Even though it was over my budget I absolutely love my nails- Kevin did an incredible job on them! He was very patient and detailed. It was my first time getting tips with the ombre look and I loved the designs this location had to offer. It does get busy after 6 so its typically first come first serve unless you do have a vital appointment. Would highly recommend!💙🤘

Best salon on LI. Prices are reasonable. Everyone who works there is friendly. Yes they are busy so sometimes you wait a little even if you have an appointment, but come on that Happens everywhere- it’s a busy place because it’s great. Check it out. Ive been going here for over 5 years and Salena is the best.

This was by far the worst powder gel manicure- well, manicure overall- I have EVER gotten! My first time here and I couldn’t wait for it to be over. I don’t think the girl who did my nails normally does nails, just toes. It took 2 hours! The place is beautiful, but I wouldn’t go back. Worst part was her tools she used on me were filthy. She just had absolutely no idea what she was doing.

Kevin is the man. This is a very successful business for good reasons but like all businesses, it has its pros and cons. Luckily, the pros far outweigh the coins.I have been frequenting K&Q for about 10 years and seen it grow leaps and bounds in ambiance and quality of the decor but the work and prices have always been amazing.Being a long time patron I know what to expect-- dont show up without an appointment, and even if you have one, assume to wait about 10-30 minutes. This is the norm, but I promise it is worth the wait and the prices are amazingly reasonable for the area.This is long island, there is a nail salon on every corner, but with K&Q you will receive top shelf service, newest product and friendly service.If you are looking for frills like a free massage, this is not the place, they are very busy. For this, they also do not try to pressure you into fancier pedicures or extra services like waxing as I have experienced elsewhere.What you get here is an owner who stands by his work and loves his business and customers, and beautiful nails that last. I reiterate: Kevin is the man.

The service is terrible. It’s overpriced, and they try to trick you into saying that your car didn’t go through when it did and they were just trying to get more money out of you. Threatened to call the cops on them. Also, why are my nails chipping off two days later? The heck?

Dont speak English, hard to communicate with staff except when paying. When I went to get a manicure/pedicure the other day they raised the price from $23 to $28 and when I asked when it went up I got an answer just today. No sign with prices. No credentials of staff. My nails are never filed smooth and chip after 2 days - an obvious gimmick. They have the plastic liners in the foot bath but do not change them from customer to customer. Grooossss!!!! There are so many nail salons in Massapequa that are cleaner, offer a more professional result and charge lower prices ----- why would I want to go here????

I waited for 20 minutes for my appointment at 6:15, then they rushed through my gel manicure and regular pedicure. Got gel polish all over my skin that won’t come off and my toes came out so horribly I had to go to the store to buy the nail polish and fix them. Tech was in a very bad mood and gave me an attitude after asking her a question. Also, grossly overpriced. Will not be returning
