A bit pricey compared to other mail salons, but in all great service

Excellent staff but getting very expensive

Ladies, do not let IVAN touch your hands. This has been my go-to nail salon, as Ive never left unsatisfied until today (March, 2019.) I went in for a regular gel manicure and was sent to IVAN; my apologies in advance for the confusion in pronouns as staff referred to him as her. The ONLY concern I conveyed as soon as I sat down was how severely dry my cuticles/nail beds were; I didnt even choose a color as it wasnt a concern. Then, I said it clearly a 2nd time, and a 3rd when IVAN was done with me. After my manicure was done, he/she finally responded by attempting to cut my dry cuticles, minus lotion, oil, anything, causing me to BLEED. I stopped him/her and asked that he/she just lotion or oil my nails, and he responded, in ENGLISH, that he already did and moved on to the next customer. Although the staff agreed my manicure was subpar, I was stil charge full price. If IVAN simply listened, attempted to upsell me on another service/product, I would have walked out a happy customer, spent more money than anticipated, and left you a tip, IVAN. I will post the same review, with photos of my nails immediately walking out of the salon.

I went in on a Monday when it was quiet. Mani/pedi. Both were performed together as if in a rush. When I asked why she said “because it isn’t busy”. The pedi was ok but the manicure was rushed and sub par. All nails were rough at the tips, so before I left I asked to have it repaired. I was told it was my skin? She added another topcoat. Nails peeling a day later. Waste of $$$

Very pleasant and friendly staff relaxing atmosphere

They people may be nice but very pushy with extras, may it be a mani or pedi it doesn’t matter. You have to be firm and clear with what you want and the mani and pesos are not the best. If you want two services like a mani or facial or lashes make sure they can accommodate before they take you. Many times they do your nails, because that they can accommodate, then they will make mention after that’s done that they have no one to do a facial or lashes. They are not up front about it - to me that’s very important in a business and person. Integrity and customer service with honesty.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa nail salon. I just took my dad for fathers day and got him a spa manicure, pedicure and massage and I myself had a facial and manicure. My dad was embarrassed to walk in aat first because he never walked into a nail salon before! But once inside, he was so comfortable and replaxed. The people working there are so lovely, and made him feel right at home. The complimentary iced tea and cookies were a lovely touch as well. My dad said this was his best fathers day gift yet. I live in manhattan and honestly this was the best experience I ever had at a nail salon as well. When we left the owner thanked us and welcomed us back. This is really a wonderful place and I will definitely be coming back!

It was Ok I didnt like the manicure they really didnt take off the gel nail polish all the way and my daughter got a pedicure with out her saying that she wanted one

Staff is friendly and provide great service.

My go-to place. Everyone does a nice job. Very clean.
