Everyone was very helpful. I worked with Tiffany and Dominique primarily. They were able to get me in a few days early, which allowed me to have Friday and the weekend to move in versus moving in on a Monday. This saved me a ton of stress in moving. Everyone was great about answering all my questions as well (and I had many). Thank you, everyone!

I just moved in to the local apartments and I am very well pleased with the office staff Dominique she has a very pleasant and professional attitude she helped me through my process of moving from beginning to the end any questions I had and any help I needed love my apartment except the stairs 🤣🤣🤣 and the cigarette smoke and weed smell but lovely place

Two stars is for the property looking very nice and seeming quiet the two times I visited otherwise the customer service, lack of communication, OH and the LIES would cause me to give a complete 0I’ve been trying to reach United Residential who owns them for two weeks now with no response as well.

Applied which was $55 & paid the admin fee which was $100 & got denied & STILL haven’t gotten a call back about my deposit being refunded after calling & calling & no answer now 2 months later I popped by the office & asked about the refund & they said it was mailed I should have it today.... I checked my mail nothing. I went to the office again they said the person never posted the refund they were doing it now. 3 weeks later we finally got the check. Only took 6 months.

So far so good,quit property, new LEDlighting at night is a plus for safety, just fix the gates please..

Ladies in the office are veryyy lazy I been calling apartment 2 weeks straight inquiring apartments that say available on their website which I was told nothings available finally I went head did application anyway after I was constantly told nothing was available..days later I was denied I asked for what she said she didn’t know then quickly said because a of credit “which I have nothing on my credit” 😄 I’m assuming her friend Kelly called and told her to deny it because she did the same! Bless there hearts

Ive lived here for over 5 years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The property is kept up nicely and is quiet. Neighbors are peaceful and respectful. Ive enjoyed living here.

I asked the woman before I gave her my money for the application fee was my credit score going to be an issue and she said no they only check for evictions and criminal background. 3 days later she sent me an email saying i was turned down do to my credit score. I was so mad i wanted to go back up there but I prayed about it and moved on. To steal my money wasnt ethical at all.

These apartments are nasty they always lie say they are going to fix something in never does they spray over mold acting like it’s treating it when in reality they should tear that building down in remodel there are gnats taking over everywhere ppl upstairs pours they grease over their balcony it is mold in bugs nasty infested apartment

Im BACK! After three long awful months the happiest day of my life is here! The day I get to move out of this ratchet complex. After my last honest review the women in the office starting giving me the hardest time. Doing anything they could to leave ANY notice on my door. They asked for a Background Check on a friend I had over, assuming they moved in (they did not) only to tell me they had to be on the lease, yet once I paid the $50 money order per request, I never received a called back from the office. So basically they wanted to be nosey. They also claim to have taken pictures of illegal drugs in my apartment (yet no police where every informed). As before, the grounds are never cleaned so the apartment complex is invested with water bugs. They dont provide the buildings with proper protection from outside climates and other elements. They only hire Mexicans who work for cheap and take MONTHS to finish any job. The fitness room was a waste of time, nothing worked. Where is the rent going, besides to pay the obese women in the office to sit and show favoritism to other tenants. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The walls are paper thin, and your neighbors think they live in a 3 bedroom house the way they stomp and slam cabinets. They allow older tenants with numerous vehicles to take up the VERY LIMITED parking. The ONLY good thing about this place is that IM LEAVING!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Please be aware of this awful complex. Its truly a waste of time and money.

Suffered from Black mold exposure per a doctor. Had to obtain an attorney to be compensated for my medical bills. In the beginning I just asked to be moved into another unit. Paid rent 2 week early..NEVER LATE, yet constantly received notice my rent was due because management never process the payments. Air filter never changed in 2 yrs. Property on the back side has a tree that had been down for 2 yrs, tires behind parking in the back, insufficient parking for residents. Management never seem to have answers to questions pertaining to property. Police and EMS response time is delayed due to outdated gating system, need to use a key to unlock an emergency box, while someone could be dying, old equipment in training room, only 2 dumpsters for a property this size....

They are filthy liars

Suffered from roaches, heating problems and mildew exposure . It’s been a week since i asked them to come and completely repair a leak i had from the apartment across from me and was told on 03/13 someone would be out to complete my issue by getting up the mildew and adding new padding to my carpet and no one Came. Then was told someone would be out here on 03/15 no one came again ...I have a 2 year old and I’m pregnant Not a happy resident at this point .
