I’ve been living at the rise for 3 months now and I absolutely love it. From the amenities to the staff who is so friendly and helpful! It’s my first time living in Memphis and I couldn’t have picked a better place to start off.

The Rise is a wonderful place to live. I love the downtown location, which makes it an easy commute to work. The staff is so nice. I would recommend this place if you are looking to live downtown.

I have lived at The Rise for almost a year and have LOVED my time living here! The Leasing and Maintenance Teams are welcoming and wonderful! The buildings and outdoor areas are beautiful, and I love all the amenities that are included with my apartment. I also enjoy living downtown and being close to the river. It has been a great experience living at The Rise!

Within the last two years, I’ve moved to two different complexes. Nothing was “just right”, so I left when my lease was up.In between those two years I wanted to live in The Citizen, but thing’s didn’t work out in my favor until The Rise was built! O. M. G. “Do I love it?” Ab-so-lutely! Having been familiar with some of the staff from the other property, I immediately felt a warm connection and knew this was about to be the perfect place to call home. The amenities are top notch! From the all white interior (although I believe the wall color is eggshell) which makes the space feel super open and gives everything a seamless look, to the stove that resembles a built in, the side by side refrigerator, (because top mounts should not be placed in “luxury” apartments and they paid attention to every detail here) the expansive custom closets in the master bedrooms, the generous bathroom space, to the fact that they already have sockets at the top and bottom of your wall that your tv would be mounted on and a FIRE SAFE pipe for your cords to be concealed. Don’t forget the part about it being fire safe, safety is a big thing for me. No more drilling holes and running extension cords inside of the wall. Problem solved at The Rise. But wait, there’s more...the staff is super prompt and courteous, the maintenance men work efficiently and have the best attitudes (with no extreme wait times) the grounds are always kept clean, valet trash is always on time, and security is always on sight and occasionally UTHSC police patrol by. We have two beautiful courtyards (one containing an expansive pool and lounge area, the other containing fire pits and strings lights that come alive at night for a more zen feel) gas grills with the island attached are located in both. There’s a dedicated package room with a refrigerator for food delivery, luxe clubhouse, gym with new modern equipment and to top it all off....covered parking! It doesn’t get better elsewhere. It’s “The Rise” or nothing! Or The Citizen. :) Here’s the view from my unit.

The Rise Memphis is an amazing place. I’ve been the guest of a resident here on many occasions, and the staff is always very welcoming, and inclusive. The amenities and recreational spaces that are available for the residents and their guest(s) are amazing. It is an ideal location for anyone who works in the medical district, or even the downtown area. Would definitely recommend it 10/10.

This is a very nice apartment community. My wife and I live in a one bedroom here on the first floor. The management here is very kind and very responsive. We haven’t had complete access to all of the amenities during Covid, but they are incredible as well. The pool is beautiful and the patio is great for outdoor dinners and cookouts. Great location for people who want to live downtown as well for when it’s safe to go back and have fun.

As a student at UTHSC, I was looking for an apartment complex that was fairly close...it takes me less than 3 minutes to get to school! I also like that this is a brand new construction with a very modern design. A few amenities, which are super nice... a courtyard, a fairly big fitness center, and valet trash pick up. There have also been several events with free food and guest singers. The staff here are also very nice and helpful!

Love this apartment building and the leasing office. The women in the office are extremely helpful and always willing to answer my questions or solve a problem I have. The same can be said about the maintenance staff. They really have set up a great community. I do wish the windows did a better job of blocking street noise. But otherwise, this is a really great location and the quality and amenities are high end and plentiful.

Its been a couple of months since I moved into The Rise and its the best apartment Ive lived in so far. Even though its in Downtown, its pretty calm and safe. The amenities are great and the appliances in the apartment are new and upgraded. The leasing staffs are sweet and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly as well. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone whos looking to move!

These apartments are brand new and beautiful! I’ve been here a little over 2 months and couldn’t be happier with my choice to live downtown. The ladies in the leasing office and maintenance staff are both so friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, safe, amenities, and free events almost every week. Love it here.

I would highly recommend The Rise to all of my friends and family! The property sits in the heart of downtown Memphis with quick and easy access to endless trolley rides and party spots. My favorite part is how helpful and knowledgable the staff is! They are extremely responsive to any and all of my needs which has not been common in my rental experience. Jessie in the office is hilarious and fun!

I moved into the Rise this past summer, and I only have great things to say. I used to live in Midtown, and was nervous about moving further towards downtown, but I am beyond happy with the location. I can walk downtown, and Midtown is only a 5 minute drive. The finishes in the apartment are what totally sold me when touring apartments, they are amazing, both new and modern.

I moved into The Rise in August and have enjoyed it everyday since. The complex is very secure with great amenities! My favorite part of my apartment is the kitchen because it is very spacious. The package room makes ordering packages stress free because you receive a notification when it has arrived.

I have had the most amazing experience living here. The property is beautiful, well kept, with professionally manicured landscaping. Great atmosphere, very quiet,The office staff is great, and maintenance is one of a kind.

The Rise Apartments are the best in the downtown/medical district! Their property is beautiful and very well maintained! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Jessie has always been so kind and helped me with any questions I have around the property. They have a gorgeous pool area and really nice gym too. I highly recommend the Rise Apartments!

The Rise is in such a good location. There are several places within walking distance. I love that it’s pet friendly, and all of the amenities are awesome! The pool area and courtyard are great hangout spaces. The leasing staff is super helpful. I’ve always felt like they’re genuinely eager to listen and help in any way they can!

This complex is brand new with beautiful amenities, such as the courtyard, pool, and fully-equipped gym. The units are perfectly sized with large kitchens and bathrooms. The valet trash, package room, and parking deck make living here very convenient. The location of the Rise is also ideal, squished between downtown and midtown with easy highway access. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very helpful and kind which make it the perfect place to live!

I LOVE my new apartment! Its so quiet! My neighbors are all great. The Management Team is fantastic! I love that Im now easy walking distance to the Redbirds stadium and the FedEx Forum. I cant wait to see how this neighborhood develops over the coming years.

I love living at The Rise! Not only is the location prime, but the amenities are amazing! The staff also puts on awesome events for us onsite like yoga which is super convenient. If youre looking for a nice place to live downtown, this is the place to be!

Great location with walking distance to everything downtown, yet located in a very quiet area so noise is never an issue. Gorgeous units with a very modern design, tons of storage and fantastic appliances. Wonderful management who are always attentive and genuinely care about your experience as a resident. The amenities are some of the best Ive ever encountered with a great pool, valet trash pick-up, bi-weekly group yoga classes, and a fully stocked gym. We wouldnt live anywhere else downtown.

Can’t beat the location, great amenities, and most importantly - amazing management team! One of the best amenities is the effort management puts into hosting events like Acoustics in the Courtyard, literally a live concert in your backyard! Also, yoga and mimosas on certain Saturday mornings. Nicole and Jessie really go above and beyond to ensure residents enjoy living here. The maintenance staff is on point - their emergency phone works and quick response. Edward, the maintenance manager, has shown up on Sundays to take care of issues, and I’ve never seen anyone respond to an emergency call with great attitude like he does to make sure the problem is taken of. I highly recommend giving this place a tour and see it for yourself!

The Rise management staff made the moving process such a breeze!! I moved from Chicago to Memphis, and I felt so welcomed by the management staff from the minute I arrived! The building has excellent amenities and is very dog friendly. The apartments are all so lovely, brand new, and very clean! I highly recommend The Rise to anyone looking for a great place to live in Memphis!

There is subsidized housing (Hope Heights) two doors down from The Rise, directly next to the bank next door. The residents of this housing frequently are hanging around the exit of the resident parking garage. Unfortunately, there was no mention of this and I was not made aware of the subsidized housing being there prior to me signing my lease. There’s not a problem with this housing being there, but there is a problem when it is not being disclosed prior to signing my lease. I just wanted to make everyone else aware.

The Rise Apartment Homes has a professional office with top notch management. These apartments are a beautiful and much needed addition to downtown Memphis, Edge District. The story of the building is really cool and the renovations to all new apartments are just in time for the Memphis market. I have had a great experience with The Rise staff and I highly recommend. Go see for yourself.

Let me tell yall, my only complaint about The Rise is that they werent here when I first moved to Memphis. They are THE ideal boutique apartments. That resort style pool is no joke and I definitely lived out there all summer. The gym is actually a gym, not a rinky dink hotel style gym. The grounds are kept super clean and maintenance is so friendly and helpful. I never have to wait long for them to come by after I put a request in. The office staff are also incredibly friendly, shout out to Emily, Nicole, and Jess!!!! Love them the most. Ive looked at tons of apartments in Memphis and none of them come close to The Rise and that includes the other luxury ones. I was paying around the same rent for an apartment on Mud Island and that is a travesty because The Rise is the only complex worth the money. Anyone considering moving to Memphis or tired of their current living situation in Memphis - MOVE HERE!

I’ve been living here for about a month and I love it! The staff is so friendly and responsive! They have already had some really awesome activities for the residents. I’m enjoying living here and the location is the icing on the cake.

I moved into The Rise apts Fall 2019. I can definitely see myself living here long term because my lease includes so many amenities and entertainment (concerts by the pool and yoga/mimosas, etc. with social distance being maintained) options. I love the pool areas, 24hr work out facility, grill/fire-pit area, my balcony, in unit washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, spacious closet, array of cabinetry storage in the kitchen area, high ceilings, flooring, parking garage availability along with unit parking garage access, valet trash (pick-up right outside my unit door), the view of St. Jude/trolley route/downtown area. Because I am a Methodist Lebonheur associate I receive incentives for relocating to the medical district also. Lastly but not least the staff from leasing associates to the janitorial and maintenance team have been exceptional in providing a wonderful experience. I can definitely see a lengthy future here at The Rise. I am excited to meet other residents while maintaining social distance to share in the experience with. Hope this helps someone who’s looking for a new home!

The Rise Memphis is a beautiful establishment/apartment for the Downtown/Medical District Area. The amenities that they have for us is awesome. They have great Management, Leasing Staff, and Maintenance Team! I would recommend anyone thats looking forward to move downtown to at The Rise Memphis Apartments!

In an effort to be detailed and non-biased, I will list out pros and things to be aware of (NOT cons cause I really have none).Pros:- Management so far has been awesome and would reach out proactively to assist in any way that they can help improve your convenience!- Place recently opened and the apartments are pristine. I am the first to rent my place and so there is virtually no defects.- The hallways smell clean and carpeting is in perfect condition.- Hallways have super strong lighting which is amazing.- Kitchen utilities are superior to most other apartment complexes. Fridge is brand new with drinking water embedded and microwave and oven both relatively modern.- There is lighting underneath kitchen cabinets directly projecting on kitchen tables which is an awesome feature.- Bathroom decently sized with a large mirror and a shower rail already installed so you don’t have to buy your own.- USB outlets in kitchen wall. Didn’t really use them yet but definitely a plus.- Valet trash on weekdays on daily basis (you do pay a monthly fee for this).- Mail box available in addition to Luxer, an increasingly adopted packaging system for larger mail, included.- Garage function is super convenient because you do not need a card or anything to scan, a photo of your license plate is taken by the system to confirm you have a permit (which you will be monthly billed for).- Available washer and dryer that work without issues and in perfect condition.Things to be aware of (NOT cons/concerns):- So there are two buildings (1 & 2). If you live in building 1 you get the advantage of having the gym, mail, and pool closer to you for the most part. If you pick building 2 then you have direct access to the garage.- Overall price is not super cheap if you’re one to look for cheapest living while completely disregarding quality. However, the place is definitely in range with many other places that offer less, and I’d go as far as saying it’s quite competitive given what it offers.- Understand that this place is in downtown. It’s a new building (rlly 2 buildings) with not so pretty buildings surrounding it. I personally hadn’t had any issues whatsoever. However, the place offers a huge plus in being able to offer high quality in a location that is amazingly accessible. This has been a huge plus for me as it’s super close to the medical center where I work and easily accessible to any places I need to go without requiring long trips.- I’m not certain yet if there is a way to circumvent this so I recommend inquiring if necessary, but it seems like any visitors with vehicles who cannot find parking outside may need to pay daily fee for garage access.- Most amenities have been largely closed off due to covid so not much I can offer there in terms of feedback.- Only internet option is at&t which works fine, and electricity is from MLGW.Overall I am extremely pleased with the place and management. I really hope management maintains and even somehow advances this place with time. I’m only in Memphis for a year and so will probably try to update my review to include any additional feedback including the move-out process once it’s time to leave.
