and have been waiting on a patio screen for almost a year. Where they do up grades they dont communicate with the residents to let them know what is going on. Garbage all over the parking lot. Holes in the driveway I have had 3 flats since I moved here last year. Gun fire every weekend a some time late at night, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

When I tell you that the complete process was wonderful from the time I even walked into the office to inquire to the time that I moved in. Concetta and Casshaundra were so precious to me! These ladies truly worked with me. I love my place and my unit is quiet. Sometimes the trash overflows and goes every where but that is quickly fixed on pick up day. You may hear a little noise here and there at night but so far so good. Great place to get a fresh new start.

Cookie helped my boyfriend and I through the entire process of getting our townhouse. She made the process so much better. We felt very comfortable coming to her about any issues we had.

Concetta was the kindest leasing manager ive come across in a long time, she made the application process smooth and answered all of my questions. For sure made me feel like I was more than just a price tag, newly renovated apartments are beautiful and she made the tour beyond pleasant with her knowledge of all the units. so exited to move in, I cannot thank Ms. Concetta enough, kindness and professionalism will get her very far.

I was thoroughly impressed with Randi and the manager (I cant remember her name). They both greeted me with warm smiles and pleasant personalities. Randi was extremely professional. She explained everything very wrll from displaying the newly renovated apartment to the lease agreement. I am very excited about my newly renovated apartment and cant wait to enjoy living in it. I viewed this apartment back in February and was pretty much sold. I love my newly renovated one bedroom apartment. I love the color of the walls down to, I have all new appliances.I appreciate Tomica and Concetta for making my move-in process smooth. I also love the fact that when I told Concetta about a few things in my apartment that had minor fixings how quickly ;she was able to get maintenance to fix it.

The office team here at Village Green does a remarkable job. During the hardship and economic downflow they have been really helpful and responsive. Thats a Huge Plus. If I could give less than one star I would. I’ve been having issues with my air since the ending of July beginning of August. Every time the maintenance man comes (days later) it’s still doesn’t work. After he calls himself fixing the issue. I’ve been calling since Monday. Nothing. I was told when the rain stops they would come. It’s been sunny since Tuesday. Still nothing. Called today and the issue was about a darn dog. Now I’m babysitting a dog that’s locked up when I’m not home. Gene Tried to quote me the pet policy. That’s fine and all but what does that have to do with someone fixing my air??!! My son has asthma and I’m pregnant.Any excuse for them to get more money. But what we pay for they don’t fix. I’ve had more issues than this. Same apartment different management companies. My list could go on. My advice move to a place where the management company at least cares about the tenants.

Been staying here since the summer, its pretty cool and they work with you and everything. My only thing is my apartment has been broken into . First my patio back here in November and again TONIGHT, been trying to call the office for the emergency maintenance but I cant cause its saying SORRY NO ONE AVAILABLE and hang up . Been here for a year and have been accused off not paying rent when it was the property manager who did not post my payment, when we moved in with the $99 month special. Have been in their office 4 times to resolve this and they never do. They just keep sending threatening letters, when they said dont worry about it its our mistake. I call the office and they never answer.

I met and renew my lease with Ms. Lacey of The Village Green apartments in east Memphis, TN. She was very tentative and getting my lease renewed and making sure that everything was very well done and everything was working appropriately in my apartment. Shes the best leasing agent Ive worked with in my 3 years of living here. I recommend you speaking with Lacey for all your rental needs.

Everyone In The Office Steal Point Blank Period I Was Told To Pay My Rent With A Money Order After The Manager Told Me That My Online Email And Password Didn’t Work My Rent Is $875 Witch I Paid In Full Now I Have An Eviction On My Door Saying I Owe $725 I Have Messages From The Manager And I Have Receipts Showing I Paid 3 Months Before That They Told Me I Owed Them $400 Witch I Knew Was A Lie But Because Me And My Children Needed Them I Paid It I Have A House Now But & I’m Not Paying Them Anything Else So I’ll See Them In Court With All My Proof And My Lawyer

I give these apartments 3 stars because. Though my apartment itself is awesome. Everything has been renovated its very spacious. However, prior to signing my lease it was a real rollercoaster. I do suggest that customer service give a litttle more effort in being nice. No one should be nice enough to allow you to sign a lease. And it should not be said to a paying customer. Especially after the apartment assigned was not what I asked for. I can say that I am satisfied with my apartment. But customer service can be better.

The current staff is very professional it has its pros and cons just like every establishment but overall really great! 👍👍

I been reading Village Green Apartments reviews so I decide to visit the place looking for a 2 bedrooms home. I met a young lady I knew she was Lacy. She was helpful and concern of what type apartment I was looking for and what size due to time everyone was request for her. She is a friendly honest person. I owe for apartment from 6 years ago she told I would not be approve with that property on my credit and told me to go see a apartment call bent tree or private owner. We need people like her now me and my son have somewhere to stay as of today I was approve I like to thank you Lacy for helping me and not letting apply to not get approve you are all round person. If you every get your own property please post I send many your way. Your heart pure and you very funny and kind and I agree Lacy is person to see at Village Green and all these review match her you do go over and beyond to help not just do her job but she really care... Im a current resident at Village Green Apartment I was ready to move out but after speaking to Miss.Lay she was only one in office seem to care the guy in there I think his name Jene he always talking about his problem when I was talking about my balance he always tell me the manager can not see me but I continue to get letters on my door for payment that already been made. But Lay sat me down example to I was paying the wrong balance and I was not paying water fee but I never was told about a water to I spoke to her. She mite be new to Village Green but she know how to make her residents happy if she didnt explain to about my account I would of been move in April. Lay we glad you part of Village Green Apartments.

Horrible Place to live. Did not check reviews and had to move somewhere fast. Office staff is very unprofessional. They lie about everything. Gunshots every other night. During the summer its the worst kids everywhere setting bushes on fire and people having loud parties every night just horrible. Call the staff they do nothing about it but laugh it off like its normal. Please dont move here. Over priced apartments slow maintenance. My air went out and it took 2 days to get fixed. Kept calling office and they would ignore my calls. This is the hood I moved out before my lease was up thats how bad it was.

It had its issues but overall Myself and my late husband had no problems when we lived in Village Green for about 3 years .the property manager Miss Lashonda was very nice and always corrected any issues that we had .Once they changed cooperate / property owners things kinda went down but I enjoyed my stay ...

I stop by with no appointment to view apartments. Veronica was the lady in the office that assisted me. First off I was not feeling my best and she was beyond accomodating! Secondly it was multiply people wanting to view apartments. She handled it as if it was second nature! Not only was I content with the apartments but extremely impressed with Ms. Veronica! Thanks so much!!

I will I never move here if knew Lacy was going to leave this property since she been gone everything is a mess. When she was here she care and i wish I knew where she went i beat she a manager somewhere because she was great at what she do. The property in back would never be available but at least i could talk to lacy she was wonder. Gene was rude and he lie all the time. Now Gene gone new people not train well . When our lease up we leaving I wish I knew where lacy went if you all can help with that it would be only thing yall could help me in to get out of Village Green. It sad the good people and ones who help be ones they let go or replace. Lacy move me in and now she gone so is me and my family from these money hungry apartments.

I wish I could locate cooperate office Info . The leasing agent “Veronica” was so snarling . I came In to do an app with Meshia I believe was the other leasing agent . Veronica kept butting in and told me my check stubs was fake . I explained to them both my work office is based out of Kentucky. The Lady even called me a bitch. I politely left. Never ever have I had this type of experience leasing an apartment. They Later called back saying my stubs was fake..Seem like she was angry and having a bad day. My stubs are real I even provided my “HR” email as well as fax number.

Village green has been so good to me and my family, thx to Mrs lacy and staff I was able to get a place to stay when me and my family were in need of a home badly. I cant complain. Services was great. Thx VG.

They are okay not bad but not good its livable

They told me they took section 8 only to find out ah week later they no longer took section 8, was told I would receive my $50 back but I havent seen it yet and every time I call the leasing manager gets ah attitude... All I want is my money back you cant pay for application fee if you dont take vouchers, sorry not sorry.

I stayed here for 2 years and the pool was NEVER CLEANED! NOT EVEN ONCE!!They advertise this beautiful facility in the brochure and show you a gorgeous display apartment, but the apt they put you in looks nothing like the display one. Maintenance is VERY slow to fix things (or the office staff never relays the messeage). Every time it rained my roof would leak (not a lil drip, Im talking multiple pots full). I called and put in SEVERAL work orders but no one ever came. This went on for over a year and a half! I thought my roof was going to cave in! One thing they do like to do is let themselves in for a safety inspection or to change your blinds but never to fix the problem youve been calling about for months! Gun shots every other night. Every month theres a new face in the office. The staff is incompetent and hardly ever answered the office phone. The manager is never in. Despite all these negative things I was still a good tenant, rent paid on time every month, but I still havent received my deposit and I moved out almost 5 months ago. Trash! Just throw the whole complex away!

I have lived here for almost two months now and I must say I thought I was going to enjoy my stay here. Ms. Lacey has been very helpful since day one. I understand there are going to be issues even she cant resolve but when it comes to the quality of service that is provided from the company itself...(Not Lacey) I have to say its very poor. I have been complaining about my water issue since I moved in. One day I have water, another day I dont, and another day theres no hot water! Here we are weeks later and Im still coming home after working 12 shifts to a problem that has yet to be resolved. Thats just the beginning! I currently have a dead rodent in my attic. A company was assigned to come out in which they did. The tech told me he was from pest control and he does NOT locate or remove dead rodents but would provide me deodorizers to kill the smell. Smfh. When I last remembered pest control included insects, rodents, and organisms that share habitat with humans. Only difference is I didnt pay an additional deposit for tom and jerry to live here with me. So why is it they are still living with me after 2 weeks now? I bet if I dont pay rent they will have Tom, jerry and myself removed that day, huh. SMDH....Yep and theres more....Ive been asking for my mailbox key since day 3 here and its almost 2 months later Im still without a key. It makes no sense Im constantly being told Oh maam itll be in...just give us a minute....I dont see it in this box, oh its not on the board so well have to order it again. Really, I cant get my own mail unless I leave work early just to chase down the mailman. IM SICK OF THE EXCUSES!!! Someone in a higher superior needs to step up and better assist the residents. Miss Lacey cant do it all on her own.

Please do not move here it is very horrible the rent increase is not worth it they dont come out to fix anything the office staff is very unprofessional they will hire anyone and the apartments are trash i had been calling them for 2 months starlight to fix a issue i had, there are gunshots every other night the apartments are ratchet and not worth the price almost 500 for a one bedroom when you could live in germantown for the same price almost, and not at all safe for kids i moved out before my lease they lie to you the staff are very rude and ghetto and unprofessional i personally feel that you should not move here even if it was the last choice or decision hotel is better.
